Hey. Try Reddit Enhancement Suite known as RES, if you want an easy way to keep track of users, passwords, and activity on each account, plus a lot more. One thing I like about Reddit, is the ability to have multiple users, which really enables you to enjoy it without having to compromise PII or enjoyment. A lot of forums loosely "prevent" multiple users which can be limiting.
My mattress is beat up too. Nobody sees it though, so I'm the only one who knows. Protective covers eventually lose their protective qualities when they get washed enough. Those vinyl ones tear easily. Water is one of those things that finds the lowest possible point on its own, so it's kind of the nature of this problem, unfortunately.
I use my supplies more often than you, so I actually have a bunch of stuff out on top of my dresser, but my unopened supplies or supplies that I use less frequently, I put in a storage container at the end of my bed. It may not be this exact one, but if it's not, it's very similar (I got mine from Costco a few years ago).
It's big enough to hold a couple bags of diapers, a couple bags of pullups, wipes, ointments, etc. When it's closed, it works like a seat, and I've been known to put things on top of it. If you put things on top of it, people are less likely to open it to see what's inside.
It's worked really well for me.
Kinda need to define "big puddles"... like I knocked over my morning coffee, or I dropped a 2 liter bottle of soda...
I use these.. (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Q1XCM3L/) they come in a 4 pack so I'm never without some sort of protection on my bed. They're generally good for at least a McDonald's large sweet tea 😆 ... haven't needed them since I switched to cloth diapers at night, but I still keep one for the occasional nap in a basic day diaper. ☺
There is a pad that I for leaks that is completely waterproof. Looks like it’s been updated since the last two I bought. I just put them under my sheet so they don’t move around.
Medokare Bed Pads for Seniors, Adults and Kids - 2 Pack with Handles, 36in X 52in, Washable, Water-Resistant, and Reusable - Bedwetting & Incontinence Pads https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SK27JQH/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_4NRGHW099B8T9W44B60E?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Definitely going to check these out, especially driving for DoorDash in Orlando... it gets hooooooooot... I keep an extra shirt in the car if I'm working before dinner. 😁
I usually use McKesson's StayDry disposable washcloths. The smell reminds me most of Dial hand soap, not too strong but definitely helps deal with any kind of clean up (even leaks on car seats).
Zoloft and then Prozac. I've come across a few case studies:
but the incidence is admittedly very rare. I keep coming back to the timing of onset and looking for any insight I can find.
Attends does have a Premier overnight diaper that is fantastic. One of the softest diapers I have ever used and very absorbent. A bit pricey, but are available on Amazon, Here's a link: https://www.amazon.com/Attends-Protective-Underwear-Containment-Incontinence/dp/B07V6SM7YH/ref=sr\_1\_1?crid=26EXU4SIKV7X&keywords=attends+premier+overnight+protection&qid=1660683866&sprefix=attends+premier%2Caps%2C548&sr=8-1
get some plastic bags, if someone hear a noise (wich I doubt) they will just think you took out some clean clothes or something like that.
There are disposable washing cloths : https://www.amazon.com/Medpride-Disposable-Premoistened-Washcloths-Multipurpose/dp/B09DDCK2CD/ref=zg_bs_3763351_3/137-2790960-5685025?pd_rd_i=B09DDFTDSQ&th=1
clean yourself up, put on a surf short and jump under the shower.
take some car air freshners to hang in the tent
dont forget small plastic bags to put the used diaper in so you can dispose them in one of the bins that can be found everywere at the festival.
And have fun
I don't know if either of these will work, but they do make long pads. Abena Abri-San or Tranquility Adult Liners are the two I can think of off the top of my head. I haven't personally tried the Abena ones, but the tranquility ones are pretty decent. They don't work very well for me, but you know what they say about mileage varying.
>The bottom layer is something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Waterproof-Mattress-Protector-Breathable-Stretches/dp/B08P2RYSP6 (not sure what exact brand we have), it's a comfortable very breathable mattress cover that protects the whole mattress. It's always there, and rarely gets wet or changed. It's not hot or uncomfortable at all.
Not sure either, brand is called Molton. Perhaps there are better options on the market, I will give a try the one from Amazon if you recommend.
>Good for you. :) I'm not sure how I would have reacted long ago if my new wife/girlfriend had done the same, but at this point I think that it would show a willingness to communicate and understand
I did this to get better understanding of the experience because to me it seemed like no big deal. You just put your diaper on and it's fine. I mean babies don't seem to be complaining too much about it. But I was clearly wrong because it is fucking uncomfortable. Maybe it's the feeling I am not used to but it was way more disturbing that I imagined. Also it was unbearably hot and generally I did not like that. But maybe this is something people are getting used to. Not going to repeat before winter 😂
But I am for sure not going to share this experience, at least now. It is more for me to understand what he is going through and I see I grossly underestimated how unpleasant it is. Plus of course whole mental load of the past and so on.
It's really hard to understand now, what his own family did to him. I mean, it's difficult already without your parents using corporal punishment for wetting the bed or siblings making fun of you. I am honestly speechless. Really lack proper words to describe my thoughts now but also English is not my first or even second language.
JUSSYOS Reusable Bed Pad (XXL 36×76 Inch) - Waterproof, Washable and Nonslip Incontinence Underpads with Tuck-Ins for Adults and Pets (King, Cal-King) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083SLVSLC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_SJ1HJPE7FE12EZK7AHBN?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 Check this out, there’s also pads with tuck-in flaps for twin sized mattresses, I plan on eventually getting each one myself.
Off the top of my head, I have two ideas that might work.
The first is getting a pack of these boosters from Abena. They're not exactly small, but the normal size at least didn't seem to have any SAP in them so they stay pretty compact. They're not great as a normal booster cause the absorbency is awful, but they might work for what you need.
If that doesn't work, the next best option I can think of is stuffers designed for baby diapers. It's not the best option imo, both for embarrassment and practical reasons, but it might work.
They make 6'x6' underpads. I have a few. Really handy with puppies too! Like these:
Trusupetta Upgrade Non-Slip Dog Pads Extra Large 72" x 72", Washable Puppy Training Pads with Fast Absorbs, Waterproof for Housebreaking, Incontinence, for Playpen, Whelping Box, Kennel, Crate https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08W8W51JC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_H61CCT495N7EYYF0Q2T1
He might also look at Ecoables (use them; amazing) or Threaded Armor (have heard mixed things) for protection. May not have the same stigma as disposable products and especially if he doesn't wet every night, could be more economical.
America xD Australians do it do from what I've heard. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B095J58DQV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_F8P3H4X4RH93AWP09ZAP?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Here's an Amazon link that calls them both boxers AND briefs for some reason. America can be strange sometimes
>I looked really hard at the most current reviews of the Amazon pull-up
I thought she was talking about the actual diaper they sold, and when I went to look for it to show you, I see it's actually unavailable in all sizes. Apparently it sucks so much they just decided to stop carrying it.
I started the rabbit room as a test and someone joined, but it didn't seem to be working very well for them. It's web based and I don't think there's an app. The new plan is to use tinychat.
Duro-Med Portable Wearable Men's Urinal, Elastic Waistband, 20 Ounce Bag, One Size Fits Most https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000FHAMX8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_AYPEPYHWVDFP3NP4307H?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 Here’s a link to the system I got, did a lot of research, this particular one is cheapest via Amazon, I’ve had 2 other models before but this one is by far the most comfortable and reliable one yet.
If you just need a bit more capacity than your current pull-up is offering, a small booster might be an option, but don’t put it up front, more in the middle. Think more like a maxi pad than diaper booster placement - you have the advantage of gravity and capillary action to help move wetness around. (Crap... now I owe my 8th grade physical science teacher an apology!)
Sometimes I add an Attends booster to thinner daytime diapers when it may be a bit longer than usual before I have a chance to change. They’re super cheap but soak up an extra 12oz very quickly.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008UZVTTS
NorthShore has others in different sizes too, but I’d try the Attends first.
Update: found some on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Goodnites-Bedwetting-Underwear-X-Large-Packaging/dp/B07X2HKG2S?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1&psc=1) , I'm very unsure if its the right ones as it was 65lbs-125lbs, but as a 90lbs teenage girl, I think I'd be ok. My only concern is the damn print, I feel like I'm participating in some risky business with pink/purple stars and cupcakes. Also the discreet packaging made me laugh.
Places where people don't know me, I don't car. , So restaurants, or grocery stores, or the mall...I just toss the diaper. At work, I have plastic t-shirt bags in my diaper bag, and I'll put the diaper in the bag before I toss it. If I'm out of bags, I'll grab a paper towel or two out of the dispenser on my way in, and crumple them up and then put them over the diaper in the trash to hide it a little.
I tried so many products. As a heavy bed wetter with multiple voids during the night and a side sleeper, my diaper can’t always hold my urine.
This one from Amazon is super comfortable, doesn’t feel like plastic up against your skin and is 100% waterproof - won’t let liquids transfer to your mattress.

If your cloth diapers have enough overlap on the sides then Snappi fasteners work great. You could use one per side if there isn't enough overlap the sides.
Related: a good shower chair. I like teak ones. They stand up to the humidity and look like a normal piece of furniture instead of geriatric medical equipment
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004YR10L8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_ts9PFbPZ5NVDF
Diapers work. I'd suggest looking at Abena Abri Flex for a pullup (https://www.amazon.com/Abena-Abri-Flex-Premium-Protective-Underwear/dp/B01D3LACV4) or their briefs on amazon if timing is a concern, such as the AbriForm.
There's a ton more so I will edit later once I'm on break.
Most of the disposal options out there are pretty noisy, honestly. I've used plastic grocery bags in a pinch when I need to dispose discretely because they're small, innocuous to keep around, and pretty much perfectly sized for diapers. There are some bags made specifically for this purpose that you can purchase from various incontinence retailers and are quieter than garbage/shopping bags though. For instance, some scented ones that are on Amazon. You can probably find unscented ones for cheaper if you dig around, that's just the brand I know of off-hand.
For cleanup, if you can't make it to a shower in the morning I would definitely keep some wipes on hand. They're literally made for this purpose. You're not going to get rid of ALL the pee/powder scent without a decent scrub, but they do enough that you shouldn't be noticed unless the person is right up on your crotch lol. Don't flush the wipes either, even if they say they're flushable. "Flushable" wipes are the worst thing to have ever happened to our sewer system lol and you're begging to clog a toilet that way. Just drop them in the diaper after you wipe off and throw them out with it. You can honestly use any baby wipes without much issue (they're cheaper), but personally I find the adult-sized ones more comfortable and easy to use. I use Northshore's wipes, but there's a pretty broad variety out there.
Hope this helps!
I used to chafe a lot when I was running. Not while wearing any protection but just due to the fabrics. I bought some product that is sort of like petroleum jelly or lube or something. It really helped.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00288L2N6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fab_x9PBFb9FP88SN it was like that one. I would guess that the one you can find at your local supermarket is going to be just as good.
I've seen these, but haven't used them. I imagine chux would work similarly. Something that if mess falls on them, you can just fold up and toss in the trash.
I bought the sheet version of this around a month ago, and I really really like it. It's soft, and comfortable, and extremely easy to clean off. Once the mat is no longer on backorder, I plan on ordering one for at home for changing on, and one to put in my diaper bag. It doesn't have to be unfolded all the way to use, so I can decide how large I want it to be.
I use a backpack.
Last year at work they had some New Balance backpacks that had an opening at the bottom (according to one of my coworkers, it was to put whichever athletic shoes you had with you when you didn't need them after a workout or team practice or whatever). People don't expect it, so no one even considers opening that zipper, and that's the compartment I put my diapers in.
Before that (and still now, even), I put my diapers and other supplies, in a couple wetbags. They have to check my bag at work. They open the backpack, but they don't bother opening the wetbag. So everything is still hidden. And if I need to, I can use the wetbags for wet clothes, or a diaper I don't want to throw out in the tiny trash can at work, or whatever.
I really wish that some diaper company would bother making decent stealth adult diaper bags. Something that will hide a couple diapers and supplies from anyone that doesn't know where to look for them. Until someone does, I'll just keep my diaper backpack in my trunk until I need it. It might take me longer to get to the diaper bag and back to the bathroom than if I had it with me, but I don't need to worry about people finding out by accident.
I've been wearing a cotton pant that is a Amazon Essentials. It's a dungaree type with pockets on legs and sides of legs. But it has like a 5% spandex in the cotton which lets it have a nice strength and stretch.https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07752LTX6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_31QpFb517GSEM
Maybe something like that
We use this one, and I haven’t noticed it being hot. And we live in a place where it was in the mid 90s yesterday.

I was inspired by their YouTube commercials to try the Purple mattress protector. I normal hate mattress protectors since I'm so sensitive to sound, but this things quitter than a rat fart. https://www.amazon.com/Purple-The-Mattress-Protector-Queen/dp/B01N74VK18
