Reading through some reviews of this app, it seems that it just throws memes and inspirational quotes at you when you relapse. Correct me if I'm wrong though.
Edit: Link to the Google Play page. Sorry I couldn't link earlier, I was on mobile.
And as one reviewer put it:
> Medical Emergency? Here's a meme! NoFap has a big red button featuring the medical symbol and the word Emergency. Elsewhere in life using this is would typically be expected to trigger an urgent response to potentially life threatening circumstances. In this app however pressing it offers a quote or shows a random meme. It is deliberately misleading and cynically appropriates a set of recognisable symbols for its own benefit. This app is, at best, profoundly irresponsible and, at worst, could be putting a user in genuine danger.
Edit again: And don't get me wrong, I have nothing against quitting masturbation and/or porn addiction. You do your thing, I do mine. I just found this app really pointless, when all it does is fight a relapse with dankness.
There are a lot of great apps that help in dealing with anxiety and depression, offering legitimate advice. Maybe they should take some cues from them.
Thank you to all of the Fapstronauts whose inspiring stories motivated Daniel Romero to volunteer for us to port this over to iOS. This "NoFap Emergency" panic button app was coded by Jack Fischer, originally for the web (as seen on NoFap's sidebar) and then for Android.
I do not have anything to help in terms of making osmeone laugh but I have been using this APP for a while which gives you some really nice quotes to get your spirits up when your down.

Use Reddit with NoFap's Emergency Button (there is also an iPhone version) which blocks all nsfw subs.
Use the emergency app in case of withdrawal symptoms. Works for me, hopefully it can work for you and everyone else too. When you're feeling close to relapsing, just open the app and get motivated.

Wow, the first and biggest step is admitting the problem because now you can work on it and there are loads of really helpful people around here. Reading your situation, I can totally understand why you've got an addiction, but it's good that you can see you need to stop.
I recommend installing the Emergency Button App, and the Browser Extension to start with. However, personally, I'd just say give it a go. Then you can work out what triggers you and think about what you can do to stop it, whether that's internet blocks or press-ups or anything else. I find the biggest help is, if I feel I'm getting tempted, I'll go downstairs, find someone to talk to; I won't relapse in front of people and it can be a distraction. I definitely think spending less time in your room is a good idea, or at least keeping the door open, so you know anybody could see you at any moment.
One of the biggest things is keeping your hands busy, because they probably spend a lot of time at your crotch, I know mine want to. Whether this means you hold a stressball at your desk or get some juggling balls (my preferred option), doing something with your hands can be very important.
Another thing people often talk about is doing something productive to replace PMO. So when you feel tempted you can play an instrument, juggle, or maybe something to do with your drawing.
I hope that made sense, I'm not sure it did, I tried to give a bit of an overview. If you need any more help or have some questions, feel free to message me.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.nofap.emergency If you relapsed, feel depressed, or in a state of emergency USE THE APP. They basically render inspiration and motivation quotes and pictures. Try it out if you want. (Not sure if its on apple) Remember to stay on the right path.
Focusing on real past experiences is still a form of fantasy imo. If you're just getting started I'd say first, good on you for recognizing an issue.
Second, you might want to steer clear of the environments that usually led to PMO for at least the first two or three weeks. For me, that's not being at home alone late nights watching television and replacing those activities with better ones like Duolingo (a free language course) working out, or simply meeting friends.
Third, do not fear failure in this journey. Learn from mistakes and build on them. My badge says three days, it's been about eight days since my last relapse and I've been on this journey for about 3 years total with my longest streak of 78 days. The streaks don't matter as much to me though as healing. I realized I had a problem when I couldn't remember what it felt like to not have a desire to watch pornography. I sought help and continue to do so to this day.
Fourth watch Your Brain on Porn(YBOP) for more information about the realities of an addiction to pornography and online pornography. Video here.
Last, surround yourself with motivation to continue. I'm a huge fan of the NoFap app, a link to a ton of Motivation NoFap related advice about overcoming the addiction. It's also free!
Wouldn't you need someone's phone number to message them via SMS? Maybe there's a way around it I don't know of but instead of posting your phone number on the internet, I can give you two alternatives.
What it sounds like you're asking for is an accountability partner. In a 12-step program this is what they would call a "sponsor." Basically, a guy who's always on your ass encouraging you, offering advice, and making sure you don't give in to the urge. And as a partner you do the same thing for them. That person would be someone you could trust and relate to, and they would be able to message you via SMS if you give them your number.
If you have a smart phone and wifi, there's always the NoFap Panic Button App which is a portable panic button to that may help you catch yourself before the relapse.
Don't give /r/nofap any ideas.
Edit: Nevermind, they've already got one.

http://emergency.nofap.com/ Amazing emergency button!
There is a Chrome extension.
I probably started PMOing around age 16 as well, raised in a Christian home though I'm a CompSci student, and has taken me 3 years to get to this stage (64 days).
However the turning point for me was a drastic change in my surroundings. When we're comfortable we continually fall back into old vices, and something God did for me was flip my world upside down when I moved back to University for my second year. A lot of responsibility was placed on me, but I was also put in touch with a lot of the young people at my church and given a glimpse of what my life could be without PMO hanging over me.
It was like up until that point, I'd never actually wanted to give it up. But suddenly I knew that it was something which had to go immediately, no beating about the bush. With His help, which is something He offers and we need only claim by faith, I've got this far and see no stopping.
Amazing blessings that have helped me immensely have included this subbreddit, if you're feeling tempted come here. Post about your troubles, read other people's encouragement. You'll find what you need.
Hit the emergency button in the sidebar and keep clicking until you're good. If you have a smartphone get the NoFap App (for Android and iOS), and also check out the browser extensions which were just released.
There's various accountability groups around which are also very useful. The Church is a body of people who support each other, and we are here for you. We aren't expected to do this alone. I'm in this Slack group and we'd welcome you if you want to join us.
Although /r/NoFapWar is already underway, it's a great motivator and brings people together from all walks of life. While you wouldn't be included in the official statistics any of the regiments would welcome you and support you.
Stay strong Brother, there is power in the name of Jesus to break every chain.
We got this men! I think it'll be helpful to:
download the App
delete all broswer histories on your computers and cellphones
some might find it helpful to wear a RubberBand
but it might be better to immediately sit up straight and place your fingertips together, and really feel the tips of your fingers brushing against each other to focus and harness your energy

Hope this helps.
The Panic Button is available as a browser extension which puts a button next to the search bar. It's also in App form for Android or iOS.
It's the NoFap app for Android
Use the Panic Button here to get motivation, he is there for a reason. It has for Android and Ios too. It saved me four times this month. You could also comment in another's people new post and get help, like you did now.
Since you are young, i will assume that you like games, and i will recommend this site for you: http://habitica.com/ . There you got a challenge for NFapping and you can have fun by seeing how your character develops.
A tip is to separate five minutes - or ten minutes tasks from a hobby or responsability to complete in the mid of the day. You said that the people were athletic, this sounds like you want to become athletic too. You could do aerobics or find a sport you like. The exercises do really good for the brain.
Walking on parks, making a project are things that i recommend to you. Since you're young, your brain is more plasty to learn new things and enjoy them. There are clubs on your school? A social activity focused on what you like could help you relieve the anxiety that some addicts [ me included ] to fap report to feel.
If you have a psychologist or a mentor at the school that you feel okay to share with, know that they will support you, since some people work with secrecy [ and you can ask to them to tell to no one about it, if you want to ] they are hired for talking about these things. I think it's a good idea to have someone to share IRL about how you are feeling and this people could give you a pontual support on your development, by hearing and talking personally with you.
Now i will use this last line to say that you stay this way you are now, seeking help, making decisions on your health and taking care of yourself i think it's a really responsible thing to do and it will have an positive impact on your life. Congrats,
iOS App and Android App
There is an App already available for Android, I recommend checking it out as it is a life saver. Available from the Play Store
Hey man, keep at it. I find that this analogy best summarizes the feelings one might go through during this fight: link. Also keep in mind that this is still a thing: Android, iphone, or for your browser. I suggest learning new behaviors to substitute (or counteract) your own ways to cope/ exerting what ever feelings or sensations that bring the urge for PMO. Example, next time you feel like doing it, clasp both your hands together and pray (assuming you’re a religious person) - you can't do it if both your hands are clasped. Anyway, that’s the luck and advice I have to share with you. Do your best in life and never stop trying to improve yourself! :o
There's an official NoFap Android app that could be useful, but I haven't used it personally.
