Bandicam is bad.
OBSis the best period.
I use OBS with intel quicksync which is the best thing next to having a dedicated secondary PC for recording/streaming, and I've used both Nvidia NVENC, and AMD vce(AMD's shadowplay) with OBS and they work very well, so as long as you have a newer intel cpu/nvidia video/ or amd card, you can record high quality small filesize gameplay with minimal impact on your FPS using OBS.
If you need help just let me know, recording/editing has been my hobby for a few years now.

So right click on your desktop screen and click on Screen Resolution, then click on the Detect button. It's possible that you are using another display despite only having one physical monitor.
If that is the case, you could try "merging" the 2 screens by copying the output of your physical monitor to your virtual one, and troubleshoot from there.
On another note, Googling / StackOverFlow / SuperUser helps
I'm going to take a random guess and say that you should restart the client. This person had a similar problem, but not with BLR

I have a rat 7 and it works pretty well with my claw grip. It's pretty big and you can adjust it and swap parts out, even add or remove weights, to make it just how you like it. The middle mouse button broke after a few years of use which is kinda disappointing but i did slam it more than i should have.
The Razer DeathAdder has been my favorite mouse by far. I switch between claw and palm grip depending on game and the newer models have these nice anti-slip rubber pads on the side. It's also a fairly large mouse!
TP Link N600 Router, Link to amazon page. Since I live in an apt, i have my own router and the apt complex has a router mine connects to, and the router hooks up to the modem. I have complete access to both routers though. I just tried playing by unplugging my router and plugging my PS4 directly into the apt complex router and it worked but party chat did not work still.
