Use this app you have to put the game anywhere except sd card, open the html with this app and then the browser that you like https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.gelin.android.browser.open
There's a similar game with less fetishes and more focus on futanari and traps called "Tales of Androgyny" being developed by the Majalis Duo. They're on Itch.io and they have a free android release every time they update. Highly recommend it!
I didn't look into it, but as a rule of thumb, you can download the PC version, unarchive it, than download JoyPlay, and the Ren'py plugin for JoyPlay.
After that you launch JoyPlay, tap on the plus and locate the .exe file and you can play it
This is likely due to not having at least 2GB in addition to the app/OBB you're installing, or it could be that you're installing an APK that isn't written for your Android version or processor architecture. If you have an app that can parse the APK (like dedicated apps for installing APKs/APKSs-- I know FX File Manager does it with the info feature), then it should tell you the minimum Android version you should be using and if it's written for ARMv7 (32-bit), ARMv8 (64-bit), or x86... Sometimes, it's a busted APK or has invalid signature signing.
Come to think of it, I remember that Split APKs Installer (SAI) has a good log tool that can tell you why most apps don't install, but I can't remember if you need root for that feature... Here's the link: Check out "Split APKs Installer (SAI)" - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aefyr.sai
(Edit: grammar)
You have at least two options here:
1) APK Editor (works for not rooted phones also); free version should suffice;
2) Xposed framework and Xposed modules only if you're rooted.
You can get one module for renaming, like XRenamer - I've already provided the link and one module for changing icons, like Xposed Flipster Icon Changer.
I bet there are many other apps that can change names and icons. Search for them in the google playstore.
If you are not rooted, go for APK Editor.
Try puffin browser its a browser app on the play store so no virus and just go to any website with games on it like newgronds or wetpussygame
Thanks. I hope everything is going well with your friends. Would this work? Everything else I do is on Apple, so your games are all I’ll do on windows. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B086QQNRT4/ref=tsm_1_tp_tc
Thanks again, Lloyd

Well there are a variety's of sites, for Android I think most people would recommend you check out the different porters and their blog pages.
For downloadable porn games in general most people would recommend f95. (A site for creators to share their content/game)
I myself occasionally use https://itch.io/games/nsfw usually shows a decent amount of NSFW content for different platforms.
You can play on itch: https://sugarmint.itch.io/malevolent-planet or by downloading the zip from there and using this app https://www.amazon.com/Marcos-CG-Local-HTML-Viewer/dp/B07J38C7HR to open the index.html file.
All the games, except unity and wolf rpg games can be played and i played it on Joiplay app (Link). And Sex gods has an android port.
PD:Also all the renpy and rpg maker games that are in the list (except Armor Magical Academy) have an android port
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cloudmosa.puffinFree The browser also has a "pro" version, which it only disables ads. You can find the apk version on any android cracked websites.
sadly, none suit my needs. Sometimes it doesn't support shiftJIS for Japanese, sometlmes doesn't scale correctly... If you can find that can play local html files properly post here. Currently using this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.ne.shira.html.viewer
Just get 7zipper from the play store and extract it using that.
Also, if you're gonna be playing more nsfw games, better keep that app, cause a lot of them are usually in zip, rar, or 7z format.
