Does the live tab integrate with tuners or live channels? Try installing pluto tv or something to see if that starts populating it. I know that that's where you would see your YouTube TV content but that is only available in the states with a subscription.
I'd be interested in knowing if it integrates with IPTV set up in live channels.

They have 3 channels that show exclusively: Forensic Files, The New Detectives, and Cold Case Files all day long!
And it's actually fully legit free content. You don't even have to make an account or give them your email address.
Get it on your Amazon for Fire, many smart TVs (my sister's 2018 Samsung came with it pre loaded I think, or I installed it, but it's on there), your PlayStation etc.
An app I really enjoy that doesn't get a lot of love is Pluto TV It's curated online videos into TV-esque channels. You have a guide you scroll through similar to cable and have tons of different channels to choose from.
This app has an nfl channel. Full games, but you can't pick what to watch, and the schedule seems random.

Pluto TV has news stations. Actually those are the only stations I've ever found worth watching on it.
Check out Pluto TV. It has a bunch of news channels, including MSNBC.
