Have a Note device? Tired of the S-Note app? Try INKredible. Seriously, this has to be the best handwriting app on the play store. Give it a try.
My favorite note taking app is INKredible. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.viettran.INKredible
This may be what you're looking for. I've never imported PDFs, but it looks like you are able to from a few different sources. The S Pen works very well.
Could you do me a huge favor? I'm on the fence for the CB+. I'm about to trade in my current Android tablet to offset the cost but I need to make sure this app works since I use it for class notes. Would you mind giving inkredibke a try for me? Namely the palm rejection.

The iOS app I mentioned is "Notes Plus", unfortunately their app is just for iOS, but they also have an lightweight Android version, which is INKredible, maybe you want to try that :D
Else you could try MyScript :)
I had this tab open from last night, so I guess I'll type something.
I successfully got diagnosed LAST Wednesday, and have managed to keep a small log of my titration effects via a handwriting app.
No it didn't. But here it is, for annotations I don't think there is a better app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.viettran.INKredible
BTW the app link had to work in this sub, it's android-related after all
So, I'm gathering that the palm rejection absence is the main issue... Has anyone tried using INKCredible with the ASUS Flip 302? Supposedly they have an algorithm for palm rejection. Interested to know if it works.

I use inkredible: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.viettran.INKredible&hl=en_GB for quick sketches etc with my fingers, that can then be saved and sent. I use it for the reasons you seem to want, maybe there is a better way but this does me fine.
There isn't a BT based stylus for Android. I can recommend an app that can do palm rejections (You have to turn it on).
EDIT: Just in case the bot doesn't work. (Link here)
Linkme: Inkredible
Both the Dash and the alt-Jot Pro I linked to both worked very well; unfortunately, it's the lack of palm rejection that had me return both of them. I tried out INKredible, but it was pretty bad with rejection.
I was going to say I didn't have my tablets here then remembered I could log into the APP Store and look!

I use INKredible My favourite.
I recently tried INKredible and Squid as a note taking alternative.
INKredible: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.viettran.INKredible
Squid: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.steadfastinnovation.android.projectpapyrus
Both have a smooth writing experience when enabling the M - display mode. However, with the M-mode thin lines, like the paper lines/grid are invisible. INKredible only has lined paper, I couldn't find a way to change the background. Squid instead has many backgrounds available but neither of them are visible in M-mode. Nevertheless, Squid is able to create blank pages, which makes it possible to use these if you don't need lines/grids.
Both apps have a palm detection if "active stylus" setting is enabled (in my opinion the E-Pad has an passive stylus but however... it works). In both apps you should deactivate the option to erase with your finger to prevent unwanted deletions.
In Squid you can file your notes in different notebooks and it is possible to export a note to PDF or an image, which is (currently) not possible in the baked software.
Edit: Found out, that the button on the side of the pen is working with Squid. You can use it to select your writings easily to copy/move/remove and if you tab below the three dots in the upper right corner you get "more options" where you can paste it from clipboard. (The button doesn't work at all with the baked in software)
I hope that this was helpful :)
That's my favorite check

You can export your notes as pictures or PDF and add them to Notion app
Have You tried Jot Dash with Inkredible app?
Interested to have your input before I pull the trigger...
