if the issue is with an Android phone. I use this for my Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus to connect with a 2016 F-Type, before using this app the connection would drop and reconnect every few seconds before finally stabilising after about 10 minutes
Yes, and I have the solution. Buy and install this app. That'll fix it, for realz. I have a Hyundai that also didn't play too nice with my OP2 and this fixed the problem.

You can always get a refund if it doesn't work for you, but I'm 99% sure it will. The reviews are littered with folks who have OPs and this fixed it for them.

I tested the trial version first before buying the paid version of the app.
