I don't think he was looking for parenting advice, he has a care plan in place and wanted recommendations on how to use Google to help! There are plenty of reasons (medically, personal preference, to beat 'the blur') to record when your baby eats, sleeps, and poops.
We used Feed Baby and it worked very well for us.
It doesn't have google home integration, but idk if you want to be talking to your home at 4am when your baby is refusing to fall asleep!
I'm using Feed Baby. It tracks everything, feeds (it starts a timer, which if you're nursing you can time each breast), pumps, diapers, medication, growth(height, weight, head which is plotted on a graph) and baths. You can set alarms to let you know when 3 hours have passed since the last feed (or whatever)
I love it for the widgets of which there are a ton. I have one that is a toolbar with all the tracking options, and then I'm using 3 that show me the last feed time/duration/amount, the last time I pumped (duration/amount), and today's diapers.
There is a free and a pro version. The pro version unlocks all the widgets. If you use the free trial, you can use the widgets but then they stop working after a week or so. It's $5, but you can sync between two phones (you'd have to buy twice) and it also allows you to track multiple children.
First of all, Congratulations! I am not sure this is necessarily what you are asking for, but I can share an app that was really helpful when I (Dad) had my child.
One very important role for a Dad (in my opinion) when your child is born (and when Mom is exhausted and sleep deprived from nursing), is to take the responsibility to keep track of everything that is happening with your baby. When was the last feeding? Which boob? How long was the baby feeding on that boob? How long since the last pee and poop? last diaper change? last bath? etc. I used this app to make it easy: Feed Baby. My wife and I created a profile to have it synced with our phones. It also gave helpful reminders/warnings if it seems like it has been too long since an event has last been updated. Tracking everything also makes it super helpful when you are going to see the pediatrician and they ask how all those things (feeding, pee, poops, etc) are going. I literally would just hand my phone to the pediatrician so they could review the history.
Hope that helps. Good luck to you man!
We liked Feed Baby. Syncs to iOS too. Pricey though.

As an FYI. We didn't do any of this for our second kid.
Try using the baby stats app, https://assistant.google.com/services/a/uid/0000003cad819089
You can use Google Assistant to add a wet or poopy diaper (among other things) and it will keep all the stats for you. It's not the prettiest app but it is functional.
My wife and I tried it and it was alright, but we ended up using the (not Google Assistant compatible, just Android/iPhone) app called feed baby, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=au.com.penguinapps.android.babyfeeding.client.android Which is a fantastic app and very helpful to any parents of a newborn and up. If only it had the Google Assistant integration, it would be perfect and complete.
I take it that's what you do for your day job? Is it any good? Cause personally, all the ones my actual doctors use suck. But this came about more from wanting to replace the app FeedBaby with something self-hosted as well as spending the weekend keeping track of fever temperatures and medicines administered in a Google Keep.
We use Feed Baby. It tracks absolutely everything about your baby. Breastfeeding, Bottles, Diapers, sleeps, anything. And it syncs between any iPhone and Android too.
I think Android is here …. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=au.com.penguinapps.android.babyfeeding.client.android
And I think this is the iPhone version …. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/feed-baby-baby-tracker-for/id868611155

Its really useful once the child is born. You are seriously sleep deprived and this can help with knowing last feed, change etc. You wont have to wake your significant other to ask.
My wife used Feed Baby for our first daughter back in 2015. We didn't use it for 2nd baby because tracking data wasn't worth the time.

P.s The back story of this is that this came about more from wanting to replace the app FeedBaby with something self-hosted as well as spending the weekend keeping track of fever temperatures and medicines administered in a Google Keep. I've been setting up a lot of self-hosted services lately and would love to have something for the family medical records behind my own firewall.
I've used Feed Baby with my kids. I'm not going to say I love it, but it does a decent job syncing and works fine, has a dark mode.

We've been using Feed Baby for the past 11 months and it's been great. Linkme: Feed Baby
Edit: There's also a free version but I think if you need multiple kids the you'll have to go with pro. Feed Baby Lite
One of the features I love is the device syncing.
Looks like https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=au.com.penguinapps.android.babyfeeding.client.android (Not OP. I'm just guessing)
Can't recommend this enough: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=au.com.penguinapps.android.babyfeeding.client.android
Edit: oh, wait, I see you used it.
I think you made a typo, but I believe this is what you want.
