While the Mycelium team adds floating fees if you want to have a mobile wallet where fees are floating by default (or if you don't want to use Bitcoin Core) you can use GreenBits or GreenAddress (both from GreenAddress), generally transactions are confirmed within the first block even during stress tests but if you want you can set manual fees too (not on GreenBits though just GreenAddress classic).

a native mobile app? Try GreenBits provides multisig wallets with 2of2 or 2of3 combinations with a variety of 2FA options.
If you want something to use multisig with other people this functionality is not yet supported, maybe there's some web app that supports it but not sure about native.

This one has trezor support. Well, I'm going to have to give it a try. I like mycelium, but I may have to switch if greenbits has a good user experience and better security.
Thanks for the tip!
I'm using GreenBits which is the Android app for GreenAddress. I don't see an option to choose the fee. Oh well. Thanks for the explanation.
OK, i checked it, apparently GreenAddress uses non conventional derivation paths.
Have you tried restoring it in their app ?
Google play link as seen on their website :

Hello,
Thanks for your interest! We do not have an iOS testnet version available at present, but you can trying out testnet versions of our Android GreenBits app, and our Desktop version.
I may have some more information for you in the next day or two with news pertaining to iOS, so stay tuned :)
On Android I've been using GreenBits and it uses 3- Segwit addresses. Works pretty well, no complaints so far, although I'll probably switch to Samurai once they add hardware wallet support.

This one. Could be any other of the dozens of legit wallets but that would require a decision process on your part.

99.9% they're trying to scam you.
Skip the escrow, get them to send you to coins directly to a wallet private key you have generated yourself (do not accept some scammy web wallet with a fake balance but wont let you withdrawal using KYC verification or you need to deposit 0.2 bitcoins to withdrawal)
GreenAddress for android would be suitable. Make sure to record your mnemonic seed words safely, then generate a public key, then send your "buyer" instructions to deposit the bitcoin there. Wait 6 confirmations before completing the trade. (About 1 hour)

wirklich einfach eigentlich. App runterladen, der Anleitung folgen und dann dem anderen deine Adresse schicken. Schneller als Paypal :D
So, since I have an android phone I guess I should use this one: GreenBits https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greenaddress.greenbits_android_wallet
and not this one: GreenAddress https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=it.greenaddress.cordova right?
In reality you should put forth the effort in proportion with how much you hold.
In general though, there's no need to use a web-wallet of any sort. It's much safer to just use a desktop/Android/iOS wallet, especially with the 2FA options available today. I use GreenBits (disclaimer: my company develops this wallet) for walk-around money since it has 2FA and has a long track record of security.
If it's a lot of money, you may want to invest in a hardware wallet like Ledger Nano S. There are even more secure setups, but those take time, care, and knowledge to get right.
I like greenbits because it shares a balance across your browser and your phone but leaves you in control of your keys.
mobile, friendly and multisig?
If 2of2 and 2of3 is enough maybe have a look at GreenBits
Comes with a long list of features but it is quite simple to use.

You can actually do it with GreenBits
It's official, but vague. Many cop-out phrases. You might end up being stuck with B2X and your actual Bitcoins won't be accessible "for technical reasons" for 6 months or so, like they did after the Bcash-fork in August. Coinbase users can't access their Bcash until January 2018.
For that reason and for good practice in general, you should hold your Bitcoins in your own wallet. For iOS bread is recommended, for Android Greenbits supports SegWit-addresses.
Or get a hardware wallet like a Trezor or make a paper wallet.
In any case: make backups. Write recovery seeds and/or passwords on paper and store them securely.

But it also uses multisig, and there is currently no way to not use multisig with it, which sucks.

Announcement coming soon :)
Buying on Cash App is fine then withdraw to your wallet on Android. I'd recommend Blockstream Green, or if using the dark web then Coinjoin your bitcoin using Samourai wallet to obfuscate the history of the coins. You can follow prices on nomics.com or Tradingview.com

Get a hardware wallet, here are some popular ones.
Would also recommend getting soft-wallet for small amounts of bitcoin. This is a good one:

Here is a better option , just use a testnet wallet

and use a testnet faucet to test

For this sort of stuff (2of2, 2FA on transaction, PIN login) you could use GreenBits native for Android which also supports hardware wallets or for iOS you could use this although it is not native (we are working on a native one but no ETA yet)
For desktop you can use the Chrome App which also supports hardware wallets and we have a page/apps for testnet too if you want to give it a try first.
If you decide to use it seriously I suggest you read our FAQ and best practices
