Wasn’t that hard to google.
Traffickcam is a great app to help combat abuse. Every time I walk into my hotel room I've gotten into the habit of taking the pictures for it.
Sorry to hijack the top comment but there is actually a useful app to assist in taking down human trafficking simply by taking pictures of hotel rooms.
Heard about this a while ago, not sure how useful it has been, or what it's future may hold. Just throwing it out there.
Wanna do something about human trafficking? Download and use the app Traffickcam. If you stay in hotels, you can help the cause.
There's an app called Traffickcam that puts photos of hotel rooms in a searchable database, so when traffickers post photos of their victims online, the police can compare that to the photos they have.

Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.exchangeinitiative.traffickcam
There is also an app called TraffickCam. You can use it to take photos of any hotel you stay at so law enforcement can match the room to photos to catch human traffickers and rescue their victims.
Hey, great, listen, can you please install the app Traffickcam to help fight human trafficking? I stay in a lot of hotels too. Easy to use, doesn't take up a lot of memory, etc.
I'm piggybacking on the top rated comment here to plug the app Traffickcam, which helps fight human trafficking in general. If you stay in a lot of hotels, please install and use this app.
Thanks
Also, there are apps out there that allow users to take photos of hotel rooms they stay in so investigators can match backgrounds in human trafficking photos to photos taken of identified hotel rooms. Many photos in HT ads are taken in hotel rooms.
TraffickCam is a good one and in classes I've attended (source: I am a Police Officer) this app has helped rescue victims, stop pimps and close cases.

Ever since I got my first smartphone I've been taking pictures of places I've stayed for more than a few days. I have hundreds of images detailing hotel rooms, their bathrooms, balconies, and so on.
From time to time my wife and I will talk about some vacation we went on, or I'll remember some luxurious hotel I got booked into on a business trip, and I'll dig out the images. I do the same thing with our house and garden. Every year or so I'll take pictures of all the rooms, and every so often we sit down and take a trip down memory lane looking at how the kids' rooms looked when they were playing with LEGO on floor, doing homework, having a boy/girlfriend over for the night, or when they left the nest.
The idea of using a 360 camera is good, but you can get almost the same result with regular photos.
Additionally: For all you business travelers, please consider helping stop human trafficking by simply uploading images of hotel rooms to TraffickCam (iPhone App, Android App)
PSA: TraffickCam builds a user submitted database of hotel room pics so law enforcement can match locations to videos & pics in child porn.
Random plug:
You can help combat sex trafficking by taking pictures of your hotel rooms.
Edit: We hugged it to death. It's called TraffickCam. They have an Android App and an iOS app
Edit 2: Thanks for the gold but if you really want to help, get this info out there. I tried to get a sticky and/or on the sidebar of /r/Travel and they ignored me. Not angry at them, they probably just didn't see my message. Try to get these links on relevant subreddits, especially if you're a mod.
Just a thought for anyone staying at any hotel, especially as things open back up - think about installing the Traffick Cam app; you take photos of your room and the furniture in it and upload it to a worldwide database so if your room ever appears in CP they know where it was filmed (the furniture, room layout, tiles and paint can even narrow down dates).
Download for Android or iOS or use the website directly.
Edit: Mods can we pin this for visibility?

Only 50k downloads on android, we probably need more
From a security standpoitnt, you have the following that you are giving up, in the name of saving the children.
your phone number.
the room you are booked in.
lets say your cookie. Only one, mind you.
Lets just work with that. By getting you to do that, I have now allowed the police to :
Match my real name with my phone. Without a warrent, mind you.
allowed it to crowd source surveillance, basically enabling you to become an unpaid informant, where you take all the risk, and get none of the rewards. Without any warrent, mind you
get the cookie ID associated with your phone.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.exchangeinitiative.traffickcam is the google apps version.
So, that gives you the fiurst clues that something is kind of .... off. because under "what allowances does this app need on your phone", you get
that it asks you for the GPS data.
it asks to read / write / delete your USB storeage. Not only your pictures, but also your data.
So, just given that, I can ...
turn your phone into a spying tool . Hell, you allow that app to update, right?
find out your cookies, and from that, associate your cellphones unique identifier with your social media accounts. From that, I now have your real name, which especially can be dangerous for activists and people who may not neccesarily trust the government in handling all your data.
install a cookie. Thus, basically allowing me, with minimal effort, to see where you are at, what you post, and so forth. because during every social media interaction, you can freely query cookies.
Just ask yourself this:
The same thing, aquiring a photo of said room, can be archieved by having an email address that users send photos from their cellphones to. In fact, it would be faster, quicker, and would further technical literacy.
Why does the app then require all those extra permissions?
If you think you have nothing to hide, or nothing dangerous, then istall the app. Use it, and make as many photos as you can.
But, please, think about what this can potentially mean before you act.
Folks, please use the Traffickcam app. It's something almost anybody can do to help fight this kind of thing.
Do the TraffickCam thing too while you're at it https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.exchangeinitiative.traffickcam
For those wondering, the TraffickCam app is available for Android as well!

IF YOU TRAVEL A LOT AND STAY IN HOTELS PLEASE CONSIDER
Sex traffickers transporting slaves advertise to clients by taking pictures of their victims - said victims are often held in hotel rooms as part of staying on the move or having them available for ready sale. There is an app for taking pictures of your room and uploading them to a database so that law enforcement can utilize technology to quickly identify rooms based on the details, things like the wallpaper, furniture, carpet, etc. The more rooms they have pictures of, the better this thing is at spotting features in the background of images. Just a moment of your time when you're getting settled in could make all the difference in catching human monsters.
Here is an article on the app and how it works
