Work in progress but

Also, Google calendar never fails me? The reminders get stacked after some time which is annoying and I think there's a difference between alert and reminder which makes no sense to me but whatever
You mean this Android app?

Nobody on this sub shows any love for Microsoft To Do. Successor to Wunderlist & it is AMAZING. They keep updating it & every update, this far, has included new & useful features.

I've use 'To Do' for quite some time and I think it fits most of your needs. Not sure if will work without an internet connection. It use to be the most populair of all the 'todo' apps and was later bought by Microsoft.
> Microsoft to do
Even if you don't use other Microsoft products, this one is easy to use & learn, elegant, powerful & very featureful - in other words it's Great! It's also under very active development.
Here it is: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.todos
I use Microsoft To-Do. You can ignore the due date fields if you want. I have a couple different lists in it and really like the "add to day" feature.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.todos
I couldn't agree more! My mind can wrap itself around completing a 10min task on any given day, and sometimes I'm just missing the part where I need to take the time to break it all down into those bite-sized chunks.
While no app is perfect, I've personally found Microsoft To Do: Lists & Tasks to be intuitive and helpful.
For years now I've been using Microsoft To Do: Lists & Tasks
I've tried countless apps over the years and this is the one that's stuck around the longest. The "My Day" and "sub-task creation" features resonate with me.
'Microsoft To Do' is app which I've been using for general task management. Has customizable repeat option for tasks (plus "other regular stuff" like reminders and due dates).
ToDo is free & allows you to attach any file, but there is no thumbnail preview. If you want to see the pic, screenshot, etc, you will have to tap on it to download and view.
ToDo is what I've been using. I don't use the widget but it allows you to add a note/task. Its a task format, but I also use it for general note taking.
I use this for lists instead of Keep now.
wunderlist bukannya dilanjut sama ini? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.todos&hl=en_US
ga tau sih perbedaannya sebesar apa antara dua app itu
If you are looking for a really minimalistic ToDo app try: Microsoft To Do.
It work seamlessly with Windows, and it's super clean!
I personally use Google Tasks for all my todo list needs but unfortunately I can't recommend it to anyone yet. It's still relatively new which means it lacks critical features that other task manager apps would have. I'm using it because I know Google will continue to update it and make it better but for now, my recommendation would have to be Microsoft's "Microsoft To-Do" app. I'll leave a link to it below.

I personally would recommend Microsoft To-Do. I'm not entirely sure if it meets all your standards but I know it's one of the best when it comes to organizing your tasks.

Microsoft to-do: An awesome and free, to-do app that integrates well with windows laptops.
Microsoft One Note: Still probably one of the best note taking apps out there.
Podcast Addict: Not into reading books? Well podcasts might be for you. Has an amazing selection of podcasts to choose from, and you can learn a lot from various subjects. Great for commuting or when working on assignments.
FitNotes: Who needs to photoshop themselves, when you can hit the gym, tracking your progress using fitnotes! Great free app that supports a lot of features that most other fitness apps lock behind a paywall.
Flipp: Great app for students who are trying to save money. Its a grocery app that tells you when stuff is on discount and shows you the store flyer.
Officelens: If you're not a fan of taking notes in your laptop and rather do it pen and paper style then scanning your notes is important. Officelens is a great app that does exactly that.
AirDroid: Pretty neat app that helps bring android and windows users closer together. Lets you view and reply to texts on windows as well as send files etc. Your Phone Companion is another official microsoft app but it's lacking features for the time being. Also check out Pushbullet or Join by joaapps for paid.
Mint: Great app I used to track my finances and budget myself during college. I suggest everyone use a budgeting app especially in college.
Alarmy: Great app if you have trouble getting up early in the morning. You can set up custom challenges like taking a photo of a certain object to shut the alarm down.
Bitwarden: Password manager for really anyone not just students
Make sure you have a to-do list app (I use Microsoft To-Do) to keep track of all your assignments.
Microsoft To-Do is the replacement for Wunderlist. You can use it with Microsoft account.
I really love the interface, it's more simpler than Wunderlist.
Just like Wunderlist, I can sync my to-do's across Windows 10 and Android.
Microsoft To-do is the best app for to-do lists. It's completely free. The dev team listens to customer feedback.

Some people already gave some good advice. What I would recommend is to look into material design.
First think about what kind of color you want your primary color to be. For ex. If its green, make your toolbar, navigation etc. green. Choose a secondary color and mix it with your primary colour for the buttons, checkbox etc.
You really don't need to go over the top, if the UI pops up, it's enough. Here are some simple examples: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.todos https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.todoist
Here's another good example. I only recommend looking at how they mixed the colour orange and white, the text and how they make sections/cards to differentiate between restaurants. They don't suddenly mix colours that aren't part of the app. You mix light blue, green, dark blue etc. They just don't work out together. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.takeaway.android
There's Microsoft To Do.

you mean this? afaik, it just allows for reminder for a day right?
Is this the app you're referring to? Microsoft To-Do: List, Task & Reminder https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.todos
I switched to it from Wunderlist. It syncs with my desktop, iPad and my Galaxy Note 9.
Super simple and soon to have exchange integration (I believe in Office360) Microsoft To-Do App
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.todos&hl=en
I just use Microsoft To do because it's available across all platforms and online. Very convenient to pull up my to-do list & add to it or check things off on my laptop without having to reach for my phone. Especially when I'm trying to be productive. I know once I touch that phone, there's gonna be heaps of distractions lol

should've improved Keep instead of making a new app.
Anyway, I use Microsoft's To Do
