I'm going to ask the dumb question but it needs to be said.
Did you un-pair the bluetooth device, reboot phone, then re-pair it?
Do you use the Bose app? Usually thease companion apps over promise and under preform, but you might get lucky with a setting, or firmware update.
This week I was mowing the lawn and my audio kept pausing without me touching anything. Been using this headphone & phone combo for a couple months now, so i'm a little confused. It is possable its the phones update? You could swing in to a Bose store, those guys have a great return process if you can reproduce it in the store.
If I'm reading the article right: It's an additional Bose phone app not required for the headphones to work that does this. Right?
It also sounds like in the app's policies it tells you it does this?
(actually, looking at the app's android store page, I can't even find a link to any sort of user agreement for it, just permissions which doesn't mention anything about it.)
Did you download the "Bose connect" app? I had this issue when I first got mine, downloaded the app and updated. But I am good to go now.
