For those into combined feeds, my recommendations are:
Flipboard: You get most of the content you need directly from Flipboard, but can add RSS feeds, including Reddit, and there is direct integration of your Twitter and Facebook account feeds.
Feedster: Direct integration with Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, VK, Reddit, Facebook and Feedly, although I don't see my Facebook stories still.
Catchup: Feeds from Hacker News, Reddit, Medium, Product Hunt, Slashdot, Designer News, Dribble, and GitHub. These are indirect and not not integrated: for example Reddit an Medium feeds are not your personalized ones but front page and the posts redirect to your Reddit and Medium apps.
And of course, any RSS app might also be useful to you. I know some Reddit apps like Slide I think? also have ways to show a "sub" dedicated to a certain website, which might serve your purpose too.
Along these same lines, Disa and All Messages Widget are must-haves for combined messaging solutions.
Few of my favs-in order of preference:
1.Flipboard : Aggregates content from social media, news feeds, photo sharing sites and other websites, presents it in magazine format, and allows users to "flip" through the articles, images and videos being shared. Highly customizable and can be personalized to Indian content. Link in Playstore and Link in Appstore
Google news : The new AI-powered Google News app is designed to help you find news stories you'll be interested, and make sure you get accurate reports from credible sources. It replaces Google Play Newsstand. If you like some story you can ask for more similar stories. Link in Playstore and Link in Appstore
Quartz :It's an ongoing conversation about the news, sort of like texting. They’ll send you messages, photos, GIFs, and links, and you can decide when you're interested in reading more. Each session lasts just a few minutes, so it's perfect for the train, elevator, grocery store line, or wherever you have a spare moment. Link in Playstore and Link in Appstore
Pocket : Use Pocket to capture the content that comes at you all day long, and curate your own space filled with only the topics you care about. Save the latest stories, articles, news, sports and videos from any device, and any publisher or app. Link in Playstore and Link in Appstore
Nuzzel: provides industry news and media intelligence to busy professionals. Next-generation news monitoring and research tool for PR professionals, investors, researchers, marketers, sales people, lawyers, and business owners. Link in Playstore and Link in Appstore
The outline/recent: A web-based app which does not want to be too reliant on social media distribution, but instead aims to reach a "smart, influential" readership who visit its website directly. The articles are visually interactive, and highly optimised for mobile. The interface contains articles represented as a stack of cards that users can swipe through. https://theoutline.com/topic/recent
Arts and culture - by Google : Explore collections and stories about arts and culture from around the world. Don't forget to try this cool selfie feature.... Link in Playstore and Link in Appstore

Flipboard might interest you.
Give Flipboard a try. Lets you read articles like a magazine (flipping pages) and save them for offline reading.
Use flipboard
Flipboard , the best IMO
You can setup/link your twitter account there too
Try 'FLIPBOARD'
The good old Flipboard app then.
It has a fun UI and specific category management Flipboard: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=flipboard.app
Maybe Flipboard could do this for you.
It's actually a very common style, like all the ones in here. And it's just a concept by someone, the real flipboard has a different icon.
I was looking for designs on materialup and this one looked like something I could attempt.
Is this app you're proposing any different from Flipboard?
Flipboard is pretty great IMO, has a Windows store app for your desktop too (but I prefer just using the website).
Here you go my friend:
