or Samsung Smart Switch: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sec.android.easyMover&hl=en
-Transfer to SD card and pop into the next phone
-use PC
-use app like Verizon Transfer (don't need to be a customer, but was fairly quick setup IMO) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.verizon.contenttransfer
You're not going to find one that can pull info from Samsung's services.
One app that I use for non-Samsung phones where I work is Verizon content transfer (I work at a T-Mobile store, and yes, I'm aware of the fact that it's a Verizon made app).
You don't need to have a Verizon account to use it.
There's a couple of ways to do this.
You can plug your k20 into a computer and manually move them over to your Pixel using the computer as a middleman. Most pictures are either going to be in the pictures folder or the DCIM folder.
If you don't have a computer, you can use a data transfer app to move them over. An app like Verizon's content transfer (you don't need to be a Verizon subscriber to use it) will move your pictures over to your new phone. Just install it on both your k20 and pixel same follow the steps
Verizon Content Transfer would be a good option to use to move your data over to your potential LG phone. You don't have to be a Verizon subscriber to use it.
Smart Switch is what to use if you get another Samsung phone (or their cloud backup)
This is my go to app for data transfers if Smart Switch won't work.
You don't have to be on Verizon to use it. It works so well my T-Mobile store uses it.
I used this app to move customer data over between iOS and Android when I worked at Verizon.
Install it on both phones and use it to move your contacts over.
Smart switch, as mentioned, works great.
However, the app I recommend is Verizon's content transfer app.

I use this at work to transfer customer's data over their new phones and it works great.
I think this should get ringtones too as long as they're a mp3 or wav. It doesn't get settings or app data though, I just tell customers that that stuff doesn't transfer.

if content transfer is all you need, this just launched recently, and it's carrier-agnostic
edit: after reading a page on VZW's site, it may or may not work. wording sounds like it's for moving TO them, but the articles i've read made it sound neutral as to transferring in OR out.
Guess this will be a better place than ever to post the following blanket of info for customers, so here it goes:
Customers, understand the following:
While the rep works for Verizon (or even a retailer to Verizon) he/she is the lowest possible rung on the totem pole and generally does not have the insight or even thought about Verizon's interests in Net Neutrality, Data Throttling, Price Hikes, and other non phone sales related issues, so please bear that in mind before you lash out at them (this includes the phone reps too.) Also, they generally (it can vary by location) don't clue reps into upcoming deals and promos until the day prior or day of, so please refrain from asking about upcoming deals (not to mention, it's not worth risking your job otherwise.)
If it seems like the representative is throwing everything but the kitchen (HUM) sink at you when it comes to sales, that's because they value their jobs. It varies from market to market but sometimes (more often than not) reps have ridiculous quotas they need to attain, set by people who have not been on the sales floor for several years and are out of touch with their consumers as a result. At the very least, let the rep give his pitch and even potentially listen to what they trying to sell as it may be something you didn't know you wanted and politely decline if you aren't interested (Reps, use common sense, if it's obvious it's not going to float, don't force it; you may sink your sale otherwise.)
Nothing, and I repeat NOTHING is ever, truly FREE; There is and will always be a catch. Whether it's Hums, Tablets, Jetpacks (MBBs) or Home Phones, if the Rep starts throwing that word around, be on your guard (which you should already be if you are shopping at a commission based store,) and politely ask for what the stipulations are. There are great deals, especially around this time of the year into Christmas, that you can and should take advantage of, but you will always end up having to spend money one place to get the "Free" product. Yes, it's possible that the new tablet (or more realistically, HUM) you just added is "free" out the door, but you are still going to be paying a monthly line access fee, for at least two years on a contract.
If there is a grey area on something or something you don't fully understand about your new phone plan/bill ASK and more importantly READ BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING. It's better for you and for the Rep (unless they are a charlatan) to have as little grey area as possible and feel free to ask the rep as much as you can before deciding (even better if you do research before walking in, makes their job easier.) Before you check out, you should already have seen not only how much your new device(s) is, but your previous bill, next bill, and bill for the foreseeable future; if you haven't seen any or all of those, than either your Rep is trying to hide it (unlikely, but possible) or you weren't paying attention (again, equal odds.)
Some retailers (Victra/TCC/GoWireless, etc.) charge an "optional" (in quotes, because it's not really optional in some retailers) Set Up and Go! Fee. Essentially this "optional" fee is charged to you if you plan on having the rep do things like transfer your info from one phone to another, put on a screen protector/case. While those things may be intimidating to most customers, understand the following:Most, if not all phones, transfer the info automatically via signing in with your email; Samsung and Google Pixels even include a link cable to do it faster. Even then, the Rep usually downloads a FREE app of the Google Play and iOS App Store to do it (although we usually do iTunes back up and restore at my store for iPhones.) Additionally, many screen protectors (PureGear, Zagg) are actually reasonably easy to install.
Now, having said all that, if you still would rather someone else do it and have been disclosed (as some reps choose not to for the obvious reasons) that price and do not mind paying an additional $20, then go for it. Oh and don't come waltzing into a store with phones and accessories that you bought from one location to have them put on there (that is unless you plan on purchasing a discounted tablet/HUM)
Try using this to do the transfer.
Verizon's Content Transfer app is fantastic, I use it daily.
