Hey!!!! As a sophomore, I'm self-studying for AP Psychology as well, and I want to invite you to my google classroom that I've made for people who seek help and support in AP Psychology class/course https://classroom.google.com/c/MTk1MjQ4Mjc1Njgx?cjc=rxw4ktd
There you can find many study notes, prep books (Barron's, Princeton, Myer's, etc.), FRQs and MCQs practice tests/questions, and many more! I'll be also hosting zoom classes soon and we could peer tutor, study together and just help each other out! Feel free to join!

Is the Barron's book enough? I don't have the flashcards, only the review book. Is this enough to grab a (hopefully) 5 on the test? Also, I'm self studying, so there's that.

That's about as good as it gets.
Remember, organization isn't all that important. For example, if I ask you about the hippocampus (brain part for memory). Is that a brain question or a memory question? Does it matter? Not really. What's important is you learn the material. Read, watch videos, look at Power Points, answer multiple choice questions, learn to write the FRQ.
