You seem to like world-building and video games, since that is the case, may I suggest Knights of Pen and Paper? I recognize it is a free-to-play game, but I get the feeling you'll like it birthday girl
I can't even find it in the store anymore. All I see is Knights of Pen and Paper +1...
Edit: Googled it and found the Play Store link. Says not available in my country (USA, running a stock LG V10). Maybe they realized their mistake and are backpedaling?
If you are looking for something a little more tongue in cheek:

Looks like they have pushed another update couple of hours ago.
> Hotfix: 2.5.53 - Travel cost reduced in the early game - Energy cost for spells reduced

lol, I've spend my gold to re-buy the dlc, and still sitting in almost 200k gold, I don't want more gold.
There is a sequel. They added IAP, but you don't need to buy anything unless you want to play a few more levels with one if the in-game expansions. I was able to beat it without too much of a hassle and didn't buy gold. I later got the second expansion for $2, I think.
Also, take a minute and note you can swipe left and right on the magazines. There is some free stuff you can turn on in there and some stuff you can get with in-game gold. I didn't realize you can swipe left and right for more things until I had almost finished the game.
There is a really long dungeon in there that was either free or cheap with in-game gold.
It's free on the Google Play store.

You can try Knights of Pen and Paper https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.paradoxplaza.kopp2 , a mini dnd-like game
Why did no one suggest this GEM?
It's a simple yet awesome little RPG that brings back to playing D&D.

The mobile game has IAP up to $60. The first game was like $5 on mobile.

I have several suggestions:
NOTE: All of these games require a good bit of time investment. Definitely a departure from the quick 5 min game sessions that most people are expecting from mobile games.
EDIT: Added a good point for the Infinity Engine games.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.paradoxplaza.kopp2 a good turn based rpg
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=br.com.beholdstudios.galaxyofpenandpaper Another game from the company as knight of pen and paper
https://a2zapk.com/520630-chroma-squad-1-0-90-paid-a2z.html a great game but seems that they removed from google play
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.crescentmoongames.aralon2 a good game played this one slot when I was young
Well those are the only ones that I can think of because it's hard to say good rpg games with history on android without saying the console ports

Knights of Pen and Paper 2
Is a mobile game and free. Not quite the same as D&D, hope this helps.
I'm only able to access it with a direct link.
The immediate thing that comes to mind;
Knights of Pen and Paper free via Amazon Underground. It's sort of based off DnD in the play style/aesthetic. Checks most of the boxes.
Knights of Pen and Paper 2, the sequel.
Shadowrun Returns
Shadowrun: Dragonfall also come to mind, not sure how DnD reminiscent you'd consider them to be.
Outside of those the rest are mostly ones like KoToR or Baldur's Gate. Not really sure those are what you'd consider "table-top" or not.
