this is some sort of dye that went viral on instagram a while back
quick google search yields https://www.amazon.com/Invisible-Blue-Reactive-Water-Dye/dp/B00KPF5A3M
it comes in multiple colors if you look hard enough
Yeah, you can get away with even putting these in the wash. You can wrap them in a tied pillow case or preferably a mesh bag made for washing sneakers. Put the cycle on normal and put in a tide pod. Make sure to remove laces and inner sole (although I've left the sole in on accident with no issues). Don't put them in the dryer.
This should clean the fabric quite easily and most of the boost as well. These oil based paint markers do the trick. You can even fix some imperfections on the plastic part of the cage too if you're careful.
and you got yourself a custom mat!
these are dyed (Customs) everyone, he just updated his instagram stating: "My boy @d_preme with the custom dyed black Yeezy boosts. But I can't rock these for a while. At least when I'm able to travel or leave the house I'll be fresh again 😂😩😐"

Walmart is always the plug 😤😤🔥
Here are the shoes, they're currently priced at $97 with free shipping but if for some reason the price rises or they're sold out I'd be fine with just about anything of your choice! Also, I'm a size US 10
Also, thanks so much for the giveaway and for giving back to the community! It's impressive that someone in High School holds values such as yours! This post is making me rethink what I'm going to do to give back this year :)
So someone posted these here about a month or so ago and I decided to order. They were like $30 on Aliexpress (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32664407619/32664407619.html?shortkey=FV3Qvuei&addresstype=600) and I thought why the hell not… Wearing them for the first time today and here are my thoughts:
Color: They are exactly as represented on the Aliexpress page. Love the red/blue knit mix.
Quality: Look, these are $30 Aliexpress jawnz so my expectations were low. That being said they’re not terrible. The fake flyknit/primeknit material is a little stiff, but might need to be broken in. It’s a lot more flyknit than primeknit. The only real quality thing is that the midsole isn’t completely clean and there are some jagged pieces from the mold. You can see it in the pictures. Probably could take some fine sandpaper and knock that right off tho.
Comfort: Now this is what you are probably all wondering about. And I’m sort of grading on a curve because $30 shoes. But honestly? Not bad. The knit upper is light and nice. When I first got them I was really worried about the sole because it was REALLY stiff/hard. But the insole is actually pretty good (plus I could swap it out if I really wanted to ball out on these) and the sole feels like it’s softening and breaking in. The sole looks A LOT like my Cole Haan lunargrand soles, but don’t have the same bounce. But not bad for $30. Overall, I like. I might cop the grey or black colors because these are cheap and not terrible. I actually already got a compliment on these red ones. Not bad at all.
Them being stacked like that bothers me so much
Tried out u/brokeandfamous suggestion on how to whiten boost. I bought the kiwi whitener and applied the first coat on after cleaning the boost with a brush. That's basically my result after my first coat. I'm going to do 3 coats and I'm sure it'll look even whiter.
It still feels like the actual boost, like nothing was ever applied to it. It doesn't also look like I painted something on it.
This guy on Etsy, I'd seen his stuff before and liked them a lot, but never had a reason to order anything. But he does great stuff. The KD thread on the patch even glows in the dark.
Not off topic at all:
Tripod: Amazon Link
Bag is from Peak Design It is really a solid daily gear bag with a good amount of smart storage options. I got it off the first kickstarter so the final fit/finish seemed a little bit unbalanced. I'm sure the current ones are much better.
Jordan and Nike revolutionized player branding in the 1980s by proving that a popular athlete could launch a product into heights previously unknown.
From this article here;
>By all accounts, Adidas had almost no interest in Jordan, Converse offered $100,000 per year and a company called Spot-Bilt, which counted O.J. Simpson as an endorser, submitted the highest bid, including Nike.
>Jordan took the Nike deal, which was for $500,000 a year for five years. Counting stock options, Falk said the deal was worth about $7 million.
>If Jordan didn't sell $4 million worth of shoes by the third year, Nike had the right to cancel the deal. Nike sold $70 million worth of Air Jordans in its first two months on sale in 1985.
>The Jordan brand generates more than $2.5 billion in sales annually for Nike. The company said in October of last year that it expects the franchise to be worth $4.5 billion in annual sales by 2020.
Totally. First step was to design the shoes on the converse website. I did this because I wanted black rubber with white canvas, which isn't available on any other shoe. Then three weeks to ship.
I bought some simple dye on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002AL9PEY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_-dGHAbRD5SE15 Denim blue was the other color.
I loosely followed the dying instructions. My process was pour 75% of the blue in a bucket with hot water, plus salt and dish detergent. I set the front end of both shoes in and let sit for 15 minutes. Then I raised the water level for a few more minutes to make it fade.
Then I attempted to do the same with the pink, but I started the water too high so the shoes ended up being mostly pink and purple, with some blue at the front.
I wasn't happy with that so I took my remaining blue dye and used a plastic comb to splatter the blue on the back end.
I let that dry then I did the same with a mix of bleach and water, but on the whole shoe to make it even more splotchy.
I think the only thing left to do is to get some water proofing spray.
Not OP, but the basketball hoop is a bottle opener, found the same design here
Can't find the shoes though
When the super glue dries, it might be too hard and start to crack when you walk. You might want to try Barge Infinity Cement instead as it’ll be flexible when cured.
I use a handheld one from Amazon- https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N1QE5ME/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
For toe boxes, I recommend a steam gun after packing the toe box tightly with socks. After that, use Angelus Shoe Stretch- soak the toe box and use a heat gun to dry it, repeat. That should take care of everything.
Walmart has them for like $60, I'm shook. Might even cop myself lol https://www.walmart.com/ip/Nike-Mens-Air-Jordan-1-Retro-High-Deconstructed-Black-Sail-867338-010/196579594?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=5481&adid=22222222228052725481&wmlspartner=wmtlabs&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=m&wl3=152557...
These are the Hyper Blues. They look OK with the blue laces but if you want to grab multiple compliments every time you wear them, switch out the laces with these..... https://www.amazon.com/xxiii-Premium-Synthetic-Shoelaces-Sneakers/dp/B07DZN4HX3/ref=sr_1_fkmrnull_9?keywords=leather%2Blaces%2Baj1&qid=1553859948&s=gateway&sr=8-9-fkmrnull&th=1&psc=1
Technically that’s resell value, supply and demand. There’s boots that retail for thousands. Lucchese boots come to mine. Can find them on Amazon for $1800.

It may be a scam, but I'm pretty sure he's talking about a PayPal eCheck which takes money directly from the buyer's bank account and transfers it to your PayPal account, this usually takes around 5 days.
I think the key to making these work is to (like the react element 87s) make use of the transparent upper with a good pair of socks.
You could either go complementary (lime green) or go with adjacent colors (a bright orange, a neutral purple). I think that these also might look great alongside baby blue or bright red socks. http://paletton.com/#uid=55i0o0krTGymoUTpmOKuAw+sAnv
I had the same issue with my UNC 4s (although they were TTS). Someone here suggested these and they helped:
Dr. Scholl's ULTRA THIN Insoles... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MQ284E0?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Gold Toe socks, I swiped a 6 pack at Kohls for $12. They're actually not very good quality; they're a bit thin and scratchy, not soft like a good adidas pair. I still wear them because they look good and go with everything.
Asics has so many colorways that people underrate, they chase the fiegs but there's a LOT of dope colorways on the cheap end and the quality is still good. Honestly do an amazon search for gel lyte 3's or 5's and you can get some really dope colorways for sub $50. Including the one OP posted. If this colorway had like a fieg name or like woodwood attached to it these would be $300+.
Then you have a dope pair of shoes to rock knowing that it's no big deal if they get fucked up.
Edit: Got me browsing amazon and found these https://www.amazon.com/Unisex-Sizes-Strawberries-Cream-Asics/dp/B01A9ESUOY Those even look like they could have been designed by fieg or some high end designer. That gradient fade red into white is just so fucking clean... I'm a sucker for asics.
Got this one on Amazon but you can get different sizes for different containers depending on how many sneakers you want to do at a time. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M084LIE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_PT3OCb8MSW817
you can get a pair off amazon that are off white color. that's what i did and it's almost the exact same color.
here's a link
You guys were leaving them without them in between wears!?
Next level is to get some shoe trees from Amazon (which are the same ones Reshoevn8r sells with their own branding)

StockX Link and Incase they don’t have your size, here’s the Amazon Link.
There already is an application for that. It's fairly reliable. It's called FittingRoom by Asphaltgold Sneakerstore. I've really only encountered this with Adidas shoes. They're horribly inconsistent. If I absolutely cannot get a consistent answer I'll go half size up. Worst case scenario I have to lace it slightly tighter. I'd never, ever go down unless I know 100% that it's a good idea.
These are the ones i have http://www.digitsole.com/product/warm-series/
But theres cheaper options out there Such as this one https://www.walmart.com/ip/47363601?wmlspartner=wlpa&adid=22222222228036757540&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=m&wl3=101094646968&wl4=pla-142178218608&wl5=1013542&wl6=&wl7=&wl8=&wl9=pla&wl10=8175035&wl11=online&a...
You just gotta look around theres many options.
alright fam, for those who are looking for the nike flyknit trainers, official word after chatting with them: screenshot

Nah I just used the first black acrylic paint I found on Amazon and did 4 coats on the stripes and 2 in the hard to paint places (Like sides and insides, mostly out of laziness).
>Also, what are your thoughts on this?
I think they look better than ds but after I saw this post I choose to go with all black instead.

only if you wear the super low cut socks. Mine don't tear up my heels at all, but I mostly wear socks like these
any full sized socks and you're ankles won't feel a thing
You talking about this guy?
this might be the post he's referring to
Cause he works for adidas. I'm sure he can get another pair whenever he wants.
Here's another 15% off if you're getting them off Eastbay, which brings them to ~$130.
There's also several of them on Ebay at around this price as well. I'd definitely put in an offer of $100 on several of them on there, and see if someone will bite. They're old, and resellers might be eager to unload them.
I bought it on amazon for like 30 bucks. It's pretty straight forward on how you build it but i guess if you are creative enough you can do whatever. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ZOH2J5I/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It's from amazon. I have the same one but skinnier

Crepe Protect is one of the most commonly-used protector sprays, so this would be put on to prevent dirt and stains, instead of post-dirt and stains. Here’s an amazon link: crepe protect
Jason Markk makes really good cleaning products for cleaning dirt and stains off, and even just regular magic erasers work well on soles. I’d definitely recommend some Crepe protect to put on before you wear them. I have some Off White Air Force one’s and my wife spilled a whole cup of coffee on them 2 days ago, and the coffee was able to just come right off. It’s a good investment.
Yea! Bought leather laces off amazon. Once laced through you have to cut off the excess and put on custom aglets unless you’re okay with having the excess in the shoe.

Ah this is weird to know. I'm not OP but I was just shopping for these... HSH Furniture 4-shelf Vintage Industrial Bookshelf @ Amazon
It looks like they’ve rebranded since I last purchased, so I can’t speak to the quality now, but I’m happy with the product I have.
I get it, I get it. Since my last crappy posting rustled some jimmies, here is something you might like. But keep the feedback coming. I appreciate your passionately voiced opinions.

thank you. I used a canon 6d with a EF 24-20mm L lens. the 6d has built in wifi so I have been using the dslr controller app which gives me a live preview on my andriod phone where I can adjust all settings and take the photo. has made the whole process a lot easier. I have some other shots in my air max flickr album but liked this one the most
Sorry to hear, getting hacked sucks. I recommend using a password manager like LastPass or 1Password, so it automatically generates random passwords every time you create an account somewhere. Also worth taking the time to update all your current passwords so none of them are the same, that way if you get hacked it can't have any knock on effect.
Also, check your email addresses at haveibeenpwned.com to see if you've been part of any big data breaches in the past.
Unity uses C# so if you ever need a hands-on approach to learning I would fire up Unity if I were you and watch some of the scripting oriented tutorials for Unity. A great one that I am currently working through is the procedural generation tutorial, it's a really great tutorial, nothing else compares to how much it has taught me. It also gives insight to some methods developers use when solving problems.
It should also help with Java too since they are both C based languages.
havent gotten mine yet but seen a lot of people posting theirs lately. so far im not a fan of the rose gold everyone seems to have nor am i a fan of the dark outsole. This is by far the best one ive seen. https://www.instagram.com/p/-T-zumBRGY/?taken-by=nicekicks

I believe there exists a precedent, and the response was overwhelmingly negative.
whenever someone is willing to buy from you through paypal invoice the only thing you have to do is to tell him: OK, give me your email.
That's it. Then you go here: https://www.paypal.com/verified/[email protected]
and check if his paypal account is verified. If it's verified, you send him the invoice and wait. When you see COMPLETED next to the transaction (if the guy makes one) you're clear to ship.
There's no way you can be scammed
Solecollector used to have a flash page where you can make your own colors of AJ1-14 but it seems to have disappeared with their redesign. This archive.org copy seems to work. https://web.archive.org/web/20120309110638/http://solecollector.com/flash/

These have been up on Amazon for a while, I thought they were fake
3M car wrap shit. It's cheap and works. You just need to get something to keep traction.
Here on Amazon is where I got mine. Works good. Cheap af for a ton of that stuff.
I've seen COUNTLESS fakes on amazon, the amount of terrible rep yeezys listed there is crazy. Take for example, this listing:
supposedly sold by "adidas" but if you scroll down to the reviews, you see seething reviews talking about how the shoes they received were fake. of course, you never know, but when it comes to sneakers i'd stick to retailers or reputable reselling platforms like stockx or goat.
Thanks! Me too man, I had no black sneakers either. These were very hard for me to find in my size. They are Asics Gel Lyte iii, and the only place I could find them was on Amazon. The shoes
I would suggest you go a half-size up. I did, and they feel great.
The laces are sick nice shoes
Edit: if anyone is curious on the laces I found these reps on amazon here. The original site is sold out and never restocking
So, obviously shoes can go on sale anywhere. But Ultraboosts are a high demand sneaker, so if you see them on sale, it is likely a less popular colorway. Not ugly per se, just nothing limited or crazy expensive. But if it's your first pair, it's perfect for you - they're the most comfortable shoe ever, and many will agree. As I was saying, any store can have sales. Recently, I saw this link to Amazon with some colors as low as $120 in certain sizes, but now the lowest price seems to be like $150, and the rest are retail. Caliroots.com is my 2nd go to. I'm signed up for their email lists because they often have 40% off ALL boost shoes, but they go quick.
If you want style, I'd say Iniki or NMD. Personally I love Inikis, but NMDs are very popular, widely loved, and have hundreds of colorways to suit your taste. Ultimately if you just want style it all comes down to your choice and preference, but the general public will say NMD.
If you decide you want comfort, PureBoosts are the way to go. They're much more functional, a step down from Ultraboosts.
Amazon my dude! Plenty of choices and colorways to choose from!

Hahah yeah these are actually the target special edition sails. Nah but I got the rack on amazon, here’s a link Seville Classics 3-Tier Iron Mesh Utility Shoe Rack, Satin Pewter https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002QB1DE8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_01nvBbSAGX6A8
For everyone asking about the socks, I made them using a heat transfer reflective vinyl from amazon https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07PH3N32Y?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share All you need is this plus an x-acto knife. The pastel color is also a DIY. You can even print anything and use it as a stencil. I made some Old English lettering. I’ll post it next. Trying to do some t-shirt.
Guess I should try it, the leather on mine does feel kinda dry. Lots of water/liquid stains on it too, seems to be the only thing actually darkening the leather, haha.
So this definitely doesn't change the leather color? The conditioner?
Is this the right one?
... in New York only, it seems, for the All-Star drop. Makes sense.
Anyways download links...
oops, i meant $82.49. credit to slickdeals:
also, if you create a Macy's account before the order they'll send you a 25% off coupon, which brings it down to $62. My total with tax and free shipping was $65.58.
Not sketch. Sold by woot, fullfilled by amazon.
Amazon sometimes sells fakes from 3rd party sellers, but these shoes are sold directly from woot (which is owned by amazon).
Returns are easy if you feel they are fake but I would buy in a heartbeat if I already didn't have 2 of these.

I use it sometimes and it works perfectly, only on all white sneakers though. Scrub gently with a white towel or a soft bristle brush, apply a little bit of this. Should come out!
they are just foggy as fuck. I have wiped them off before and they look ok but the fog is more fitting considering their age. these things are on their last leg so I'm just trying to get a few more wears out of them before they get retired. if you look close you can see the midsole is cracking around and in front of the air unit. and the sole is coming off too.
I got mine from the Clarks USA website about a month ago and I don't see them there anymore. I don't think those are the same. Other than the color, the hangtags was the main thing that stood out. It should be these: https://jet.com/product/detail/4d0ff96cacac4d00bac71e19562170d9?jcmp=pla:ggl:cwin_apparel_accessories_a1:apparel_accessories_shoes_a1_other:na:PLA_346047900_23693860140_pla-161680839180:na:na:na:2&code=PLA15&ds_c=cwin_apparel_accessories_a...

Anyone ever use jet.com?
It's actually a really old term.
My grandma used to say it. I don't know if it's making a come back.
OP posted the link twice(checked his history) but they aren't appearing for me and a few others.
Here's the Etsy link he posted.
RANDOM AFTERTHOUGHT: is the use and sale of an item featuring a registered trademark (swoosh) without consent copyright infringement? IANAL but I play one every time I stay at Holiday Inn.
that's not windycitysole's instagram.
this is windycitysole's instagram and also this not sure how you got to the incorrect instagram page if you followed the ig posted on their actual website.
hopefully that'll help clear the confusion.
It doesn't make any sense to me anymore. Why does Nike allow this to happen? Why not manufacture more shoes and make the profit yourself? And besides, there are even wider-scoping issues than that. I feel like this track from the new Chance project could be applied to how I feel about the sneaker game now.
In general, protect yourself
most of the time kobe's are excluded from using coupon codes for. unless you're getting a 9 then you can't use a code.
I hear ya. It ain't me. It's happening automatically. If I knew how to stop it I would
Edit - what's happening is your posts automatically and immediately go to the spam filter. From there, a mod has to approve it (which We all have been doing) for anyone to see it. Thing is, if you post links early morning, late night or whenever a mod isn't looking no one is gonna see your stuff. Since your links are obviously time sensitive it sucks. If I find a fix I'll let you know. I'm looking into it. This is Reddit, not the mods, doing this apparently.
Edit. - it doesn't look good for bit.ly http://support.addthis.com/customer/portal/questions/861119-bitly-not-allowed-on-reddit
Edit - best I could do is this. PM me personally and the other mods through mod mail when you post bit.ly and if we see your PM we'll instantly approve it. It's not a perfect system but it's all I got. I'm trying buddy.
And another Edit - this is written in a way that's over my head but does this link help you?
Even my post here was automatically sent to spam because of the above link.
I think so, I found the store via thedropdate.com and they are pretty legit, don't think they would sell fakes. Maybe you know someone who's used them? Maybe google around a bit?
EDIT: So I found this https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.hanon-shop.com , doesn't seem that positive. Maybe someone here used them before and can verify?
I’m also trying to clean my Zebras. I saw a post this week of a dirty white Ultraboost that was made perfect with this product Vanish Base Oxiaction Multi Powder that I’m literally looking at now about to buy. Then I’ll try and deyellow the soles with the salon care 40 trick.
Seriously though, try this..
Take laces out and soak in a mix of 1/4 bleach 1/4 dish soap and 1/2 water for 24/48 hrs then remove and scrub by hand and rinse under running water until white.
Use a soft brush and dish soap/water and scrub the shoes clean being careful around peeling parts. Let dry completely
use glue and try to glue down the peels so it doesn't look too bad.
Once their as clean as they will get, if possible, get some white shoe polish... I would use THIS for the soles and then I would use .THIS. for the uppers/rest of the shoe.
You can always repaint them too if you want. You can have them restored to DS condition if you want also.. It basically comes down to how much money you wanna spend.
Two things. Don’t listen to the “embrace the crease” people. They like to crease their shoes that’s okay but we don’t like creases so you do you. Second I use this sneaker shield from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07V368HN3?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share it’s cheap and does the job.
That's a good pick up..
Beats the $309.00 I just paid for mine 2 weeks ago, lol.. I wish I had went down half a sz though they are a bit loose..
Some KIWI White "might" cover that but idk ... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00404SHYI?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details
