I'm using Elta on Nova Launcher Prime
I know I could match the look better with whicons or else, but I really like these round squares. http://i.imgur.com/Nj0AVow.jpg

Same person does make a rounded square icon pack. I just like the plain old square icon pack so it sort of matches with my Windows machine.
As PDXMatthew suggested, gestures should be one of the first things you use. From double tap to sleep, to eliminating the app drawer button (I just swipe up to open the app drawer and disabled the dock altogether), gestures are amazing.
You can de-clutter very easily (I went so far as to get rid of the status bar at the top, and have it set to pull down to open it and see notifications, battery status, etc. I also disabled icon labels, and the labels you see under my folders are from customized widgets).
For example, instead of having a persistent Google search bar, or a Google search bar widget, I have a Google icon on my homescreen and just swipe up on the icon to open Google Now (it automatically opens the keyboard to start typing right away (this is the difference between swiping with an action versus just pressing the icon), or of course you can just say 'OK Google'). To add a shortcut through swiping up on an icon, just long press on an icon, choose edit, and choose a swipe action.
I prefer smaller icons, so I have a large grid size (under Nova options, Desktop > Desktop grid) and small icons (Desktop > Icon layout). To go along with this, you should get an icon pack from the Play store (Look & feel > Icon theme). I personally use Elta.
Another awesome thing is organizing the app drawer. I have it set to vertical scrolling, and swiping left brings me to different categories to hold all of my apps (like so - folders and actions are at the top, but I can just swipe left or right to move between them). To change this, it's under App & widget drawers. I have card background on, infinite scroll, tab bar on, etc. You can even optionally pull down while in the app drawer to search apps. This also automatically brings up recently installed or updated apps.
Last thing I'm adding (I have edited this post about a thousand times), is that you can resize and eliminate padding on widgets (just long press on them, the same as editing icons). That means, for example, you could have a full screen calendar as one of your homescreens. These are my three homescreens - the rightmost one uses the Calander Widget: Month widget and the default Play Music widget. The leftmost uses both the Google Fit widget and S Health steps widget. On the leftmost screen, I was able to position icons like that (in an approximate circle) with Desktop > Desktop Grid > checking subgrid positioning. I also have widget overlap enabled (Desktop > Advanced).
There are a bajillion other things you can do, and I would recommend pairing this with an app like Zooper Widget Pro, Kustom, KLWP or another widget app (or live homescreen app) to get the full experience from your homescreens. Otherwise just explore and have fun and good luck! :)
P.S. Unrelated, but if you want to get the most out of your stylus, open the S Note App > More in the top right and download the extension pack. It makes the app much more useful! This guy has a pretty great overview of features you might not initially notice, which Samsung doesn't point out.

Using Xposed Gels and Gravity Box for the other custom changes in the status bar and nav bar
Background is called Pink Forest (Included with Mac OS X.) The launcher is Yahoo Aviate with the Elta icon pack.
A simple idea I had from a street poster I saw somewhere. It's pretty low contrast, so it won't be for everyone. Music screen changes colour based on the cover art.

All made using KLWP. The file can be downloaded here
Single page setup, so make sure both KLWP and your launcher as set as such.
I also use Nova Launcher Pro for gestures, hiding the status bar and because it is awesome.

FAQ:
> How do I import the KLWP file?
> Why can't I export the file with the changes I made?
This file is locked. Like others here, I have stated doing this to prevent youtube "creators" from passing off my work as their own (and cross posting it to Instagram, twitter and every other social media hole).

> How do I change the app shortcuts and icons?
Go to the item called 'Main Group', then the stack group called 'Icons Group' in here are the images with the icons. Tap on any one, then 'pick image' then on the new screen open the side menu, choose your icon pack and navigate to the icon you want to select.
To change the touch shortcut just tap on the actual icon in the preview window, a small popup should appear down low with an 'edit' button. Tap on it to change which app should be launched.
> What screen size ratios will this work on?
It's nice and simple, so 16:9, 18:9 and 19.5:9 are all fine.
The Elta icon pack supports it :)
EDIT: It's a very different style than I think you're looking for, but it does support it :P
I looked through more than 50 icon packs...I couldn't find that exact one, but these were the closest:
Elta is probably the closest. It's a bit more colorful, and the white logos are a bit bigger than your picture.
Long Shadow has pointy squares, more color, and larger white logos.
Flat looks similar, except no shadows and large white logos.
That's the best I found, sorry :(
Similar. The colours are brighter in Elta, and the white shapes are less consistent, and seem larger.
