We have stoves like this https://www.amazon.com/Camp-Chef-EX60LW-Explorer-Outdoor/dp/B0006VORDY and have dutch ovens. I belive this survival campout is where we build shelter and sleep in it. Made out of the materials around you, ex. Wood, leaves, etc. That is all I know at the moment i will let you know more when i find out tonight. We are going on the campout this Friday.
https://owncloud.org/ is an option here. You’ll need a server some place and will require some care and feeding but it’s not too bad.
Or you could go with Dropbox for teams and put it under the troops name instead of a person.
What size is the PDF? Dropbox offers an online PDF compression tool.
Dropbox is another option, too. Sign up for a free account, upload your PDF file to a folder in the cloud, and share or send a link to the folder in an email.
I share large files all the time as a graphic designer and Dropbox.com is my favorite facilitator.

I picked this up at Philmont a few years back when we attended the family summer adventure, it's an amazing read, and one that you'll truly appreciate reading while AT Philmont.
If you put Velcro on the back of them you can actually buy patch boards to arrange them on. I’ve done that with a lot of the patches I have that I want to display. Something like this (there are all kinds). 14er Tactical Morale Patch Panel | Large 24” x 18” Hook & Loop Surface & Ballistic Backing w 360-deg D-Rings & Strong Wrap-Strap | Perfect Display for Safe, Wall, Board, Case, Frame (Coyote) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07J1ZS3CM
'Do your best' right?
While you're meant to have the correct uniform, I doubt you'll have an uniform inspection and be kicked off. The participants on my course had a variety of uniform combinations, many wearing 'non-official' pants.
If you're looking for a good match, look at the '5.11 Tactical' range in 'TDU Green' (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001F2CLOU). Fit is true to size.
Our patrols are using Zoom breakout rooms as a great place for interpersonal time. Scouts are lonely at home socially distancing. And they've made it known how valuable it is getting together with their patrol mates even if its not hyper structured.
I have had Scouts report theyre having fun with https://skribbl.io/. Drawful 2 and Heads Up via Zoom Screen Share works well to your laptop or phone respectively. Also some Scouts have even had fun playing hangman via a whiteboard Screen Share on Zoom.
Ramen, trail mix, walking tacos, muffins, individual food packets (these are in the camping section of all Walmarts), and cereal.
Unless someone told you otherwise, you don't need to be able to get everything into a single bag. You're not backpacking, you're at camp. I prefer a giant duffel bag, but some folks still bring a footlocker or a plastic tub.
Lot of good recommendations here, but I want to add:
Daypack (light backpack) to carry your water bottle and other stuff around camp as you go from one merit badge to another.
Shower bag--like a drawstring bag or something that you don't mind getting wet when you take a shower (and, dude, take a couple of showers during the week, especially if it is hot)
Sansbug tent like this one. It is $50, but it can fit on a standard Scout camp cot and it makes a heckuva difference. As an adult Scouter, this is the one thing we have now that I wish I had as a kid. It lets you keep the tent flaps open (and the breeze through) while keeping the mosquitos out and the bugs off your face. It is a bit annoying to pack and carry (it folds into a big round thing). Practical advice, just don't wait too long if you have to pee--it can be tough getting out in a bathroom emergency.
I hope that helps. Enjoy the week. Remember to shower and move your bowels (poop) a few times a week. Gross, I know, but people forget or get freaked out by latrines. Every camp usually has a flush toilet a scout can use somewhere.
The one I have looks like they don’t sell anymore but updated it.
I think this is the newer version but I can’t be 100%
The thing to look for is solar generator which is the marketing term for giant battery to plug into a solar panel array. There are quite a few out there at half or less the cost of “CPAP batteries” that have fda certification
Get yourself a seam ripper and use it to carefully pick out the existing stitches. This shouldn't harm the uniform at all. Then, if you've got your Council's vintage patches, sew them on by hand. I like to use thread that matches the dominant color of the patch so you don't notice it as much as the white thread on those red patches.
Granted I'm a cub leader, but I have this set in my personal car camping kit: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000HK50IU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_1C5E8B5CECAT7CFJM689
I'd recommend stainless steel. Easy to cook on, easy to scrub, doesn't matter if it scratches. If you're patrol cooking, a set this size works.
If you're cooking for the troop, you're going to need larger pots and pans. A great place to get items can be goodwill / salvation army. Large pots will likely need to be bought new.
I'd recommend a nonstick pan for eggs and veggies, and a cast iron pan for meats. Find a container for your kitchen utensils that can fit with your cook kit too.
I DO!!
It's not cheap, but they are awesome for scouts because they are sooo easy to clean and they are space efficient.
T-Fal's Ingenio cookware. Unfortunately, T-Fal is just certain that Americans all have tons of space, so they don't market them in the US. You usually need to buy them from Amazon UK. Here is a link. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Tefal-L2009542-Ingenio-Essential-Piece/dp/B07KY9CQYY/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=ingenio&qid=1613434575&sr=8-5
My scouts love them. But I have two warnings:
My scouts like Kuub a lot (https://www.amazon.com/Yard-Games-Kubb-Game-Premium/dp/B0089E5Z7C/). Also Quarto (https://www.amazon.com/Gigamic-5201-Quarto/dp/B0019O198I). They're fairly expensive on amazon, but the pieces are simple enough to make on your own if you've got some tools and some scrap wood lying around.
I just bought this from Amazon. We used it at Summer camp and had patrols compete against each other. Just had to weed out a couple questions that weren't scout appropriate (eg. name a fruit that's used to describe a woman's body).
There are raincoats that cost hundreds but I find that Columbia is a good value. Columbia Men's Watertight II Front-Zip Hooded Rain Jacket,Black,Large https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DQYWIHA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_5AeyBb87D03D4
Link to a good backpack on Amazon, please?
How about this one?
My son is about 4'8" and 68 pounds (super-skinny).
