Found it in that app. Has some nice widgets in it too for Zooper. I have some pictures of my own of the Golden Gate but most are in landscape. I gotta remember to take pictures in portrait so I can use them for my phone background lol

EDIT: Found this video of some indian kid showing off a setup setup with the same wallpaper, widget and icon pack, but missing the media controls at the bottom and not the same status bar. (I'm guessing the kid tried to copy the screenshot above but didn't go all the way)
So it seems it's not a LWP, but rather a setup using Parrot for Zooper, Rondo icon pack, custom statusbar and custom navbar. (or it's just some music widget and the phone doesn't have a navbar)
