AIDA64 and FRAPS (for the yellow box with the FPS graph) on PC, and the Android Tablet has a App called Remote Panel from Odospace installed. The setup is super fiddly but you can customize the display 100% to your liking.

You can also repurpose an Android phone/tablet to display Sensor info using the Odospace app and Aida 64:

I have an old Samsung Slate 7 running BlissOS as my sensor panel.
go get an old android phone, https://www.aida64.com/downloads on the computer and https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.odospace.remotepanel on the android.
I made a frame the sits infront of the phone so only the screen is seen, the phone is hidden behind the frame. works good.
Install this App on the Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.odospace.remotepanel
(read the description, there are more links and stuff)
this on Windows

(you don't need to have this in auto start, i think. you just set the ip's up properly and AIDA64 will do the rest, but it needs the .dll's and stuff).
You just need to configure it properly which WILL take some fiddling plus trial and error.
AIDA64 can also see the FPS numbers from FRAPS so install that as well, throw it in autostart and then you can hide the yellow FPS numbers in-game and still see for example that graph that i got on mine.
the only negative i noticed is, each time the picture for the android is rendered the CPU load goes up a bit (3 - 5% on one core) but the clockspeed ramps up for this, so the display will always show 4GHz for me, even when CPUID HWMonitor shows that the CPU clocks down properly to 800MHz.
But i can see on a glance that the AIO pump RPM is on (my last AIO died so knowing that the pump is doing its job is easing my mind a bit), the RPM of the GPU Fan is good to know because of that Zero Fan Mode i want to know that it is actually spinning when i game...
and the CPU and GPU load graphs help to know if something is bottlenecking (well, it helped more on my old system ;P )
clock speeds and temperatures are obvious...
RAM and VRAM load show me how much of my RAM is actually used... and that is pretty much it.
I would suggest looking into AIDA64 and the Remote Panel App
It is a bit cumbersome and fiddly but very much worth it.
Logitech's Arx Control app looks neat on screenshots and photos but is pretty meh for functionality.
If you use AIDA64 you can display your sensor panel through Odospace Remote Panel on any mobile device for free without ads.
on the tablet?
Aida 64 on the PC and Odospace on the Tablet as receiving / displaying end.
