> Also, it must be available in German
It's waaay easier for me to handle via an app. I use https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.onetwoapps.mh&hl=de&gl=US to keep track of all my accounts and all of our shared accounts, including what you want to do.
No need for my GF to do the same or even do anything, as I can see every transaction on the shared accounts.

It deliberately doesn't have network permissions.
There's no way I'd ever allow anything access to my accounts.
This one is totally offline its both a pro and Congratulations!!! I am very very happy to know this. being offline...though fantastic My Budget Book
Io uso un approccio diverso:
- App Android Il Mio Budget. Pagata anni fa e mi trovo molto bene.
The screenshot is from the Simple banking app, which performs automatic tracking and categorization.
Prior to using Simple, I tediously tracked spending by hand in an Android app called My Budget Book. There are similar options available on iOS.
I use My Budget Book. Simple, manual entry app. Its a few bucks which means no intrusive ads. Frequent transactions (daily coffee, etc) can be set up as a shortcut so its not that clunky
Used it reliably for at least 6 years to see where I'm blowing money. Ended up saving a fair amount and expanded investments so its worked great for me.

I've been using My Budget Book (Android Only) and love it but holy crap THANK YOU for Firefly III! Looks amazing. Will try this out now
I couldn't recommend MyBudgetBook enough https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.onetwoapps.mh
It's got a budget feature, obviously as the name suggests, but at it simplest form it is a fantastic way to track your monthly income and outgoings, both one off payments and direct debits! Best part is it is all manual which I really enjoy as it causes me to be more concious of spending and budgeting by default!
You can also see your budget and balances for up to 36 months into the future so you have a really great way of tracking your plans effectively.
Oh, and its free
I have been using this app for years
It has no internet permission but creates automatic backups, which you can manually or automatically sync with your desired Online storage
This is what I use. Cannot connect to a bank because it has no permissions to use the internet, but security is therefore top notch
However, you can import .xml files and use them for ststistics etc
Saya pakai My Budget Book selama 4 tahun terakhir. Cukup buat bikin cashflow pribadi.
MyBudgetBook serving me since 2015 and I'm a broke college student - no salary. I feel BlueCoins to be a bit buggy and the developer is too rude when you need support.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.onetwoapps.mh
I also use a really good budgeting app called My Budget Book, I can import my bank statements into it. I try hard to keep on top of my money lol.
Was meinst du damit?
I use this. Not sure if this meets all of your criteria, but you could give it a try. Google Play offers a refund for up to 2 hours after buying an app afaik, so you have nothing to loose.
I've been using My Budget Book (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.onetwoapps.mh)
I use it to track expenses since it will keep a tab of how much you have left to spend, and you can set up multiple accounts that all tie together for different things. For example, I have my credit card set up as an account, and when I put a transaction in there, it's set to automatically deduct from the total of my bank account too, since I try to pay it off every month. I'm sure lots of apps work similarly, My Budget Book has just been the easiest to work with in my opinion.
I have been using this app for years. Costs a little but has been worth it so much. And your data is safe :)

Für Android Mein Haushaltsbuch. Kostet 2,99, ist es aber definitiv wert.
My Budget Book, for Android, is decent. You can export to a spreadsheet and backup easily.
