Hulu and CrunchyRoll both have good apps on the Play market.
There's the Hulu Android app for phones and tablets, and then there's the Hulu app for Android TV. They are two separate apps.

I'm going to assume you mean by mobile. Thats the link for the Google play store. You almost download it from anywhere. It also cost money for a subscription. This might not be a choice if you're looking for a free option.
Are you using <strong>this app</strong> or the one that says <strong>hulu for Android TV</strong> which won't be compatible?
Hulu has an Android and streams the show. I'm not sure if it can stream on mobile because it requires a cable log in like SyFy and I don't have cable.

You can also watch Hulu with FireTV. But I don't know how any of that works. I don't have a FireTV nor a cable sub to try in Hulu.
However there is also Amazon Prime, which should work with your FireTV and perhaps also your phone. Each episode is sold at $2 for SD or $3 for HD, or you can buy the entire season for can't remember how much. There's also YouTube with the same prices.
Sorry I can't be more helpful, I'm strapped into my bed traveling down the highway ATM. I plan on trying to write out a where to watch guide with much more detail as soon as I have a long enough break from work.
