The "original" Road Rash is actually the Sega Genesis version, and can easily be emulated.
The PC version was a port of the 3DO version. I'm not sure if there are any 3DO emulators for Android, but it was also ported to the Sega Saturn, which can be emulated via Yaba Sanshiro.
You could try running the PC version via ExaGear, though I haven't tried this particular game myself on it, and it's pricey ($30)
Exagear is a virtual machine that emulates a x86 enviroment, and Works on ARM ( mobile ) processors... Afaik it's very limited , while being really fast for being an emulator. I think it does only software render (no opengl, no directx, no vulkan ) so it wont play any 3d heavy games, not now an not in the future. You can do Something similar running Windows (up to 98) via Dosbox.
There was another Project time ago, called Winulator, that was at least as good as this and had customizable controls ( I used to play Starcraft full speed on my Samsung S4 ) but the project was abandoned due to piracy ( according the only dev it had ).
On the other hand, with: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eltechs.ed you can actually play MUGEN 1.0 ( using winmugen )... but problem is that this version of the software has no onsreen controls, so you have to use something like GameKeyboard+ that has so much input lag that makes the games unplayable... and the framerate ( on my s7 exynos ) is not that good.
There are some youtube channels that are porting some mugen games to mugen 1.0 ( most good games like HYPER DBZ wont work, and cannot be really ported without breaking them ) . Ill link 1 so you can check it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QZT2ib4DsQ0&t=2s
My 2 cents :p
You could use exagear
There's is a paid version but it's pretty expensive
Android tablets, of course, don't have native support for Windows executables, but I've had success running Windows apps using ExaGear: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eltechs.ed
ExaGear can run older Windows games on Android.
If you are into retro PC games there is this.

You may want to give ExaGear a try (although, it is quite expensive)
Have you tried this one? it is supposedly faster: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eltechs.ed
ExaGear, although it's pricey.

Now I not made any changes to OTClient repo (even on my github profile) but I will do it in month or two.

Absolutely, but that's probably my nostalgia. I'd play off and on, but it wouldn't be something I'd play consistently as is. I can understand why someone who is late to the party wouldn't want to even consider it.
Now of course I would like quality of life changes to be made. Mainly, no duping, anti-cheat/botting measures that actually work that don't hurt legit players.
For example:
No stupid measurements that kick legit players out of the game, that do not allow them to re-connect for 1-24 hours or longer. (games per hour limit/swapping characters too fast.) Allow people to remake/respawn a map to spam kill the same boss, choosing what boss to MF.
It seems the majority of people here probably are saying no, however there are plenty of people on private servers who aren't answering here, such as https://www.reddit.com/r/slashdiablo/ (probably more that I'm missing.)
Additionally there are people playing single player with some additional QOL mods, mainly the PlugY mod. Unlimited stash, /players 8
And an android app that is able to run the game, and a majority of the reason why people purchased the app at a ridiculous cost of $30: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eltechs.ed or https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eltechs.erpg&hl=en_US
Last, if they do indeed remake the game and make changes and touch the trading system, I'd be furious. It was one of the best parts of Diablo 2 to me. Yes the point is to find items, but the trading was a fun part of the game for me. Others may disagree if they were stupid enough to fall prey to scams.
You can run some old PC games with emulators on Android (even Diablo 2) but they don't run good enough to be satisfying. Or at least that was 3 years ago when I last tried. It's possible to be better now with newer and more powerful phones or to be totally unplayable if the apps are not supported anymore.
The emulators are ExaGear Windows (this one also has 2 other variants called ExaGear RPG and ExaGear Strategies for the specifically for the the 2 genres) and Magic DosBox.
You can see this video for ExaGear RPG and this one for the ExaGear Windows.
For DosBox see this one. On a side note I used to play Heroes 3 Complete Edition with the DosBox emulator and it ran almost perfectly.

>Currently only x86 Windows PC 32-bit applications are supported.
What is the app you're trying to run using this emulator?
After doing some research, I found this app. Seems like it can run x86 applications on ARM based devices. Try it i guess?
