Hey, i feel your pain.
Its is pretty hard to find good games on Android.
Disclaimer: i normaly dont play mobile games that much but im trying to look past that.
I havnt played this one myself but ive only heard good things about it through reddit / the internet in general. Especially on the heartfelt aspect that you mentioned.
The app ratings mirror that.
The games ~~aesthetic~~ atmosphere and feel is great. I loved the soundtrack. To the point where im randomly listening to it on youtube. I also didnt find the time to finish it though.
No, it is available : Link

Shadow of the Colossus (2011)
PlayStation 2 classic that never made it out of the Sony game system. An eerie and surreal tale about sacrifice and cruelty that the world contains. Play as Wander -- young warrior that roams vast and hollow game universe that’s surrounded by sharp cliffs and endless water. He is on the mission to kill 16 gargantuan colossi all scattered around the game world. Each colossus is a puzzle and can be killed only after solving it. At Wander’s disposal are his sword and bow that helps him climb the beasts. Each one requires the player to come up with a cunning strategy to topple each behemoth. The story is told in a very ascetic way and consists of only two in-game cutscenes. Nevertheless, it helps to build up the atmosphere mystery in the game epos. Developers are no strangers in the dark, atmospheric games such as this: they also behind critically acclaimed ICO that also had been published on PlayStation 2.

Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons
Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons is a story about teamwork. Having a very curious setup, the story follows two brothers on a quest. With their mother dead and father being heavily ill, the only way to save is to bring water from the Tree of Life. But on their way, they will have to challenge the world and themselves. Villages, mountains and forests, bullies, trolls and wolves will await Naiee and Naia on their journey. With having such setup, the game found a perfect way to portray this world to the audience. The beautiful visual style and something in between adventure and a platformer make the game an exciting experience. Although that is not the most curious thing about the game. With having two brothers involved in a story, the game actually gives you an opportunity to control both of them. You can solve puzzles by simultaneously moving both of the characters. For example, one of your heroes must distract an enemy, and another is supposed to go behind. This amazing feature provides you with one of the most unique experiences as you play two characters at once.

Spec Ops: The Line
The Line is the tenth entry into the Spec Ops series, as well as a modernized reboot. Following the worst recorded sandstorms in Dubai, Captain Martin Walker was sent to investigate the events that took place in the city, after it was cut off from all transport and communication. So now the squad of the elite soldiers has to discover, what was meant by the last message they received from the dense wall of raging sand. Spec Ops: The Line places the attention on the squad mechanics, where players can give orders to the NPCs, accompanying the player during the game. Aside from the single-player story campaign, players can join the multiplayer matches, which may vary from the solo/team deathmatch to “King of the Hill” type matches. Cooperative missions for two players have been added shortly after the game release. The single player campaign allows players to experiment with the weapons, carrying two at a time and use the environments to their advantage, using hazardous sandstorm to clear-out the enemies.

Yes Not sure if i am allowed to post linkfor apk but on playstore it is 190 rs https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.and.games505.brothers&hl=en_US
Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons imparts some good lessons about teamwork, solving puzzles, and brotherly love. This game is about love, loss, bravery, and the strength that comes with fraternal bonds. It suggests that life is less lonely and tasks much easier when you share a partnership.
Overall it’s a great emotional puzzler which has great role models and some dark moments.
3 hours of gameplay needed to beat main storyline and 4 hours for completion.
For reviews: https://store.steampowered.com/app/225080/Brothers__A_Tale_of_Two_Sons/ (rated 94% positive).
I played this not long ago and it’s really good with some intuitive gameplay elements and an original story. It feels like playing a co-op game by yourself, in a pleasing way. Interactions vary from Chuckle Brothers 'to-me-to-you' log carrying to coordinated switch flipping built around the brothers' contrasting abilities.
Also available separately for mobile devices (Android & iOS, priced $2.99).
Note: Steam indicates that a controller is required to play but that’s not completely true.
You can control both characters simultaneously using the keyboard, the default scheme being WSAD+Space to control the older brother and Arrows+RCtrl for the other one. You can remap the control keys to whatever you prefer but there isn’t any option to use the mouse.
The camera is mostly automated and can be rather conveniently controlled by the means of keyboard.
Keyboard controls are indeed a bit awkward but manageable.

(PART 2)
I like adventure games which you just play: go through the story without revisiting same locations over and over for stupid grinding. The best adventure game for me is Brothers: Tale of Two Sons (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.and.games505.brothers). It has one of the strongest narratives I've seen in mobile games. The other one being Joe Dever's Lone Wolf (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=it.reply.forge.lonewolfcomplete) - RIP Joe Dever... I currently play Oceanhorn (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.FDGEntertainment.Oceanhorn.gp) as well. Not finished yet, but I like what I see so far. Hopefully, the second part will be released for Android as well.
I'm not into racing games much, but I love how they ported classic Carmageddon ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.stainlessgames.carmageddon). I also enjoyed Slingshot Racing (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WEHwv8-_4B8) right before the moment it became ultra-hardcore and nearly impossible to get three stars (eh... cogs) on each level. Seems like this game was removed from Google Play for some reason.
Swordigo (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.touchfoo.swordigo) was already mentioned in other posts, so I'll skip praising how great this game is. What was not mentioned is Shadow Fight 2 (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nekki.shadowfight) - the game I love very much. Unfortunately, in time the developers turned this beautiful masterpiece into some stupid F2P trash - clearly to appeal to 8-year olds or something. Kudos to them though, for releasing Special Edition (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nekki.shadowfight2.paid) stripped of all these modern F2P elements for which we hate mobile games so much. Shadow Fight 3 was good in beta state, but was completely ruined afterwards (new story is stupid as hell, to much grinding, high paywalls etc.). The other game they ruined is Vector (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nekki.vector.paid). I don't even want to remember that there is a sequels to this great game.
For more "stealthy" action games, consider Space Marshals (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pixelbite.sg) - ton of fun. Space Marshals 2 (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pixelbite.sm2) is even better as it removed a lot of elements I hated in first part (like these stupid time-based missions).
A lot of good point-and-click adventures out there (most of them are PC ports). My favorites are Yesterday (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bulky.Yesterday.premium), Yesterday Origins (seems to be removed from Google Play, https://store.steampowered.com/agecheck/app/465280/), Infamous Machine (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.blyts.infamousmachine), Machinarium (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=air.net.machinarium.Machinarium.GP) and others.
I don't like Terraria for what it is, but I enjoyed playing Blockheads (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.noodlecake.blockheads) - mostly because of indirect controls and Crashlands (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bscotch.crashlands) - mostly because of infinite inventory. I just don't like spending hours on doing everything manually (as Minecraft-like games often require). Wish there were some Dwarf Fortress clones (like Rimworld) ported to Android.
Unfortunately, there are not much good city builders on Android. Most of them are stupid farms where you have to wait hours for something to happen and launch the game every day to get rewards. TheoTown (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=info.flowersoft.theotown.theotown) stands above the rest as IAPs and diamonds do not affect the gameplay too much (it does more and more with each update though - wish you saw how great this game was when it first launched). 1849: Gold Edition (https://www.gog.com/game/1849_the_gold_rush) is great, but as with many great games - no longer available in Google Play.
Luckily, there are good old games that ARE still available. Here is the Anomaly (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.elevenbitstudios.AnomalyWarzoneEarthHD) series for those who is not familliar with great classics. Anomaly Korea (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.elevenbitstudios.AnomalyKorea) is my favorite (probably because of how good the skills are picked in this one). Consider Anomaly 2 (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.elevenbitstudios.anomaly2game) for superior graphics and superior story.
Not a fan of zombie apocalytpse theme, but a couple of games that stand from the rest are Rebuild (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=air.com.sarahnorthway.rebuild2) - didn't like the Rebuild 3 though - and Organ Trail (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hatsproductions.OrganTrail). Consider Death Road to Canada (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.noodlecake.drtc) as well, but as I've said - zombies are not my thing.
See (PART 3) for the remainder of the post.
