I use these two apps, any smart device on the same network can stream any video off your phone, far easier than trying to configure plex or jellyfin or encoding or not and you dont need a whole pc to do it, you can also use usbOTG to attach a harddrive
Any torrent app in the play store. Here are a couple popular ones.
UTorrent https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.utorrent.client
Fluid https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.delphicoder.flud
Download the following app (android link but the same app on apple):
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.utorrent.client
Then use the 'magnet link' to download via utorrent app:

Remember to only download files you already have the licence for.

If you are already into the torrent world searching through this page will be no problem. https://rutracker.org/forum/tracker.php?nm=pop The page is on Russian but with Google Translate is enough to browse. But, if you don't know how to download torrents what you need to do is download this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.utorrent.client You can buy the pro version for better battery and optimization management. You'll need this app to download or open any torrent link. You can use the Russian page without an account but I find it better to create one. Search any album or artist on the search bar and a list of links should appear, on the left side of each link will be the tipe of file, look up for the ones that says multichannel, hi fi, or lossless (the most common) open the link or press the file size to a direct download.
If you are on Android, it is totally possible to download torrents. You can even get uTorrent. If you are on IOS then I don't think there is a way to do this.
Download this client, it's the free version with ads, then add the torrent link to download thefile.

You need a Torrent Downloader. I use Micro Torrent. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.utorrent.client
Install utorrent from the play store and then click on the link in the first post. It should start downloading https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.utorrent.client
If you still need to really look something on your phone, download the uTorrent for Android and lookup a torrent on https://thepiratebay.org
yes ,you just download utorrent from the store. You can see what it looks like here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.utorrent.client&hl=en
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.utorrent.client works great. I used it all the time when my ex and I were on the road
Some torrent apps limits the speed of download, try μTorrent maybe, or BitTorrent

uTorrent has a native android app that provides remote access to the desktop version at home allowing you to add torrents.
