Hey, folks!
When I started working on this game back in 2016, I've never expected that "Mighty Mage" would ever become so large.
You can't even being to fathom how unreal it all feels to me.
I'm just some dude who has developed a game and as it turns out, not only did you guys like it but you're always so supportive of my work, too!
Ok, try to imagine this: my tiny, tiny text adventure RPG project has two years later received a full, original soundtrack from an actual, talented composer.
When I open "Mighty Mage" right now, I can hear the beautiful music composed by young Australian sound engineer/composer, Justin Jet Zorbas.
I'm incredibly proud and happy to share the positive vibes with you!
It's hard not to get emotional for me. This project has gone so far beyond my wildest dreams.
And you, people, can play it!
It's hard to put into words how excited I am for you guys to check "Mighty Mage" out every time I update the game.
You have made all of this possible and for that, I'm eternally grateful.
You STILL are a large part of this success. This is where I started out and here are my roots, so as a "thank you" I am giving out promo codes to anyone who is interested.

There's a huge (albeit limited) amount of codes. I prepared enough of them to satisfy the needs of this subreddit's kick-ass Community!
Hope you have a good day! And, should you end up downloading Mighty Mage, have lots of fun!
I have never imagined that my life will look like this.
When I was working on Mighty Mage a few months ago, I was worried if anyone will notice it at all!
It's crazy how much support for my work this community has shown and you guys deserve some extra love from me.
With the success came new responsibilities, but I wouldn't change a thing. It feels weird to say that but I am now a game developer. It's no longer just a hobby. I am working hard on expansion updates. I want to release a few of them before I move on to making my new game.

To make this giveaway more interesting, the more creative comments have higher chances of getting a code. And the very best ones will get all IAPs!

Do whatever you like in a comment somewhere in this thread.
You can literally do anything: from simply requesting a code through posting a meme to writing a rap song or drawing a fan art in Microsoft Paint.
I'll read all the comments and those of you who catch my eye, I'll message you the code(s) with instructions of how to redeem it!
There's a limited amount of codes (Google Play's limitations), but don't worry - I have prepared plenty of them!
Hey, folks!
I really can't believe that this game first launched in 2016.
The whole project was mostly me working on it alone. A few months ago the game received a full original OST by a talented artist, Justin Jet Zorbas, who composed it for our pleasure.
I've never expected this much success and this many downloads!
Of course, the game has grown significantly since I first released it and I polished a lot of the early quirks.
But I am far from being done updating it. Over the next few weeks, I will launch at least one quest per week at the very least. I'm planning to expand the game's story a lot - and all the story content (quests) will be included in free updates for owners of the full game. No worries there!
There's been an excellent reception of the game and I appreciate both the praise and the constructive criticism that lead to countless improvements to the core of the game over the last two years.
It truly puts a smile on my face to see how many people enjoy my work.
I am blessed with the opportunity to continue creating content for players to experience.
I couldn't be happier!

There's a limited amount of codes (Google Play's limitations) but I am sure it will still be plenty.
Reviews are fun, sure!

>Which once again proves to me your not a developer. So let's stop lying unless your going to show proof. For instance proof of your name and your name appearing in a creditable source showing that you yourself are a developer.
You are actually insane if you think that to become a game developer you need to be accepted by any sort of community, collective, university, office or government official.

Knock yourself out, I'm not going to continue talking to you but there's your proof. The opening 'letter from developer' mentions my other nickname is Dravic.

Hi, Savant! We've never spoken but I feel like you've been there with me almost all my life through your music. You're the only musician I listen to while working, hundreds of tracks. VOID is a fine addition to my collection!
My question is about using your pre-existing music as soundtracks for my independent mobile (Android) games.
I'd love to use some of your tracks, for example from "Highlander" or "Mortals" albums, as background music for my text-based open world adventure RPG games. You've done an incredible job creating sounds that could inspire an amazing atmosphere for these fantastical worlds I write about.
I have no false hope that you would let me use them free of charge and I understand that you would expect some sort of financial compensation.
With that said, I am an indie game developer with little experience, so I don't know the going industry rates for using your pre-existing tracks.
Just to show you what kind of games I'm talking about, here's my most successful project so far:

"Mighty Mage" OST was composed for me by a talented musician, Justin Jet Zorbas, from Australia.
Other than the music/sound, I make everything else myself.
I guess I am just asking if there's any chance you or your manager could give me a short Skype/Discord call about this. Could private message me for contact details.
Love your music and remember, F--K GENRES!
I'm glad you're here with me, reading this comment. May your day be even better than mine already is!
WARNING: We're about to talk about extremely potent conjuration magic here, so if you're not responsible enough to take charge of at least one summoned creature, you should stop reading right now.
There's TL;DR at the very end of this message if for whatever reason you can't read the whole thing.
Just over two weeks ago, I have added a new Battle User Interface, made completely from scratch, to the game. Those efforts of mine were intended to carve a path for other, magnificent new features.
In yesterday's update, each of the eight base Mysteries got one new inspiration. In total, eight new spells were added.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the new era: Three of these new spells are Conjuration inspirations, which allow you to summon allied units.
Of course, this amazing Community deserves no less than a giveaway to go with the new update! At the bottom of this comment you can find the details.
I'm not going to spoil which Mysteries got the first round of the conjuration inspirations, but I will tell you this: there is more where that came from, stay tuned. In December I'm going to add actual new questlines/storylines and an opportunity to own, raise and customize your own Familiar.
The Halloween Update that MM's community enjoyed a month ago has been a great amount of fun! The Mighty Mage's second anniversary made me feel that the game needed some new gameplay mechanics.
I had a lot of concepts and ideas lying around. I chose a few and went to town with the development process of this new update.
I would love to have you back in-game so that you can check out the awesome new features that Mighty Mage has just received.
Highlights of the update:
Three types of allied units can now be summoned by casting their respective Conjuration inspirations. New Conjuration inspirations are upgraded by getting more Authority statistic points. Throughout the game world, there are now many hidden treasure chests whose placement is randomly generated for each new playthrough. The higher difficulties have been rebalanced and made more rewarding. A new, extreme difficulty was added with an extreme experience multiplier to match.
The detailed changelog for the changes is available here or in-game:
Feel free to ask me any questions about the new content or changes to the gameplay. If you have anything to report or if you have suggestions how the game could be improved, do not hesitate to message me, either.
I'm always open to listen to your opinions, my friends! =]
TL;DR
Eight new inspirations were added for each Mystery. You can now summon three types of creatures to fight alongside you in the battles ahead. Shoot me a message if you want to talk about the game.
For your convenience, here's a link to "Mighty Mage": <strong>The game has been available on Google Play since September 2016 and the success it had back then changed my life.</strong>
