Here you go, continuous hr monitoring with a graph, and free. The pro version has some extra graphing features you may want.

I disabled the Misfit apps as I'm more of a Google Fit user. I installed Heart Rate OS2 which takes the readings. The free version measures up to every 30 minutes. If you buy the Pro key, you can set it to every 5 minutes.
This is the application I use: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jwork.wearable.heartratesync2
It works great and not huge drain on battery. The free version polls every 30 / 60 minutes. But you cannot export without the pro version.
Chest tracker is the way to go. These watches are not accurate enough and are too slow.
That being said this does what you want.

There are other applications as well and can even be done via Tasker + Autowear. You can even have Tasker sms people the results. Mind you. Said results are not accurate and slow due to the device.
I use heart rate OS https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jwork.wearable.heartratesync2
Works great and I paid for it even tho I only use the free options. I tried some others and they were bad
I've found one app which can do that:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jwork.wearable.heartratesync2&hl=en
It works fine for me (but the battery consumption is obviously higher) and the good thing is that it can sync to google fit.
If you get it working use Heart Rate OS to view the heart rate data. It's wayyyy more detailed than both terrible google fit's reporting and moto body's. I think you can also configure heart rate polling in that app.
I use this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jwork.wearable.heartratesync2
The Google fit method works for me, but this app makes it much easier to export the data (if you buy the pro key). If you want google fit to work, try the main settings on your phone under app permissions and then check to make sure it has body sensor permissions turned on.
Latest version of Heart Rate OS have fix issue on Huawei watch https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jwork.wearable.heartratesync2 *I'm the creator :) just got the huawei watch a month ago
Someone recommended this app when this question was asked previously; I'm using it at the moment and it's ok, not amazing

There's also this one which looks promising but I've not tried it myself:

I was sorely disappointed to find out I couldn't do continuous HR monitoring out of the box when I got my 360 2nd gen like 2 months ago. There are some 3rd party apps out there, like https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jwork.wearable.heartratesync2 but it's uuuugly. And I just wish that Google Fit would do this. Even with the next verison 2.0, they mentioned it's going to have big fitness upgrades, but absolutely nothing regarding HR. If i could have my 360 track my heart rate while I run, I'd be pretty happy. So I'd also love to see an answer to this.
I find that the heartrate sensor will only reliably/accurately read if my band is tight enough that the watch won't move around on my wrist, and if I'm holding my arm steady. When using an app like Heart Rate OS, which automatically takes my heartrate at intervals, I'm lucky to get 1 in 5 readings.
There is a awesome app called Heart Rate OS. Does exactly what you are describing. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jwork.wearable.heartratesync2
Try Heart Rate OS
This is Heart Rate OS, you can set your interval with premium. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jwork.wearable.heartratesync2
Heart Rate OS can do this with the M600. Program an interval and it'll record your HR automatically.
Use heart rate os https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jwork.wearable.heartratesync2 it will unlock heart rate graphs in Google fit
The pro version of HeartRateOS allows you to record every 5 minutes, and export as CSV. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jwork.wearable.heartratesync2
Looks alive for me https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jwork.wearable.heartratesync2
(Can't test it on actual watch though, mine does not have heart sensor)
I have been using this for months https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jwork.wearable.heartratesync2&hl=en
Try this? I'm just now installing it too, can report back https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jwork.wearable.heartratesync2
