Bluecoins
An income and expenditure tracker. Sure it's manual but for me it's been really great on tracking my spending and income properly.

I use Bluecoins. I love the interface and know it has a sync feature, however I don't use it so I don't know how exactly it works. Pretty powerful and intuitive.
Also going to suggest bluecoins. It has categories and sub categories, while also having a nice home screen and in my eyes a great ui for what it does. I dont remember paying for it, and I leave the ad on as it helps the developer as im too cheap to donate
After trying many budgeting apps I have stuck with bluecoins the longest.
I use ynab. It gives you a free trial, but it costs after that, around $60/year.
It's ok, not great, but I like that it's web based as well as having mobile apps. You kind of have to buy into their methodology, which I am doing not sold on.
I discovered bluecoins the other day, very highly rated, nice looking Android app that supports cloud backup. Relatively cheap as well. Haven't tried it yet though.

Recommending BlueCoins money tracking and budgeting app. You do have to manually enter your transactions (no bank log in) but all the break downs and charts are really useful. Usable free with some pro features available by a one off iap.
Hey guys, want to give a special shout out to Bluecoins- Finance & Budget!. What makes Bluecoins stand out is it's ability to show alll relevant and important information about your finance that is not burried and hidden under so many menus. As you get to know the app more, you'll see there are so many ways to filter and present your data. App supports categories, accounts, multiple labels, various frequency options (as powerful as Google calendar scheduling capabilities), and detailed notes.
Please check it out, it's one if the highest rated and positively reviewed app in it's category.

I personally recommend Bluecoins.
It's made by /u/jairrab and it's an excellent piece of software. It also has a really nice built-in demo to showcase exactly what it can do.
Look no further than Bluecoins. I've used all of the other recommended apps here and can confirm Bluecoins is better than all of them. Very active developer, great features, good reporting, it can create transactions from SMS etc etc. Do try it.
Do you get alerts on SMS when you do a transaction? If so then Bluecoins can create transactions which can be categorised. It's easily the best Expense manager on Android.
I mean, tiap app pasti ada plus minusnya.
I've used it and it's an okay piece of software. The PC manager is actually a webserver running on your phone which you access from PC's browser which have to be on same WiFi network. Not many features on the PC Manager.
While you're testing expense managers, may I recommend Bluecoins . I'm a recent convert and I've tried a lot of similar apps but this one is absolutely miles ahead and very actively under development.
It would mean a world to me if you can check my app Bluecoins- Finance & Budget. I've released this app on April 2014, shortly after my birthday, and since then the app has 40,000 downloads and is one of the highest rated app in it's category. Check out the user review for proof.

Unfortunately, as a single developer, as good as the app is, it's hard for me to get the app out there, it's just not my specialty. Recently, the app was featured in Android World Netherlands and I was surprised overnight it got 600 downloads just from Netherlands and Belgium alone.

What makes the app stands out:
It's simple, straightforward but deeply powerful. A lot of users shared how they like the layout of the app, were the most useful information is presented on the dashboard. No need to go through several menus or get lost navigating through several screens. All the card information on the is very useful, and quite powerful once you dig deeper into each. It's also very fast and quick, I have users with more than 20,000 transactions in them and it's a smooth as butter and solid as rock.
Lastly, I (the developer) provide excellent support as attested by user feedback on the Playstore. I take pride in this app, and I am committed to keep it world-class.
Please check out my app.
Please check major update to Bluecoins Finance & Budget.
What makes Bluecoins stand out: Clean, buttery smooth UI Powerful finance engine, Net worth, cash flows, near earnings and very flexible budgeting tools 4 .72 rating from almost 1500 reviewers
You can try Bluecoins. It has a one off payment but is really feature packed.
Money Manager is great as well.
Edit: Bloody typo
>todo lo que encuentro es para USA
Que queres decir con eso?

Yo use el año pasado Bluecoins en el celular y mientras mantuve la disciplina me resulto bien. Esta en Español, es gratis con ads (podes ver la dif. con la paga).

Sino talvez lo mas sencillo sea armarles un google spreadsheet con sumatorias basicas? y alguna pestaña con graficos? asi lo pueden ver en una compu y en cualquier celular tmb
I understand... It's hard man. But really... Check that sub reddit and read up on budgeting and proper money management. Budgeting is key. And staying on track. I recommend bluecoins app. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rammigsoftware.bluecoins

I used BlueCoins (Android) for this, the free version is good enough. You just mindlessly add EVERY one of your expenses per category for 1 or 2 months, then check out the graphs it makes and you'll find a couple of culprits.
Found it. 1) Bluecoins (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rammigsoftware.bluecoins&hl=en)
2) PocketGuard (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pocketguard.android.app&hl=en)
Pocket guard requires you to create an account to use it, so I skipped it. Using Bluecoins for now.
I settled on Bluecoins after testing a lot of expense management softwares. All your requirements are met by it and it has a beautiful interface (check the screenshots on Play Store).
I settled on Bluecoins after trying a lot of apps over the year. Very responsive developer and great features. It looks kick-ass too. Other than this I loved MoneyManagerEx because of its desktop sync ability.
Bluecoins dev here. Still new, have around 30k downloads with a 4.7 rating from 1000 users. In my opinion, the most straight forward finance app. I try not to impose any workflow into the user so the user can decide how they may want to manage their finance. Enough said, please check if out. Link Bluecoins
Exactamente.
MoneyWallet is easy, well done and nice to look at.
MyExpenses is really powerful but for the good stuff you need a key or subscription.
If you are starting to budget or log expenses and really want FOSS then take MoneyWallet.
If FOSS is not that important then I recommend Bluecoins.
Edit: to budget or log expenses
Good work OP! For me, I knew I should track my expenses after listening to my parents always wondering "where did all the money go?", so started looking out for an expense tracker before I started working. (around a year ago) Been using this app recommended by a fellow Redditor around the time, has been doing a great job for me. Bluecoins
Bluecoins is a good one off paid app for finance and budget tracking. A really enjoyable experience but you'll have to read their guides and forums and get used to the budgeting style. It's not necessarily the "envelope method" but you can set it up in that way.
It kinda gets overshadowed by YNAB (because it's a good budget and interactive system as well that provides both web, mobile and syncing), so that's my thinking for Bluecoins as a "not so famous" or at least not as famous.
Eu pessoalmente uso o Bluecoins (versão Pro) no telemóvel.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rammigsoftware.bluecoins&hl=en_US&gl=US
Bluecoins is an expense manager app which very straightforward to use. I started using it only about a month ago, never had the habit of tracking my expenses but now this app has completely changed my mind.
It does not require any sign-in and has a ton of features. Highly recommended.
> What apps are good and secure on mobile where I can plug in/track numbers[?]
I've been using Bluecoins for about two years now, following recommendations from a similar thread at the time. It does exactly what you're asking for, and I find it pretty easy to add all the transactions and occasionally filter through them.
The app works well, but I can't speak about its security, because I have no idea what threat model would be appropriate for an app that stores a list of numbers with labels and occasionally draws graphs based on them...
Eu folosesc Bluecoins de aproximativ un an. Are un demo mode in care iti poti face foarte bine o parere despre cum merge/ce poate.
You need to start tracking where your money is going. I've started using BlueCoins you can put everything you spend on into categories and it shows you charts of what is what. I was shocked by the amount I was spending on takeaway when I started.
Inspired by the recent posts of similar diagrams, though mine is pretty simple in comparison.
Data was recorded in the Bluecoins app over the course of a year
and the diagram was generated using sankeyMATIC
Edit: I forgot to include that the student loan value is the amount I received post-lender fees, which ranged from 1-4% depending on the individual loan type.
Wanted to highlight Bluecoins Finance & Budget- now currently number 5 when you search for FINANCE on the Playstore. The website is also very good, with lots of good support and how-to-use information. Link to Bluecoins Official Website
Bluecoins is the best app for keeping track of income expenses imho.
Bluecoins. You won't find any better than this.
Bluecoins, really nice budget app. Premium features are a one off payment, no subscription.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rammigsoftware.bluecoins
I use Bluecoins (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rammigsoftware.bluecoins) and I am pretty happy with it. Lots of features no integration with bank needed/possible.
An incredibly simple app for expense tracking & planning where your money goes.
AdGuard is a unique no root ad blocker for Android that removes ads in apps and browsers, protects your privacy, and helps you manage your apps. Playstore removed this for a reason.
Best VPN that works, at least for me.

I've been using Bluecoins for a while now and am very happy with it. It has everything you mentioned and more.

Been using bluecoin for a while. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rammigsoftware.bluecoins
I'll try to narrow it down to something people might not know about.
Bluecoins. Best app for personal finance. Compared to popular similar apps it's really "straight to the point" — nothing fancy, nothing extra, one-time purchase and that's it. And it is modern, still being actively developed, looks fine. Can't recommend it enough.
5217. Simple, but beautiful pomodoro timer.
Loop. Simple and free habit tracker
CamScanner. Photos of documents can really pass as scans with app like this.
Puzzle Alarm. For those time when you need to get up no matter what. Don't forget to turn on "nudging", which will ring alarm again if you don't press on notification.
XMind. Very nice app for creating mind maps. Got me into mid maps in the first place
I Use Bluecoins It fulfills most of ur criteria, try it
If you have an android phone I really recommend bluecoins

The best app I found for budgeting and finance.
Forget all the previous suggestions. Bluecoins is the one you are looking for. Simple and oh so complete.

The one I actively use and seems to check most of your boxes is Bluecoins.
I use Bluecoins
Have been using it since last year and it's definitely helped me visualise where my wastage was and cut it down.
This is how your requested feature looks Budget vs actual
I'm sure all this can be done in a spreadsheet but imo it's more convenient to have an app on-the-go. I got the premium version for $3 or something like that.
I've been using Bluecoins for a while now with no issues. It has a plethora of features with an easy-to-use design.
The best one I've tried is Bluecoins.
~~Linkme: Bluecoins~~ That worked great...Let's try this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rammigsoftware.bluecoins&hl=en

Nice!

I guess I'm old fashioned in that I like having to manually add transactions to a budgeting app. For me that makes me think about what I'm spending much more than some graphs.
