No experience with a U shaped one, but I loved my C shaped one last time! will use it again for sure.

It’s called Pregnancy Day By Day. I got it on Amazon for $22, and it’s as thick as a textbook and most days have pics of what the embryo/fetus actually looks like as it’s developing. It also has a lot of tips/what you might be feeling like at each stage of pregnancy. I’ve been making a habit of reading it each day with my husband to keep him feeling involved and also so it’ll excuse me in writing if I’m grumpy, lol.

I take for pregnancy and breastfeeding - soooo yeah, gonna be taking them for a while longer (she says optimistically)

I really recommend “Korean style” KN94 masks. You don’t have to buy them here but the ones I like are here. They’re have three panels so they don’t really touch my mouth at all.

You can get nursing bras in normal sizes but many are SML type of sizing. I think the bravado bodysilk full cup nursing bras are very comfy and actually support like regular bras. They were the only wireless bra I felt comfortable leaving the house in and should have some flexibility in fit.

You will change sizes again though so I agree that you may want to wait and just buy regular, bigger bras now. Wearing nursing bras gets old.

I used these last time for pregnancy and nursing, they’re great. Honestly they’ll probably be my lifetime every day bra. Oh and you can hack them for a hands free pumping bra which is great, the straps are thicker which helps hold the flanges in place.

Ok PSA for all my fellow “morning” sickness sufferers. My SIL bought me these acupressure sea sickness bands my last pregnancy and I didn’t get to use them, but in desperation this morning I whipped them out. Ohhhh my goodness, it’s a game changer. Idk if it’s placebo effect and I don’t care, but I had them on all day and while I felt queasy, I wasn’t dry heaving constantly. I took them off to bathe my toddler and didn’t put them back on, within 30 minutes I started retching and running for the bathroom. I put them back on and I’m back to queasy but no dry heaving.
