I've reached out to flipkart regarding this. So far there's no response.
Here is the link to the product page (sorry if it's some kind of promotional link, I don't know how to get the regular one)
Treat it like you would treat an addiction.
Most importantly, find a new hobby to eat up the time you're now going to have - preferably a productive one.
Second most important thing is not being extremely harsh on yourself when you fall into these same patterns while trying to quit, that's gonna happen and it's normal - you've got neural pathways formed in your head from playing games for so long so you'll end up doing it and so it's gonna take a long time for them to rot away you just have to keep at it and try attacking the problem from different angles.
Different angles like say you try quitting instantly and fall back into old patterns, you need to try tapering it off instead - so for example let's say you play 3 hours usually, you decide only 2 hours of gaming today, then slowly reduce it over weeks and months. Aim very low, the lowest you can continue to do then take another step when you're comfortable. It's gonna be a long process.
If you'd like to try an Program to limit things then Cold Turkey is one I would recommend.
Guys, I think I deciphered the code and it says G533QR-HF078TS.
But it is out of stock.
Also yeah didn't realise it was the old one, don't know much about controllers.
Edit: it says Series X in the title.

I recommend picking up the Gigabyte K83 for 3.5k, the G402 for 2.1k and an Audio Technica M50X/M40X/M30X when they're like 4-6k on an Amazon sale. Use the leftover funds for a good quality mousepad and a microphone. I use this for the latter. You need an arm for it though.
I hate gaming headsets with a passion, but if you really want to buy one, it'll have to be the HyperX Cloud series

I use them for gaming on console and PC. Spatial audio is really good especially in competitive games like Apex. Easy on the ears if you're gonna use it for hours at a stretch, retractable and easy-adjustable mic. There's a button to turn the mic off/on and also a volume slider. I use it for the same stuff as you pretty much and the overall sound quality is pretty good.

If you are looking for some cheaper options with comparable performance look into :
IBM's Bluemix (their Singapore and Chennai regions specificially) and
DigitalOcean (their Singapore and Bangalore regions specifically)
For reference equivalent configs to the EC2.Micro(1 core^[^] + 1GB ram) at
Bluemix would be $25/month(or)$0.038/hr($27.5 per month)
Digitalocean would be $10 per month(or)$0.015/hr($10.8 per month)
[^] : No clue what cpus Bluemix and Amazon use in the servers - as far as I know the most common cpu at digitalocean is the e5-2670
No clue about performance in Terraria and Rust but DigitalOcean's smallest server($5/month, 1core , 512MB) ran a CSGO 5v5 server along with a mumble server with no problems/lag.

I've been using BenQ GW2470. Once you configure the profile, the colours are really good and the response time is 2ms, and it's not a TN-Panel. I'd recommend that. (I bought it in Germany, but I think it's the same in India).
There is an opensource version called minetest.
Pair that with a mod called mineclone (installable from within the game) and you can get a feel of minecraft.
It also has free online SMP (survival multiplayer) servers.

I paid 80k for the system monitor and gear excluded. I bought it from an offline store in south Kolkata. No I had no PC before so I bought everything from scratch. Mouse, mousepad and headphones were the only things I had from before. here’s the flipkart link to the monitor
Logitech G102 for Rs 1299
Logitech G300s for Rs 849
Importing will levy duties, is there anyone you know who can bring the laptop from foreign in hand? If yes then buy MSI GT62/72 series, GT series has high built quality.
If you are buying from India consider there laptops- Acer Predator MSI GE62VR
Why dont you buy a good headphone and then a separate cheap dedicated mic?
just over 5000 but you can always get a cheaper mic in your local stores. i once saw a iball one for 600
>GeForce GTX1060 3GB
12K ??? Good luck mate!! you need all the luck in the world.
You can get a brand new Zotac GeForce GTX1060 3GB for 13K in amazon.
https://www.amazon.in/Zotac-GeForce-GTX1060-Graphics-Card/dp/B01KKJAJM4
Man this has gone beyond just being a bad seller. There should be charges pressed against them. Like reddit is a good start but we need a much bigger audience to actually successfully spread the word about this shitty site.
Edit - for context this is what people see when they Google their service.
nah mate. just buy the legion for like 67K if you are going for 1650/1650ti. spending more than 70k on those gpus is just not worth it anymore.
else get the MSI and save the extra money for any after-sales problems you will most probably endure. cant vouch for the MSI after sales and warranty
You could look at the MSI GF65 Thin with the i5 10500H, the GTX 1660 Ti, 16 GB of RAM, and a 512 GB SSD. It comes in at around ₹74,990, which is decent. Also take note that the processor is a 6-cores, 12-threads one, not 4-cores, 8-threads.
I wouldn't suggest buying any of those laptops as they come with a GTX 1650. Not that a GTX 1650 is bad, but it'll start to show its age pretty soon. As another person said, visit unboxparadigm.com/gaming to view laptops by their specifications and set stock alerts.
Also, this question might belong in the Build/Tech Support Weekly thread stickied at the top of the subreddit. But until a moderator removes it, I guess you're good. Just try to post such queries there next time. Cheers!
Great, I am also interested in that variant. Unfortunately I couldn't order as amazon doesn't deliver in my city due to lockdown. I am waiting for stocks to arrive offline stores.
Can you post screenshots of detailed specs using something like HWiNFO? I am interested to know the model number of the lcd panel they are used in Indian variant. Also what is the 512GB SSD they are using? Thanks
Tomb Raider (2013) is on sale with a discount of 85%off (₹109) The last time that it was sold at this price was in December 2015 according to steamdb
Dude! Sell that Sennheiser and get this instead, when it is back in stock!
I bought LG Ultragear 32GK650 for 21999/-. It is currently on sale on amazon. It is 32 inch 1440 144hz monitor.
Yes there are some options from the Asus ProArt series. But you gotta outline things you want the monitor for. If you're into really color critical work. And I mean really critical. Like color grading a movie worth at-least 50lacs and above. Then probably investing in a $6000 monitor makes sense.Even then there are other options that will meet that 1000 Nits of Brightness threshold.
IMHO you should look for an IPS Panel with color accuracy of delta E <1, with 1000 nits of brightness, Dolby Vision certified, 4k Panel.(In that order)
But if you fall into the category of enthusiast and want to buy a good color accurate display for hobby and semi-professional work; then you should go with an IPS Panel with 600 nits of Brightness and color accuracy of delta E<1 or 2 after color calibration.
This monitor should fit the bill.
Amazing SSD offers (pre 10% discount):
Kingston A2000 1TB - 8499/- >> 1TB TLC NVME - not to be missed
Crucial P1 1TB - 8499/- >> 1TB QLC NVME - not as good as the A2000 but not bad as well
Sure! I got most stuff from Amazon.
The desk is this one
The stand is a duak laptop and monitor one but I wouldn't hugely recommend it! Was a bit tricky to install and the laptop tray isn't very flexible
Monitor is a Dell UltraSharp U2720Q
Keeb is a keychron K2 and mouse is a logitech MX Master 2
Chair is a Herman Miller Sayl - best purchase of the lot for me!
Yes, you’ll get your refund.
> All games are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason. However, you must have not played the game for more than 2 hours. You will not be eligible for refunds for games from which you have been banned or for which you have otherwise violated the terms of service.
Since you're considering MSI, why not try to go for the GF65 Thin with an i5 10500H, 16 GB of RAM, a 512 GB SSD, and a GTX 1660 Ti. It's presently out of stock, I know, but nothing comes close to that in terms of specifications at that price point. It's slightly above your budget, though, ₹74,990.
Unfortunately, people love that shit. Flipkart G74 mouse. It's actually so bad that a fast movement isn't even fully registered. Flicks are impossible to do.
Is it worth 13.4k (flipkart)? Amazon or their own site doesn't seem to deliver to Kerala.
how is this deal for Asus ROG Zephyrus G15 ?
I can get it for 1,16,390 after card discount. require it for programming and productivity stuff. not for gaming. I spend whole day on laptop so good display is must.
Do you feel like it is bottlenecking or is it actually bottlenecking? I ask because you may end up wasting your money without realising.
If it's the former, I suggest downloading this program and looking at the utilisation values for both your GPU and CPU when running your usually played games.
If your CPU hits 100% before your GPU does, then it is being bottlenecked (vice-versa means you have a GPU bottleneck). However, make sure you get your fps reading as well. If you have a 60hz monitor and you're getting consistent 60fps in your games, then even if your CPU is technically bottlenecking your GPU it still wouldn't make any difference if you upgraded your CPU. Your monitor would still only be displaying 60 frames per second, no matter what your CPU + GPU combo can produce.
But to answer your question directly, the best available CPU for that socket is the 5950X. But the best value for money CPU for gaming specifically will be the 5600X (according to the benchmarks, you'll get 95% of the performance of the 5950X for gaming. If you do any video processing or things like that, the 5900X and 5950X are significantly better in those specific use cases).
Go for this one as it comes with a 120hz display as well.
With 60k you can manage to get a 1050.
Do your research.
Can you see it’s out of stock there? Means it’s so old that the pricing haven’t updated either. Here’s an upgraded version which is in stock

3 years warranty and amazing build quality - just go for it :)
Antec EAG750 - Rs 7303 and a coupon worth Rs 731 prior to the 10% discount with credit card. Seems like a hell of a deal for Tier A PSU.
I have a logitech G302 and a G102. They are both great for CS:GO. G302 has a somewhat odd shape and is a little heavier than G102. So, G102 is your safest bet.
You can also try Redragon M601 CENTROPHORUS - Amazon Link
SteelSeries 62281 The Sims 4 Gaming Mouse (Amazon Link) is also an interesting option.

Acer Predator Helios 300 Gaming Laptop, Intel Quad Core i7 Processor, GeForce GTX 1060 6GB Graphics, 15.6" Full HD, 16GB DDR4, 256GB SSD, Red Backlit Keyboard, Metal Chassis, G3-571-77QK - VR Ready. https://www.amazon.in/dp/B06Y4GZS9C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_MSe7zbC64M87Q
Hard pitch man. Generally for 4 year old laptops, neither the buyer not the seller comes out as a winner as tech improves really fast.
Now about how to price:Find equivalent new product in market: Acer Aspire 1650 /R 3550H/512 SSD at 52kSlightly better gpu and cpu(OTOH, correct me if I am wrong), more ssd and no HDD. I would say with the current price for your laptop in new condition would be 50k.
This is the problem with tech, specially laptops. Your laptop dropped from 120k to 50k without even taking depreciation into account.
Now we have to add depreciation of 4 years to a new laptop worth xxx rs. You tell me, how much discount would you want for a 4 year old laptop. 50,60, 70, 80%? Apply this to the value of 50k and you get your selling price. It won't be a lot.
Its not like the buyer will be having a good deal at 60% discount either. Sure 20k might sound lucrative for the performance it will give, but that laptop parts can die anytime. Laptops aren't built to last very long unless you take extra extra extra care. Repairs can easily increase the costs over budget. I don't think I will ever buy a 4 year old laptop.
There are very few laptops around Rs 50k range which have color accurate displays i.e. with 72% ntsc. The only ones I could find are these - Acer swift 3 MSI modern 14 (There might be more)
Both will be good enough for basic use.
Why not get this instead ?
3k cheaper than what you picked and has a 1660Ti which is roughly 50% faster than 1650 (Not maxQ) according to Hardware Unboxed. The i7 9750h is only 5% faster in games though compared with i5 9300h but 1660Ti literally kills the 1650MaxQ. So please have a look at the one I am suggesting instead of your pick.
I have a similar story to share. So a few years back i was searching for some budget gaming headsets to upgrade from the free apple earpods. After searching for a bit i settled on some weird kotion each headsets and placed the order on amazon. After placing the order i was just searching around and found Steelseries Siberia 200 for 2k! Yes 2K! why? maybe because it was in that shitty gaia green colour way (this one: https://www.flipkart.com/steelseries-siberia-200-wired-headset/p/itma991776f36c6a ) So i immediately cancelled my order but it said the product was already dispatched and i can refuse the delivery. Few days later it arrived and i wasn't home so my mum ended up receiving and paying for it since it was COD. Came home to find both headsets so i contacted Amazon support. The lady initially refused to issue a return because it was a non returnable item. But then i mentioned that the seller had sent me the wrong colour so she asked me to send some pictures and after that she told me that i can keep the headset and the amount i paid would be refunded to my amazon account! pretty sweet so i ended ordering a keyboard.
Is it recommended to get featherlite chair from flipkart with seller featherlite itself? Looks like prices are little lower on flipkart than their own site (but not Flipkart Advantage)

Here's some basic troubleshooting steps that I can think of!
First, we want to confirm if your ISP is actually delivering the promised speed. So connect any device directly to Ethernet and check the speed. From your other comments, it seems that Ethernet works fine, so let's proceed.
Next, we want to check if your router is capable of high speed WiFi. For that, take any other device that has 5G WiFi and confirm the speed. You won't get full 150mbps on 2.4GHz band (although it shouldn't be as low as 10mbps). If your router can't deliver 150mbps on any device, you probably need to upgrade it.
Next, we want to check if any drivers are causing trouble in your laptop. Reset, reinstall and restart all network related drivers in your laptop. Try different versions to see if you hit any luck.
Finally, the WiFi adapter itself might be problematic, so try getting hold of a 5GHz USB WiFi adapter (like this one) and check if it can deliver the full 150mbps speed that you need.

I'm sorry, looks like price increased. it was for ~8.3k few days back
I have the exact same laptop and I upgraded it to 16gb using the HyperX impact 8gb*2 instead of buying another Samsung stick similar to the factory one which was for 8k (just 1 stick) whereas the HyperX is 2 for cheaper(5.6k total), better latency(CL15 compared to Samsung which is CL19) and offers XMP 2.0. It does improve the performance of the laptop and stopped frame drops in games entirely.
Here's the link for the HyperX ram
Mine came with Samsung M471A1K43DB1-CTD ram from factory but those weren't and still aren't available so I've linked another which is the exact same ram stick(Given as alternate ram for the factory one on Lenovo website under parts).
Here's the link for the factory Samsung ram
Only disadvantage of upgrading ram are the temps of the laptop as they shoot up like crazy but still manageable and never over 93deg Celsius with thermal mode in Lenovo Vantage set to "Performance".
Have had the HyperX installed since the past 4months. No problems after the upgrade so far and runs way smoother than before. Definitely recommend the HyperX ones and definitely go for 2 sticks of 8gb so you get full benefits of dual channel.
Oh sorry if this wasn’t clear. I am trying put the monitor via this (see the link below) but apparently the table is way too thick 😒

Farcry 3 and 4 are cheaper on origin than on steam. But Domestic cards do not work here. Contact your bank to activate international transactions on your card.
IIRC this farcry bundle on steam was on sale for around rs.1700 or 2700 some weeks ago. Edit: This was during farcry 5 release Sorry I dont remember the actual price. Wait for summer sale and meanwhile play some other game.

Nope I have never seen the prices drop in gamestheshop. If you decide to buy digital, I'd suggest that you buy from GreenManGaming.

There's a sale going on and it's currently 3200.
I would recommend you to check out Asus ROG Strix G15 Advantage Edition, you can get it for as low as 1.55 lakh.
I don't have an idea regarding its mining performance but the gaming performance sits between an RTX 3070 and 3080 in some games it outperforms an RTX 3080.

Here you go. I've also reached out to them
LG BX Oled is going for 97k-99k on Flipkart. https://www.flipkart.com/lg-139-cm-55-inch-oled-ultra-hd-4k-smart-tv
If you have the Axis FK card you get additional 5k discount. People interested to buy a 4k 120 hz TV under 1 lakh this is the best deal (better than the frame tv imo). You also get comprehensive 3 yr warranty from LG.
I have this TV hooked onto my PS5 and the Experience has been stunning.
If you're alright with MSI, this would be a pretty good option, in fact it should be the best in that budget. But if you require CUDA cores, then look into Legion 5 or Ideapad gaming which offers Ryzen 5 4600h and Ryzen 7 4800h respectively with a gtx 1650. Both are priced under 70k as well. Like the rest of them suggested you can add the ram later on when needed.
Because there are literally two models available right now? The Asus ROG Strix G15 and the Asus TUF Dash F15.
It was available on Flipkart last night at around 11:00 PM. I was eagerly waiting for RTX 3070 variant for a long time. Finally got it for Rs.1.46 Lacs (Rs.1000 off against HDFC CC) on Flipkart yesterday. 3060 variant was sold on Amazon for Rs.1.51 lacs. I had earlier booked that one but cancelled it soon as I realized I should wait for the better 3070 variant when I am already spending 1.5 lakhs then why settle for RTX 3060. Now price increased to Rs.1.58 Lacs and is currently out of stock as of now.

this a bit out of your budget at 99k but worth every rupee with i7 10th and rtx 2060
Wasn't going for a wow setup exactly. I know it looks terrible. It was my first monitor and is about 4 years old. Currently using it as a secondary monitor. Can't really do anything about the icons now can I if I use them?
Wallpaper is not bad.
Here they are with screens swapped http://imgbox.com/yRVjxFxg
