You can't deny the amount of work Hello Games has put into this, the game has improved significantly since it's release in 2016, and it's still ongoing!
Death Stranding Sales Numbers Finally Revealed By Kojima Productions
“With Death Stranding being the first title developed out of Kojima Productions, from a sales perspective, it has performed quite well. As of March 2021, Death Stranding has sold through over five million units worldwide on PlayStation 4 and PC.”
And that was before the release of Death Stranding Director's Cut
So it’s probably safe to say that Death Stranding has sold approximately 6 Million copies and that’s an amazing thing to accomplish for a new IP.
You could set your Xbox‘s DNS server to AdGuard DNS to (at least) block the pictures of the Ad-Tiles, but the empty boxes will stay unfortunately.
sure! LED Lights
I’m in Australia. Bought mine from the US Amazon and they shipped here.

Nope, it’s the opposite. We’re getting everything besides the ray-traced reflections, however probably at lower levels than PC. Still should look great though.
Boy, are you in for a surprise once the price of the Xbox Seagate proprietary SSD is announced.
You posted non-proprietary HDD. Which is about a third of the cost of what to expect with these SSD memory cards.
Expect these cards to be no less than $150 & more than likely closer to $250. $200 is a safe bet.
There's already a potential comparable Xbox branded Seagate Externa 1TB SSD for the Xbox One X for $197.99 on Amazon.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07HP98FW6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_lKpfFbHBEBD9P
Chances are the Series X proprietary SSD memory card will be comparable to this.

Btw you can stack up to 3 years of Xbox Live Gold and upgrade it to GamePass Ultimate for only $1. Just make sure you have no active GamePass subscription when adding Xbox Live Gold to your account - otherwise the conversion ratio would be 3:1 instead of 1:1.
I would use something like this to save the ports on the console. Keep the adapter always attached to the console and connect/disconnect in the other end.
I think they have. They have some with 3ms response time and over 144hz now

I have a TCL as well and tried doing this but my feet only would go on the stock way. I purchased this to avoid having to buy a new surface to put the TV on and I couldn’t be happier. Easy installation and looks very sharp.
I would recommend rather buying the powerowl rechargeable AA batteries. Cost the same as the play and charge kit and you get 16 individual batteries. They hold a longer charge and you basically get 8 pairs instead of just one

You'll just need a US plug C7 cable, like this, and that one should definitely be rated for enough amps for the Xbox.

There are 4k HDMI 2.0 splitters available, e.g. https://www.amazon.com/J-Tech-Digital-Extractor-Passthrough-JTD18G-H5CH/dp/B074HHSJVN/ = they're just in the $40-$50 range.
> Developers CD Projekt Red announced the news today, saying the updated game will be available on the PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC, featuring a “range of visual and technical improvements.” These include faster loading times and ray tracing graphics. The upgrades will apply to the base game, says Projekt Red, as well as to both of its expansions (Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine) and all other “extra content.”
Clips make the whole set up very heavy. Look into those V shape folding phone mounts. Place the phone on it on some flat surface and then you only have the controller in your hand. Less risk or drop / fall and feels so much more comfortable without all the extra weight from a phone

Not really, SSD's aren't cheap especially custom one like these, which are alot smaller than a standard nvme SSD.

Price will come down eventually, but your probably going to need to be wait a year or two.
sabrent rocket : 5000MB/s peak seq reads, 200$
> ( Keep in mind that its in-game-performance is HARD to compare with Xbox's SSD since it runs on variable speeds - the numbers above being the limit -, while Xbox's SSD runs at a 'fixed' speed )
this is false, we don't know the real world speed of the xbox SSD and there is no such things as "fixed" and "variable speeds" for an SSD
but it doesn't matter, the xbox's ssd is going to be plenty fast
The Stadia Pro subscription will give you a "4K stream" but that doesn't mean the game is rendering at 4K on the server side. Only a small section are, you should check out https://airtable.com/shrHXaF85D1upSKSs/tblVXkiYyDsFwmiMa for info on what game resolutions are.
It's 3:1 or 3:2:
1 month of Gold = 20 days of Ultimate
3 months of Gold = 50 days of Ultimate (1+ month)
6 months of Gold = 79 days of Ultimate (2+ months)
12 months of Gold = 4 months of Ultimate
24 months of Gold = 8 months of Ultimate
It's pretty easy, just click link below, you click, log in to your xbox account convert your gold membership for a $1. I did that and I have ultimate until August 2021. Microsoft reckons that once you try out the program that you will stick around and, at least in respect to me, they are right.
I was similar in respect to gaming. I went a whole year without buying a new game but after ultimate I found it actually made me game more as I try out games that I would have otherwise ignored like Gears Tactics.
Having the door open you would be fine. With the door closed, you need to install some exhaust fans like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009COQYA0/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_AVBH399Y2MPQZ5XDAV93?psc=1
You could install one forcing cool air in, and another facing out to push hot air out.
This is the one I have. I just removed the glass shelves on one side and it fits both my Series X and PS5 vertically perfectly. https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B075MWK34X/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_WTDCX3JTJ9890D54XX7A?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I had one of these little Xbox one remote and it worked well with Xbox one. I got my series X and the volume buttons wouldn't work on it. I have my Xbox connected to a Dolby Atmos 5.1.4 system and then picture fed into TV via HDMI. This is just something to be aware of and I had to buy this to make the volume controls work on the remote (it's alot nicer too!) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08FCVG5DX?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I use r/BuildaPCsales to keep an eye on stuff like that. I make most my purchases from Amazon when stuff is on sale.
This is the SATA to USB adapter cable I use: https://www.amazon.com/Sabrent-2-5-Inch-Adapter-Optimized-EC-SSHD/dp/B011M8YACM/
This is the cable you want. The critical thing is the UASP support. Then get a pair of 3M Command strips and just tape the bare drive to the back of your Xbox. :)
It's the one most recommended for gaming for that reason. Highest transfer rate and durability. Looks like the price dropped even more than it was before the Prime Day deal. Only $109
Try plugging it in in a different room to rule out the outlet but more likely than not it's the power cable. If you want to save a bit of time, and you don't mind spending a few bucks, you can just buy a replacement cable like this one and see if that fixes the problem.
The headset I use currently is the SteelSeries Arctis 3, it’s £50-60 on Amazon and at the moment it’s been a great headset. If you don’t really like the look of it or anything else, Astro’s are a decent option. I had two Turtle Beach Recon 50X’s and both broke in about a year. I guess that’s not too bad considering it’s a £20~ headset.
I saw someone else talk about Microsoft Rewards, I’d say try and do it daily, as it’s free money practically and you can get free games if you save up enough. r/MicrosoftRewards is a great place to ask if you’re interested.
Something like this is also a good option - the base fits under most furniture, and it frees up the surface for books or other storage.
I went with rechargeable AA batteries, and couldn’t recommend that more. I actually got an eneloop combo pack with charger. You get AA and AAA batteries, along with C and D converters. No more buying batteries for household remotes or Xbox controllers. Even a remote for the systems themselves.
Eneloop Rechargeable Batteries
Cheaper than a lot of Xbox-specific kits, and you can use them for other things that take AA.
I have the same problem and have resorted to using my media remote to control the console, forcing restart to get the controllers to work again. I bought this remote: https://www.amazon.com/PDP-Media-Remote-Xbox-X/dp/B08FCVG5DX
got this on sale for $7 some it’s not on sale anymore but I would still buy it for $15 Smatree Rechargeable Battery Compatible with Xbox Series X|S/Xbox One/Xbox One S/Xbox One X/Xbox One Elite Wireless Controller, 2 Pack Batteries with Charger https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LYNI9Y5/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabc_r1jVFbA1SJ79A?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

Respectfully, the link to get through 3 more links was absurd. For those wanting to go directly. Thanks for the heads up though. This is a big discount
Here we go again with terafops lmao, and you do know that the TF boost can stay on all the time? Not to mention that since it's variable so it'll have more longevity over time, doesn't have to push hard when not needed. You're unlettered as hell.
Not as mad as when the this whole sub is in such damage control over what Epic Ceo said. But surely, the XSX is more powerful yet they decided to showcase the tech demo on the PS5 because they know that I/O magic would best utilize the tools son.
"To build large scenes with Nanite geometry technology, the team made heavy use of the Quixel Megascans library, which provides film-quality objects up to hundreds of millions of polygons. Let’s pray they fix the crashes then
Hahah, yes mate. The same rumor that stated the ps5 was 9.2 TF is the same one that stated the XBSEX would be 12TF and also stated there was lockhart at 4TF.... So the likelihood of this is pretty big.
I'll admit I stole this theory of of the xbox two podcast. You should give it a listen, the most recent episode explains it much better than me.
Not facts, just fun guessing; but I feel I've peddled this theory enough to give credit to the person who actually suggested it. Go listen to the podcast.
xbox two podcast - newest episode. includes xbox lockhart portable console theory.
Ps I like the English fella, he reminds me of my little brother.
With a physical landline, it’s 2Mbps here, so assuming it maintains that throughout, it would take four and a half days.
Realistically that connection will be used by other things and won’t maintain that speed throughout so I would realistically expect around 7-10 days.
And by that point knowing my luck they will probably have released a mandatory update.
How it worked at least before was you had to wait until GPU expired before it could go again (so remember to turn off auto-renew).
Many have said they did it again after it expired, but it's not something that is a permanent deal either, so could stop working at pretty much any time.
Even in the small print of this page it says "Promotional offers may be for new members only and/or not be valid for all members and are only available for a limited time."
> It's a shitty thing to do to do this to games that are actively being developed. If you think it's worth the time to play, then support the people who made it.
Mate, you can purchase the games (therefore supporting the devs) and then dump them to use in an emulator: https://yuzu-emu.org/help/quickstart/#dumping-cartridge-games

More information about the RetroArch project here.
I'm not affiliated with this project, but have used it. RetroArch on Xbox allows you to run anything from the Atari up to the Dreamcast.
> We are excited to announce that Metro Exodus is out now on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 [...] And to make things even better, it’s a free upgrade for current owners.
Imo the best option would be 3 months of xbox live gold and then convert it to Game Pass Ultimate for $1. Except you already have an active GPU subscription (in that case don't convert).
The first one, no, that is the QVO drive, it works a little bit differently and QLC storage isn’t recommended for gaming (from what I’ve gathered over the course of learning about all this new tech).

There is the 870 EVO I was talking about. Sorry I thought it was still on sale for $110 through Best Buy but it doesn’t appear so anymore. If it is still too much you could get the 500 GB model but in the long run that will probably feel like not enough
The second link, yes that is the correct cable. Works like a charm, I can confirm.
I use this one. It’s $129, but I bought mine in November for $94. I move back and forth as needed. Have over 100 games installed
Try the logitech K400 for keyboard and mouse combo, its not ideal, but I like it alot.
Also, I have a mount that I used for my steering wheel, but it can double for mounting any of these hotas. I mounted mine to this and it is perfect.
I was high. Sent the link to my order. This is it.

This is the one I have. I have a 65” tv on it and it supports way larger. Each side has sliding doors to protect your systems when not using them and the backing comes in 3 pieces so you can choose not to install just the sides so your system has airflow but the middle still has backing to look nice and hide cables. It’s very sturdy and heavy so your system will be safe.

You need a 144hz monitor, preferably at 1440p but 1080p works too. If you are willing to spend 300-400$ then 1440p is the obvious choice, 230-300$ would be the price range for a 1080p 144hz. Size of the monitor doesnt matter as much. Anything under 27 inches i find too small but you are likely not to find any. Dont bother with 4k i find it extremely overrated and impossible to tell the difference between 1440p without looking very closely. Last thing to keep in mind is free-sync and input lag. Try to keep it at 1ms and free-sync premium but regular free sync is good too. Sadly there isnt really a “cheap” monitor to take advantage of the xbox sx high frame rates. I use this monitor btw Pixio PXC327 32 inch 165Hz WQHD 2560 x 1440 Wide Screen Display Professional 1440p 165Hz 32-inch FreeSync HDR, 32 inch Curved Gaming Monitor https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08R63Y8RZ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_6BB53JZTT221EC8GXBJ6

But if you could afford both go for it, you and your family also pets won't regret it.
I'd personally just buy a lap board like this and pick my keyboard and mouse.
I just bought pack that comes with th charger. Not much can break. They are just normal batteries that are rechargeable. They are good for thousands of recharge cycles and eneloops are very highly rated.
This is the one I got. It's not fancy but it works.
I use these without issues, pretty much all cables are the same, issues usually come from misuse.

I ran into a similar situation. You can buy something like the AC Infinity fan.
I have the dual fans pulling the hot air from my series X out of my entertainment center and it’s temperature controlled. Conversely you can also just leave the fan on all the time or manually power it on.
It's the exact same I believe. I'm using one in an external 3.0 enclosure right now. Same speeds as theSeagate Desktop 8TB external hdd that i had a while back. They definitely load faster on a 7200 rpm than the 5400 rpm that was inside the xbox one and one x. I was suprised at how much faster it loaded. And the lack of pop in was a plus as well. So yeah, buying a enclosure and putting an 7200 rpm inside of it will be the exact same/have the exact same speeds as buying an external hdd. I am using this one https://www.amazon.com/UGREEN-External-Enclosure-Housing-Adapter/dp/B076WQHK2G

Ps. I got this as my sound bar was using the optical output from my TV.
I can’t recommend the HyperX CloudX Flight headset enough. It’s the most comfortable headset I’ve ever owned. It’s wireless. I’ve had no interference issues. The battery lasts nearly 30 hours or so on a full charge (with the green LEDs turned off). It’s also on sale right now for $139.99 on Amazon. Only downside is it only works on Xbox.
A lot of people have issues with interference with wireless headsets because it’s usually situated right next to their modem or other wireless devices. So make sure if you do go wireless that you’re aware of that.

Active HDMI to Display port adapter. If your monitor's hdmi port can do 1080p 120hz natively you can just plug in and play. Be wary though some monitors with HDMI ports are locked to 1080p 60hz on HDMI 1.4. Works flawlessly with my Asus VG248QE through the display port.
It's been in stock at Amazon for a while now. The availability/estimated ship date is wrong- I ordered one on January 14 and it was shipped next day.
hey guys. i am currently use this one:
https://www.amazon.com/Hori-Microsoft-Xbox-Charging-Station-x/dp/B08K4NM8TP
i love it.. dont need to do anything.. controllers lay in dock and they are always charged.. so i would really recommend to get something like that
Absolutely. Get a USB C cable that has a length that works for your setup and plug it into your controller and Xbox. Bam! Wired controller.
edit: I went with these and they have worked great so far.
I don't think the Series X supports Bluetooth. The best option IMO is to get a nice headset that has a normal audio jack and plug it directly in to the controller. I've used the Hyper X Cloud Revolver headset for years now.
