I have used and like both Clipboard Actions and Clip Stack.
Yeah. Had it for a couple years now. I didn't realise I did that until you mentioned it. It's become a bit of a habit to clear the clipboard because I sometimes copy passwords.
For anyone interested and using Android, it's called clipboard actions.
Clipboard Actions and Clipo are other alternatives.
I've tried most of the options and am currently using Clipboard Manager because it has a keyboard. I've had many experiences where an app or a website didn't allow pasting (or the tooltip wouldn't appear), so a keyboard allows me to bypass that. Also tried ClipKey, another clipboard keyboard, but strangely it wouldn't show up as a keyboard option when switching from gboard, so I gave up on it.
Id recommend using Clipboard Actions for mobile
EDIT: you can copy multiple names and then go to love nikki and paste them without switching
I use it too. I don't like it as much as Nikki info but it's easier to use on the go, which is what I need the majority of the time.
I use it in conjunction with a clipboard app that lets me copy multiple things and select which one to use from the drop down notification menu. It makes completing stages so much faster and easier.
Here's the one I use: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.halfreal.clipboardactions
It may be a little overkill for what you're wanting, but Clipboard Actions and Manager will do this. Anytime you copy text, a notification pops up with customizable actions, one of which is to speak aloud the selected text.

Check Clipboard Actions (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.halfreal.clipboardactions). It's a clipboard management app, sure, but it helps quickly taking actions with the content the user just copied.
Seems very cool, specially for the "save what you type" function. But I'd really love of it also went towards what Clipboard Actions does (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.halfreal.clipboardactions): actionable uses of the clipboard contents (call number, navigate to address, open link, etc.). ;)
Try Clipboard Actions & Manager. It's one of the most useful apps on my phone. Copied text appears as a notification with customizable actions. Very highly recommend!

Here's a none-tasker solution, try the app Clipboard Actions.
The app presents a notification with your clipboard along with various actions that you can perform (share, translate, shorten URL etc.), it also allows you to cycle back through your clipboard history which I find really convenient as I can copy and paste every thing I need without hopping back and forth between apps.
EDIT: Edited to add that Clipboard Actions uses Bit.ly to shorten.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.halfreal.clipboardactions
As for your query about the Bit.ly app - you can intercept the share action with AutoShare and use that in your task. ~~The only thing I wouldn't be sure about is whether you can access the clipboard in a variable without doing write/read file~~. %CLIP !
I just found this: Clipboard Actions
It is totally awesome.
Yes we can. But I have to jump between this, the Clipboard Actions, and Inboxit. Sometimes Blitz.
It's called clipboard actions.
There are alternatives like Clipboard Manager which has a cleaner UI but I've just been using clipboard actions for a while now.
Clipboard manager paid version goes free every now and then. To get notified about paid apps going free, use App Sales
Clipboard Actions doe this, it has the option to share in the notification drawer
