There is an app called "Web Alert" ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert), which will check for changes in any desired website. So you can set the http://grrm.livejournal.com/ and set it to check for updates even every 1 minute if you'd like.
I had the same problem. The first time it took me too long to write everything. Then they were open again for about 30 minutes but they suddenly had a 500 char limit per question and also changed some questions. I was on almost every question over the limit so I had rewrite it, which took me more than 30 min and it was already closed again.
I just manged to submit an application a few minutes ago, before it closed again. I still had the form open from last time and I only had to hit submit.
So I recommend saving your answers or else they are gone because you probably won't be able to finish in time.
> Did my application reached or not ??
Probably not.
Edit: I used Web Alert (Website Monitor) on my android phone and checked the application site for changes every 5 minutes. You get a notification if it changed.
Is this for a website? You could use Web Alert:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert
If not for a website you could use Tasker+UI Query which is a little bit more complicated if you don't have Tasker or AutoInput experience.
Try <strong>Web Alert</strong>. It will run very slowly when there's so many actions but it should work.
The free version can only be set to a time trigger but the paid <strong>Web Alert XP</strong> has full Tasker integration with conditions, actions and variables :-}
Web Alert seems really neat (along with its Tasker integration), might be another alternative to consider.
I used a free android app called web alert:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert&hl=en_GB
and monitored the page that shows the stock levels for Eternal:
https://eternaltv.net/billing/cart.php?gid=2
Good luck
Sure.
Android https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert
Idk if there is an iOS equivalent.
PC https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/page-monitor/ogeebjpdeabhncjpfhgdibjajcajepgg?hl=en
Web Alert or AnyTracker, maybe? You can use these apps to monitor websites which lists ongoing discounts and deals.
Try the app I recommended called web alert. It will require that you go to the web page in browser and highlight what changes you want to see. In your case it may work if you use your Amazon wish list page and highlight the books and prices to monitor changes. Should work, just requires a bit more complicated initial setup. But is all automatic after that.
You're welcome!
I'm gonna assume that the seeming ban on ever for all eternity posting a direct link again reflects the subreddit preferences, so I won't keep dodging them with self posts, but I can recommend re-checking this site every morning. Or setting up a programmatic watch with something like Web Alert: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert
You could try the Web Alert app (Android) and set it to monitor http://www.lolsuit.com/ for updates. No idea if this actually works or not, so I'm gonna try it now and I'll find out the next time there's an update.
sure!
I have an android phone, so I used the Web Alert app. It allows you to enter any URL, then choose any part of that page to scan for changes.
I put in the acerrecertified.com link and selected the "out of stock" area. I customized my alerts to check every 5 minutes around times I thought they restock may be.
Once the monitor goes back in stock, I get a notification on my phone that the site has changed. Hopped in, logged in to my account, and had my order confirmed in a couple minutes.
You can also use <strong>Web Alert</strong> or <strong>Web Alert XP</strong> if you want Tasker integration.
They go in and out of stock for a couple of days.
Here is the app I used to buy it the moment it came up. Monitors Web pages for changes and alerts you.
There is an app that works on your smart phone (or tablet if you have one) that can detect changes just like the desktop versions do. You should check it out! I have used this one with good results!
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert&hl=en
Really they should have an API for places like news and traffic services to be able to easily poll that data, but apparently they don't.
Do you have an Android phone, by any chance? I'll bet I could figure something out with Tasker and send you the code.
Or, it turns out, maybe this would work: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert&hl=en (I've never used that app, but it seems promising!)
It was available yesterday at Cyberport for 2.300€. You have to check mydealz regularly and also The Lenovo Website. The Lenovo Website had legion 7 available last week.
Use this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert
You have to be fast, they are sold out very quickly. The app helps a lot.
I used the app a few years ago to help order console mod parts which was frustrating to order (one shot every few months to order from a batch that would sell out within minutes).
Note: there are probably better options out there now.
I'd recommend using an app like website monitor and have it scanning the various websites you're waiting for it on and it will alert you to when it's back in stock or updated in any way
If what I indicated earlier is really something similar to what you need, pay attention to this — Web Alert (Website Monitor) (it is good).
Also, as far as I know, there are online services for monitoring websites with e-mail notification.
Yeah, Bandcamp notifications may only work when a whole new release is added... Not just new Merch...
I also follow changes to the Shpongle Bandcamp Merch page using an app called WebAlert.
Watch this URL: https://shponglemusic.bandcamp.com/merch
Using this app: (or one like it) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert
Have your tried HTTP Get, <strong>Web Alert</strong> or <strong>AutoTools's</strong> Html Read action?
I'm using https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert
It worked for notifying me when the cases were in stock, but then it was only the grey one. I wasn't specific enough. It's now monitoring any change to the 'coming soon' below the blue.
Hilariously it takes nearly 1GB of ram to run in the background!
Depending on if/what kind of smartphone you have there are apps that can give you an alert.
For all the Android people in the house, I use this
Found it!
The app I was mentioning in my previously reply is Web Alert. In looking at it seems very cool.
The only thing though is that it's Tasker integration resides in an 'advanced feature' expansion pack that costs a few dollars. However it you're worried about massive data charges from running HTTP Get every x minutes, then a one time fee of a few dollars should work out fine.
You could try an app? There are a couple in the app store here:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert&hl=en
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=lv.mat1ss.android.pagemon&hl=en_GB
I haven't any experience with these but they seem to get good ratings.
It would be an absolutely fantastic feature if AutoTools HTML Read could interact with webpage buttons in background determined by CSS.
Just like this superb Tasker plugin app - Webalert.
I'm really not here to crap on your solution. I swear. I'm totally not motivated enough to do all that. I use https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert
I am just too lazy, and I don't mind rewarding a dev for hard work.
Hey.. is this Henrik? Thank you, sir.
is the website but the link to the Android app I use for the plug-in is:
try chrome extension that check page changes, used one for an Amazon deal go live, don't remember the name but should be lots similar.
if Android, web alert can do similar things https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert
Nem pontosan ez az oldal, amit te írtál, de én a F*ceb**k M*rketpl*ce -n találkoztam hasonló frusztrációval. Nekem végül a Web Alert nevű app eléggé bevált.
I used to use this old android app to track changes on website for stock on stuff. It drains battery like hell if you have it set to constantly check though think this might actually be useful for some people if you're paranoid on missing the email.
Basically just navigate to logging into steam and you can select the element that is likely to change to show you can order. Then you should if selected right get a notification when it's changed.
Dont 100% rely on this, sometimes any small website change can trigger it but maybe some people will find use in it?
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert
Ironically despite suggesting this I'll probably just raid my inbox and spam every Monday night and manually view the Web page but for those who are lazy and like automation here's a useful tool.
This app - Webalert gets the job done with gettings specific contents from highly complex and interactive websites which [HTTP Request] cannot get. Has inexpensive Tasker integration for the many other features it provides.
Welcome : )
I use the free app Web Alert as a way to get the CSS I need. The actual purpose of the app is to perform actions like login to a site, get specific content from a webpage etc, all done in the background.
It also comes with a paid expansion pack - Web Alert Expansion Pack which is required to be bought as if you want a Tasker integration, backup features and the much needed CSS selector access. It is inexpensive compared to it's utility.
Does the temporary login persist between different browsers ?
If so, this app is capable of navigating and logging into websites in background.
Try the free version to see if it works for you and if it does, you can buy the comparitively cheap Tasker integration.
Here's another suggestion, and is an app. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert It's free although to have full features and customizability, there's a $2.49 addon. I just bought it myself after playing with the free version for a while.
If you're having trouble, you can try this app - Web Alert, to get specific portions of data/texts from any webpages. You just have to select which elements of webpage to retrieve on every run. It's mostly free and has paid Tasker integration, with a very reasonable price compared to it's utility.
It's pretty user-friendly and straightforward plug-in and simply have tap a couple of times to get what you need.
Get the required result text from webpages into Tasker variable and process it as desired. Setup in just 3~4 one-tap steps and next time always easily get data in background.
Just incase there are some who aren't able to get their head around using api, you can try this app to get specific portions of data/texts from webpages. It's mostly free and has paid Tasker integration, with a very reasonable price compared to it's utility.
It's pretty user-friendly and straightforward and simply have tap a couple of times to get what you need.
I had an app running on my phone to check a specfic website page every X minutes for a specific change (the removal of "sorry this is not available" from the page) for getting a PS5.
I have not looked at the MIQ website to really know how its structured, and how place availability affects the page itself, so the following advice will probably be of limited value.
I snagged a PS5 using a programme running on my phone to spot when the PS5 page changes a key part of the page (changing 'out of stock' to anything else). I had the programme running in the background checking every 10 minutes.
I suspect that MIQ booking website will be more than a bit more complex i.e. there is no single 'out of stock' phrase on a specific page but a calendar of availability. It will probaly be more a non-static page so it might be tricky.
Look at how the pages changes and see if there is any simple way to target changes that indicate new availability.
Hai provato con l'applicazione Webalert? L'applicazione simula il browser e registra ciò che premi, ti notifica appena c'è un cambiamento.
Se vuoi farlo in Python, dai un'occhiata a Selenium :)
I would recommend you to setup this app on Xbox series X's Amazon app. I managed to place two orders on 1 Dec and 11 February respectively (Didn't get 2 Xbox's cancelled the first one after it took too long to ship second is probably arriving in an hour) with this app. And when you get your Xbox buy gamepass subscription for insanely cheap using [this method]()
I was in the same situation as you then I installed this app and set it in such a way that whenever someone cancels their order for series x on Amazon. I get a notification. Only one pice comes at a time I got 4 notifications in ~10 days. And managed to secure a series x for me on 1 dec. It says that it will be in stock by 30 December and will arrive around 2-5 Jan.
If I need a quick solution I would use something like https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert&hl=en_US&gl=US
Gonna share my hunting experience and what worked for me, I was after the 3090 FE as I work with CGI and need the extra VRAM, yesterday finally managed to order one.
Got a restock notification for 3080 on 19:02 and for 3090 on 19:03, 3080 stocks lasted for ~3 minutes and 3090 for ~11 minutes.
I use an Android app to notify me of any changes on a website (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert), there is a paid expansion pack to unlock more content (£1 .99).
The app can be set to track an specific area of the page (out of stock button), I also recommend to use "source" instead of just text.
There's even an option for endless notification and for the notification to override the Android silent mode, useful for early morning restocks.
Also it's useful to create an Nvidia account and save your payment details and address (you don't want to waste crucial seconds filling these), if you don't have an account yet just add any item to the basket and go all the way before payment, next time all you need to do is log in.
For payment, UK high street banks and cards are a pain, they constantly cancel "suspicious" transactions, I use Starling (digital only bank) - you can create an account in just 5 minutes, and they'll issue a virtual card to use before the actual card arrives.
Happy hunting!
For anyone who misses this window - consider getting something like the Web Alert app for Android (sorry, no idea if there's an iOS version but sure there's something similar if not) and pointing it at the registration page - that app checks websites on a schedule you set and sends you a notification if there are changes. It's how I found this open registration almost as soon as it was up.
Using an app called Web alert. You basically select what part of the website you want to monitor and it will check for changes and alert you when they happen. Handy for keeping track of the numbers. I even use it to monitor prices of things on amazon and when the price changes It alerts me too.
Yes it's an Android app and it's pretty easy to setup, the initial process will guide you through all the steps (You just browse to a certain webpage and select the part of it that you want to monitor for changes).
I recommend paying for the premium version for better odds (refreshes more frequently) I personally paid for it using my Google Rewards balance.
I was notified today at 6 in the morning and managed to place an order successfully thanks to it.
I'm not sure if there's an alternative for iOS, but I assume there is.
Good luck ♡
if it's simple you may be able to do it, but it would be easier to use the web alert app on play store that has tasker integration.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert&hl=en_US
If you want simple solution, there's Web Alert app on Playstore that can record the steps of logging in and checking balance, then do it automatically in the background regularly and notify you on any changes. If you can code, Selenium can run on Google's free forever VM and do even more complex act, like notifying you through Whatsapp etc
I really wish there was an online price tracker for Home Depot. I have used Android app Web Alert that tracks changes to web sites to track prices on specific items at Home Depot. It worked well for that, but it's not the same as having historical pricing.
If you have an Android phone then I highly recommend getting the following app:
I've used it for everything from Amazon Price drops to changes on the KDM store. It barely touches my battery (unless you're checking every minute of course) and it's incredibly customizable.
Bad bot :/
Web Alert (when in English) is a more general web monitor, good: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert
Fluctuate is specifically for price tracking: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.buneme.fluctuate
Someone's already posted Camel^3, but for a more generic solution, if you have an Android phone is Web Alert. If you want to do a number-based watch (i.e. watching for a specific price), you'd need the paid version, but with the free version you could just track any changes to the part of the site containing the price.
I use it mostly for parcel-tracking and in-stock alerts, but it was also designed for watching prices.
You first need to install the android app web alert (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert&hl=es). Then you need to create a monitor rule. I have created 2. One for the main comment page for insider so that I know every time he posts a new entry. Just use https://www.reddit.com/user/insiderlocks/comments/ Then I make a new monitor rule everyday using the permalink for the MLB daily subreddit of the current day (i.e he one I posted today). When creating the rule do as follows: 1.- past permalink and press green arrow. 2.- Press check mark 3.- Select region you want to monitor. I click the sentence right before the part where you have the UNITS TEAM LINE W/L and then click expand selection making sure it now includes everything the part with the UNITS TEAM LINE W/L plus the ? ? ? symbols under it . 4.- Press choose this NEXT NEXT FINISH 5.- That's it You can now tell the app when to check and give you a notification. Cheers GL p.
I was an early adopter of web alert. It is the best app to let you monitor specific changes on a web page. Looks like the app is 50k-100k installs now.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert&hl=en
I used this. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert I think I set the checking interval to 15 minutes when on wifi and set it to once an hour when on mobile data. Give me a shout again if you need help with this
I wonder if this Web Alert app would be able to see it / grab it?
There's a plugin for it that can send the info right to Tasker.
To add to other comments i use an android app on my phone
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert&hl=en
As others have stated i used this link.
http://store.steampowered.com/search/?term=#sort_by=Released_DESC&vrsupport=101&page=1
As i mentioned in another comment its pretty easy to build something yourself. There are page monitor apps like
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert
Select the LoL Statuspage there and set the refresh timer to whatever you want.
As soon as something changes you will get notified.
Is you have an android you can use this its easier than a script but I can make a script for you if you want (albeit very noobish scripting).
You are right, except for some posts asking for the action to be added (dated 2012) I haven't found any mention of this action anywhere. And the description in the user guide isn't much clear to me. I hoped there was a variable like %HTTPD where the header was stored. Of course, the %HTTPR variable won't do!
Yes, I though about using HTTP Get and hashing (or inspecting the HTML via regexp) but I would like to avoid it, as the profile should work on mobile net and I want to save data.
I found indeed such app, available here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert, which has a paid extension to work with Tasker (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert.xp). But given the price and the fact that I like to do things natively in Tasker, I hoped that HTTP Head would have been the solution. Thank you for your answer!
I used this app on my Android phone:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert
I'm sure there's an IOS/Windows Phone alternative. Also I've heard of a chrome browser extension but haven't used any of them. Basically just checks for changes on websites every so often
I recommend getting an app like web alert. You can set it to check a site as many or few times a day as you want
Used to use this on android https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert

Web Alert (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert). Hands down the best.
There's one for Android called Web Alert. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert&hl=en
Try Web Alert
Yeah, sure. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert
Good luck!
In the event you don't get into the section at first, you can use this method to monitor the section for when someone drops. I use this on Chrome and this on Android.
I don't know what's best for other platforms, but I use Android gizmos as my main computers, and the web watcher I use is Web Alert
Hay una app de Android que hace eso. La usaba para monitorear servidores publicando un status en texto plano en una URL.
Google mi propone questa app:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert&hl=en
It's called Web Alert (Website Monitor) and is ONLY an android app, as I've just found out. Apologies.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert&hl=en
I setup Web Alert to go off when http://pfmonkey.com/register changes.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert&hl=en
Web Alert (Website Monitor)) can do this.
Web Alert is a better version of this as it lets you manually select stuff but it doesn't have the graph feature
You can just set Task Scheduler+curl on Windows, cron+curl on macOS/Linux, Web Alert on Android, or Sites watcher on iOS to hit your https://linkip.adguard-dns.com/linkip/ address every 10 minutes or so.
Just use a generic customizable web checker? Like this one - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert
Web Alert
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert&referrer=utm_source%3Dws
Read the reviews thoroughly before installing.
I use this app to monitor website changes. If automation is needed you can set this app notification alert as a trigger in tasker.
Maybe try this app.
Thanks, I'll give it a try.
WebAlert is a very useful app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert
I remember I used this:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert
If you wish, there are also some nice addons for Chrome web browser:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/distill-web-monitor/inlikjemeeknofckkjolnjbpehgadgge
And maybe this one too (I don't remember if I tried it) :
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/page-monitor/ogeebjpdeabhncjpfhgdibjajcajepgg
Use this alert app.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert
It will tell you when the search is updated
I use the web alert app on Android, useful for monitoring price changes, sales, and new items. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert
Web alert app might help you here.
It's called Web Alert https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert
Es gibt distill web monitor App für ios und für Android
Have you tried something like this? has worked for gun stuff for me in the past
On Android I used Web Alert. I added like 6 or 7 shops could pre-order within 1 hour.
I use WebAlert for Android, but you could also use something like Distill for iOS and web browsers (extension).
The webpage I monitor is the main rtx3080 page (note: change the locale to your country and language, the page I linked is for the Dutch store) where the text "out of stock" is. Once the cards are back in stock, the text changes into "buy now" or "add to cart" the app will automatically detect it and send you a notification saying something has changed.
You can also monitor other webpages the same way if you're interested in different brands.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.webalert I use this for live bus times in KLWP, this should do the trick
TL;DR: Below are links to ad free AP results sites for each of the 6 states voting today as well as an ad free site with all results on one page, live delegate count, and a results YouTube/Twitch livestream.
Hello again to everyone on what, I'm sure, will prove to be another exciting day of voting!
For anyone that wants live AP results without any of the news site ads and fluff, below are links to results for all the states voting today (March 10th).
Also, If you prefer to see all these in one place, I set up a site for myself to do just that.

Some of you may remember a similar site that I posted for results on Super Tuesday. There have been some changes made to the site since last Tuesday. For those who maybe didn't stick around for all ten or so parts of the Super Tuesday thread I'd, again, like to give a big shout out to fellow Redditor rtaibah who made some HUGE improvements to the aesthetic of the site that you'll see have carried over to today's results site. Below is a list of a few changes that have been made as well as answers to some common questions from last Tuesday.
UPDATES!
I want to take this chance to say thank you to those who, last week, were so generous in donating your own hard earned dollars. As a stay at home dad of a struggling family of five I can assure you that every donation, even your $1 donation, makes such a huge difference in mine and my families life. I can't tell you how moved my wife and I were. It never even crossed my mind that anyone would want to or be willing to make a donation for using my little GutHub site. Heck, had a Redditor not told me to put the donation button up it never would have crossed my mind. I was truly dumbstruck by all the badges, coins, precious metals, and thank yous that I received, but I wanted to set a moment aside for a special thank you to those of you who donated and let you know that each of your donations was deeply appreciated and made a measurable difference to my family.
Now a few FAQs.
Lastly, if you're like me and want up to the minute results without having to be glued to your phone/computer all day I would highly recommend the Web Alert (free) app for android and its Expansion Pack ($2.95). You can set it up to alert you of any changes to these results down to the minute. I've exported my own alerts and linked to the download below. After downloading the export simply open the file and the app will give you the option to import the alerts. You can view the download and installation process here. This will provide minute to minute alerts for each of the 6 states. these are currently set up to only update over WiFi to conserve cellular data usage, but setting up checks at your preferred interval while on cellular data is an option.
3/11 Primaries Web Alerts (6 States)
Note: I am in no way affiliated with the Web Alert app. Just an app I found that I've had good results with.

Note: I am in no way affiliated with the Web Alert app. Just an app I found that I've had good results with.
TL;DR: Below are links to ad free AP results sites for each of the 6 states voting today as well as an ad free site with all results on one page, live delegate count, and a results YouTube/Twitch livestream.
Hello again to everyone on what, I'm sure, will prove to be another exciting day of voting!

I am recommended Web Alert!
Web Alert. Lets you monitor any webpage. Pro version has additional perks.
Provato ad automatizzare le "azioni" con WebAlert?
Sure! It takes a little figuring out, but once you do, it works very well.
I havent tried this but if you have Android you can use this:
First result on the app store seems reasonable.
A lazy solution is to use automated action browser like Web Alert on your phone. It would periodically load a page your choose in the background, execute simple clickity stuff, then bug out. Set the frequency to low when on mobile data (because it's useless there), and either every three or one hour on WiFi. That way at most the connection will only be down for one or three hours.
This would work until First Media upgrade their assholery by putting a captcha challenge in the portal.

There are also online services which send emails, but they have monthly subscriptions if you want frequent checks like every 5 minutes.
