I (I mean the company) used a Spartan font, black mesa logo png and OC KLWP.
Sorry for the bars on screen had to record it with personal phone because Black Mesa doesn't allow screen recording and I had to show off the company swagger mug.

Unfortunately I cannot share the .KLWP file as I do not have the right to distribute some of the assets.
I began by adding a simple shape to a blank canvas and changing it to a rectangular shape. I changed it to the 'stroke' texture in the paint section, as this allowed it to become an outline. I adjusted the width of the line, shape of the rectangle, and severity of the corner curves in the 'shape' section.
Once I'd finished that, I began work on the icons. I added images to the rectangle and laid them out in a 5×2 grid as desired. In order to bring meaning to these images, I pressed the 'pick image' in the 'bitmap' section. I wanted the icons to fit my black theme, so I downloaded the zwart icon pack. This then allowed me to select icons from this icon pack after entering 'pick image'. I adjusted the size of them individually, so that they matched and were appropriate. In order for the icons to have a function, simply press the 'touch' menu, and select 'launch app'. This will allow you to launch your desired app for each icon.
Unfortunately, I don't believe there is any way to change the colour of all the different parts of a widget at once.

Zwart has about 4500 icons, there are even some icons for apps only available in my country so I was really surprised.

Zwart That should work! Also FYI there are a few missing icons in this icon pack for a few things and apparently its missing some bigger apps too, but I guess i've been good save about 5 icons that arent all black.

I did all the edits for my phone which is 5 inch FHD display, so you may edit the pics if you own a higher resolution/larger screen.
-closeup image of korra (this is the korra image you see on screen without the white background, you may do your own edits & add white backdrop depending upon your mobs resolution/size)

-korra on canvas monochrome (the image on lockscreen, but with eyes open, I did a minor paint job on this to make her eyes look closed, you may do it yourself if you're a pro)

I've always been fond of the Windows Phone UX, in particular the Live Tiles being an improved version of widgets. I wanted to recreate this aesthetic but bring it more into the modern day with a glassmorphism touch.

I liked the opposing blue and orange colors between Ichigo and Grimjow so I used them for an Android theme. The stark white background behind the characters is reminiscent of Bleach's manga covers and Anime DVDs. Poem's Renji's though, that stuff's too good to be mine. Artwork belongs to Tite Kubo.

Continuing my experiments with animations, I went for something a little more advanced. As usual, this is done entirely in KLWP with Nova Launcher on CM14 (Nougat 7.1.1), this time as a single page. The wallpaper is by burningmonk on DeviantArt. The font is Product Sans. The icons are Zwart, converted to images using the Kustom Icon Plugin. The KLWP file can be downloaded here. You do likely need to do some modifications get the apps that you want in there. The animations were an absolute bitch to get timed out properly, but I think I've got things to a point where I'm happy with them. Enjoy!

If you only want to change the shortcuts then just open klwp, touch the dock icon, then you see edit, use the edit option to pick an app on your phone.
