I use Stark It's a paid for theme but worth it in my opinion, clear, bright, and easily recognizable icons.
Haven't looked back since i installed it
Here's an overview of my app drawer (Just two icons unthemed)
I've been using Stark. I like the square icons specifically with no shadows. Shadows on icons don't make sense to me.
Linkme didn't link the right one.
I don't know, I used to have a Motorola Droid Ultra XT1080 and the AMOLED screen was just absolutely gorgeous, full stop. I'll always be chasing that dragon.
That's the default icon for Relay For Reddit; if you don't know it, it's a Reddit app that also has a built-in AMOLED theme. I've been using it for a couple years, I love it. I don't really notice the icon anymore.
To be honest I really dislike your icons too, lol. Way too many low-contrast icons (so much red against orange!), and especially the Sync Pro icon sticks out, with its white circle against a dark grey rounded box. As I look at mine I realize that not all of them are circles (Facebook, and a few in my app drawer like Amazon Shopping, Chase, CNN, etc), but I think your small icon size and flatly-colored background that's warmer at the bottom are doing the most to negate the vibrancy I like. Let's agree not to design each other's weddings. :D
I don't know if you should let my Navbar caution deter you; it still has a bunch of options, is working flawlessly now, and like we talked about earlier, who knows where the issue originated from. It was just a weird little issue that I thought I'd share a fix for, because I think it is worth looking into if you want more navbar options.
But yeah man, I'll let you know what I try next. Now that I'm staring at them, I'll probably try an icon pack soon, lol... I used to use this one when I was on or around KitKat, I don't know that I'd like to use it again now but it might work for your aesthetic, and apparently it's at 2300 icons now (any of which you can use for any app). Looks like you'd have to see if it supports your preferred launcher though, not sure if it works for Pixel Launcher. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=kov.theme.stark&hl=en
I like kovdev's Stark icons. Basic flat, colorful squares.
Here is the icon pack (your looks almost the same tho):https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=kov.theme.stark
And this is the original wallpaper i use: http://i.imgur.com/gqtdZ7X.jpg
I'm a fan of stark. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=kov.theme.stark
Edit: oops only read first part of question. These aren't lollipop but still solid icons
Cheers mate, the icon pack is Stark and the Gmail icon is from Minimalico.

Stark. It's pretty damn good imo, much prefer the clean boxes - and there is 2100+ icons and constantly evolving.
To be fair, I don't care about stock icons, no matter whether they're just standard icons or circles standardized by Google. I've been using custom icon packs since I remember and Stark Icon Pack is my no. 1 choice.
