Dolphin Browser or Puffin Browser should work perfectly for that purpose
I used to like Dolphin but I switched to Firefox so I could use uBlock Origin. However I see that Dolphin now has an ad blocker too so you could give it a whirl.
I normally have no problems in this area with my minimal browsing of sites on my phone but I know Dolphin Browser has flash support.
You could try that and see if it's what you are looking for or not. My experience with it and Flash wasn't the greatest, but maybe yours will be different as mine was for an emergency. Otherwise you might be out of luck, Adobe stopped Flash support for Android years ago.
The Dolphin browser supports HTML5 and Flash.
Well here's all you have to do to change the user agent to "Desktop" in Dolphin browser.
Edit: there's an easier way....
Uh hello? Android already has Dolphin browser
Try Dolphin browser
Ad blockers are very prevalent in Browsers available on the Play Store; many of them have been around without incident for years.
If you're still using a browser devoid of any ad-blocking features, it's really time that you make the switch, or at least get one to be used as a secondary browser.
Dolphin with Jetpack is pretty good, or RSBrowser if you're more accustomed to Chrome's UI (and provided your device uses a Snapdragon processor).
Manually install Flash Player on Android devices https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installing-flash-player-android-devices.html

The Dolphin browser has this as an add-on.
You could also try using one of these two apps called "Twilight" or "Night Mode" from the Play Store if you wanted to use Chrome as your browser. Never personally tried either of these apps before though.
It does. Flash didn't work on iPhones because Jobs thought it was outdated and wouldn't allow it to be supported. It didn't work because they wouldn't allow it, not because it couldn't be done.
On Android devices Flash still existed/exists to some extent. Seeing Flash's decline, Adobe discontinued active development for it on Android and focused elsewhere. It's still possible to view Flash content on Android if the browser supports it and (I think) if you sideload in the old version of Flash Player, but since most sites have migrated to HTML5 for mobile devices this has become basically useless.
you can't...
use Dolphin or Chameleon browser

Or, what about something Dolphin browser, which is mobile and supposedly voice-controlled.
I use Dolphin browser on Android, which has a built-in ad blocker.
It's fast, stable, and it's the only browser that I can find that re-flows text when you zoom in on a page.
The Dolphin Browser and UC Browser are browsers for Android.
Option 1: Root your phone, and install an ad-blocker
Option 2: Use the Dolphin browser, which comes with a built-in ad-blocker. I just watched the video on my phone, and there were no ads. As a bonus, Dolphin has a feature which allows you to view the desktop version of webpages. Chrome and Firefox allow you to request the desktop version, but a lot of websites ignore the request, and give you the mobile version regardless.
Edit: Wow, that sure hit a nerve.
I use Dolphin Browser because it's the only one I've found that re-flows text when you zoom in on a page. Tabs across the top so you can easily see what you've got open. Also, "Open in a new tab" opens to the front, where it belongs.
I use VLC for media.
