I've tried a lot of these apps and I've found Scanbot to be my favourite. Automatic edge detection, automatic upload to your service of choice, quality settings and no watermarks all included in the free version. Upgrade gets you OCR.
Scanbot is really awesome! It has great features such as quality settings, keyword tagging and multiple page combining. The various cloud upload options are really great. I paid for this app a while ago and love it.
Ma se usi il telefono con un'app tipo SwiftScan? Io sono anni che non uso lo scanner delle stampanti perché ogni volta tocca bestemmiare.
Scanbot has worked great for me so far https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.doo.snap
A major plus for me was that it's doing the ocr locally instead of on some remote server like some other apps.
I used to use Office Lens and thought it was the shit (it was great). My friend saw me using it and told me about ScanBot, which now I really love. If you haven't heard of this app, then I would recommend giving it a try to see if you prefer it also.
SwiftScan has the capability to send faxes. You need to purchase fax credits from them though. I haven't tested the fax feature though, as I'm just using it for scanning documents. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.doo.snap
I believe there are 3rd-party apps that do this. I'm very hapy with Scanbot (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.doo.snap). As for the Excel-functionality, perhaps that can be setup using IFTTT/Zapier?
I use Scanbot.

Seeing as you haven't really given any indication of what you use your phone for, I'll just give some general suggestions (which you may or may not already know about);
Scanbot: a great document scanning app. Though I don't really print/ scan much these days, it's always nice to keep my receipts organised digitally and then I don't have to go digging for one later on if I need it.
Google Keep: good for reminders, lists, to do's etc. i use it mostly because I keep a Windows desktop and Linux laptop around and I prefer to be as platform agnostic as possible. Shared lists are also great for organising things needed for a trip, or a shared shopping list with your spouse.
Some for of news app. Personally I quite like BBC News and Reuters. Alternatively, if you prefer to watch your news rather than read it, Reuters do a TV News version, which you can set for 5 to 30 minutes. Usually I'll watch this whilst having breakfast or on my commute.
Light Flow Pro: one thing I missed coming from previous BlackBerry was the fact that I could set different colours for various notifications (blue for messenger, green for WhatsApp, cyan for Telegram, red for emails etc)
Pocket Casts: if you're a podcast person, then it's the most rounded and full featured app, and the best replacement for Overcast on iOS.
Finally, there's also a way of utilising Buttons Remapper and All In One Gestures to gain functionality back from BlackBerry 10, which admittedly I'm yet to set up. Allows you to change previous/ next track by holding down the volume buttons, which I missed from my Passport.
Not much to say about optimisations really- one thing I normally do (on any Android device) is turn on developer settings so that I can adjust the length and speed of animations. I haven't felt it necessary on the KeyOne, but usually I'll set it around .5 to speed things up slightly.
I use Scanbot.

I use Scanbot for this. You can save your notes to your favorite cloud service, like Google Drive or Onedrive.
Scanbot is a great app that lets you scan documents with your camera and store it as a PDF. You can also pay a bit for a pro license that enables OCR, meaning text on documents you scan becomes selectable on the PDF, which is an awesome feature.
Stylish Text isn't exactly practical or necessary, but it can be pretty fun. Basically, it takes a text input and gives you a bunch of different versions of the same text in different Unicode characters (like or sıɥʇ). It has a gui, but you can also just select text in any other app and choose a style from the copy/paste menu, which makes it easy to use.
Finally, IFTTT is an all time favorite of mine that is extremely useful. You've probably heard of it, and it can be used to automate just about anything on your phone. I especially like it because you can now use the app to add your own custom commands to the Google Assistant, which is awesome.
Those are just three of my favorites, but there are many well-made, free apps for Android that are out there. Hope I could help!
I use Scanbot.

Much detail required? If you're just scanning receipts and paperwork this works very well: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.doo.snap

Eu uso o Scanbot.
That's what I did last year and I sorted out more than 200 documents. No need for OCR or anything like that, and there are filters to make pretty pictures:
