I haven't used this myself, but this looks promising: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.joa.zipperplus7
If that doesn't work, there's always tar
via Termux.
Use 7zip or any app that unzips 7zips

Enjoy
Just get 7zipper from the play store and extract it using that.
Also, if you're gonna be playing more nsfw games, better keep that app, cause a lot of them are usually in zip, rar, or 7z format.
Download an unzipper app from the app store like 7Zipper then play the files from a player as I understand they use lossless FLAC files you may need foobar2000 as well
You got the terms all wrong (even the iso wouldn't be an "app" you run on ePSXe) so I have two ideas what your problem could be.
An archive is a file that contains other files, usually for the purpose of sharing / sending them easily (send one single archive to your friend instead of 50 birthday pictures individually for example) or saving space (many archive programs use a form of data compression).
The most common archive formats are .7z .rar .zip
So how do you unpack an archive?
You don't have to pay anything to unpack an archive, it's a 101 operation that many programs can do for free. The process is usually as simple as follow:
1) Open the archive through whatever your file browser is.
2) Select its content (longpress on Android).
3) Pick "extract", then pick a destination folder if asked.
4) Done. You can now move the extracted files to your collection, and delete the original archive.
If your file browser doesn't allow you to do that, then I would ditch it and pick another that has the functionality built-in. If you need a name, 7Zipper is a free file browser, with an archive manager built-in. It should cover all your needs.
That's perfectly normal for PS1 ROMs, many don't come in .iso format, but also in .bin, .ecm and others. When in doubt, extract all the content and keep it in its own folder, one folder for each individual game if need be. ePSXe will automatically scan your phone for all functional games anyway, subfolders won't be an issue.
You can do it so long as you can find yourself a file viewer. I use 7zipper android only and all I gotta do is go into the file, find the save. And edit out the name in literally every text file.
It's a free app that can be used to unzip files, but I use it mainly for file exploration. You should find stardew in
Storage > emulated > 0
Then just look for stardew and your save file should be there.
You should be able to open it with this.

I never had problems using ZArchiver or RAR.

cheers!
7Zipper. It can unpack password protected 7z files.

I use 7-Zipper, it works on most archives. I also use the built-in archive/unarchive function in SolidExplorer - between the two of those, I can get by.
There's some other apps in the Play Store that look good... maybe [ZArchiver])https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.zdevs.zarchiver&hl=en) or RAR or almost a dozen others.
I'm not sure if your phone can handle it, so if the performance is bad and the game is unplayable, your phone probably can't handle it. Install Dolphin emulator, and then install 7zipper. Search for "Zelda wind waker rom" on the internet, and download it. Then open up 7Zipper, go to 'download' and press on the file you just downloaded. A message should pop up with an OK button, just press that and wait a few seconds. When it's done, open up Dolphin emulator. Press the + button, go to download and then open a folder with the same name as the file you downloaded (which is probably 'Legend of Zelda, the - The wind waker (USA)). Press OK, and you will see it pop up on the home screen of the emulator. If something is unclear, watch this video. The guy in the video uses another method but it should still work
I use this app.
