For context, I made this when I was playing skribbl.io with my friend and he made a comic to represent the word "Spartacus" in 160 seconds. In retaliation I made this. I am not sorry in the slightest.

Came here to say this! I feel similar regarding other interests of mine. It is hard to work towards a goal, only to have the world say "nope! Not now! Not tomorrow and maybe next year the earliest". We all need might need some time right now to take a step back, to re-adjust our goals and to see what we can make happen in the meantime. And if you, OP would like to do some fun stuff together, like playing skribbl.io in German or something, let me know. :)
I have used https://skribbl.io/ (free) or geoguessr (cost) as a remote/social/beer event with my scrum teams. or if the team is young and digital affine you can setup a game session with normal games on pc/ps etc.
Welcome to Vancouver! Here's how my husband and I have getting through; maybe some of these will work for you. First, I got a bunch of house plants, which have helped make our indoor space feel healthier. Second, we try to commit to going for a walk every day; fresh air has been key to our mental health. Also, we both do yoga at home online. I support a Patreon yoga teaching team called Life of Movement who are great, and only $25 a month. For socializing, we play board games online (no need for local friends as long as time zones aren't insane). I recommend boardgamearena.com and skribbl.io. I started taking courses online through UBC to keep myself busy, but this may be too expensive for you. I'm sure there are other online courses that aren't overpriced but may keep you productive; it's certainly helped me feel busy and happy when otherwise I would have too much free time. Also cooking is a great distraction; I've gotten recipe recommendations from friends and have experimented with things I'd never attempted before. I hope at least one of these helps. Good luck!
skribbl.io is a pictionary webiste where you can input custom words to play with. We compiled a list with all the queens and some extra words formatted in the way the website wants them! Anyone can get this list and host a game, it's really fun!
I am hosting some rounds of Skribbl.io (browser Pictionary)
11 free player slots (will start at 5-6), some custom AoT related words have been added and shitty drawing is heavily encouraged
Room invite: https://skribbl.io/?vsYUwEb1pi
not nola specific... but sharing anyways.
to my board game people -- codenames is available to play online with a group and it's fun! my friends and i play once a week using a discord server to talk. i actually prefer it to the physical board game.
scribblio is another fun one to play with a group. :)
stay home -- even tho it sucks. love yall.
In these times of internet, I would strongly suggest you pick up some new skills. Youtube is so rich with content to learn, from cooking new meals (life skills) to music instruments and craft skills (arts). Connect with friends and family with some of those free online casual games such as https://skribbl.io/. You will have tons of fun!
If you really want some challenges, get hardcore and try programming, 3D animation or VR gaming.
Then again, to each their own, so hope you find something that interest you.

Di pa makapag-songlio dahil yaw ng mga tao dito ng maingay haha :/ Eto skribbl muna sa iba jan na trip sumali. https://skribbl.io/?uLvKqkXx4xx3 Category: movies/tv
Some people in my area made virtual drink & draw events, so that is an idea. Also there are drawing games like https://skribbl.io where you have to guess what other people draw, with silly results, and that also helps to open and chat for introverted people.
I think it would be easier and more fun to meet possible dates in a group setting too. Perhaps it could include an option to play online games with other Aros and Aces like Skribbl.io or Jackbox games. That way people can make friends and see who they might be comfortable being with.
Hey, OP, sorry you are going through this! It is really difficult to stand up for your own safety, but especially so when it is against family. I also go to school really close to home so I faced some similar difficulties to the ones you described.
I found it helpful to identify both things that I was willing to compromise on and things I was not willing to compromise on. For example, something I was willing to work with her on: I was okay with going on a walk with my mom if it was outside, we both were masked, and we both were continually testing negative. I was not okay with any non-masked interaction even for a short time - a meal, etc - and I gave my family the ultimatum of you follow these stipulations or I will not join in the activity. I often provided ideas for virtual alternatives - instead of going to a restaurant with them, We would both order takeout from the same place and eat over a video call or when watching a movie on a Netflix party. We also played some online games such as skribbl.io and scattergories together over a video call.
I acknowledge that maybe testing is not as accessible where you are (everyone in my family gets tested once a week) so maybe feeling comfortable interacting with them in person is a no for you but you definitely should not be guilt-tripped into risking their safety or your safety. Do what's best for you! Good luck :)
He would subtly belittle his friends in videos, especially Brian.
For example:
In a Skribbl.io video, Wildcat made a joke about a drawing, saying "It that terroriser?" Because the drawing looked like his logo
Craig's guess immediately after was "Shit youtuber"
just wondering...would any randos be interested in Skribbl?

I have years of managing adults in a remote work environment and this is pretty common. As others have mentioned, your students are likely stressed out as it is, possibly distracted, but most of all, they're not comfortable with the medium yet.
I like u/twosateam's suggestion of using chat reactions to engage. This is a common strategy in livestreaming on twitch/fb/instagram/etc. that they may be familiar with already.
In my experience, I found a huge boost in on-call engagement by having buffer time to be personable. I scheduled time where we played online games (like skribbl.io) or sat and had lunch together, but talking about stuff that wasn't work.
I tried to make sure I was engaging too. My camera was on, I was well-lit and expressive, and I spent time talking about interests or something happening in the industry, and then used that to segue into questions about my team. Sometimes its silence, sure, but I think you can build rapport with them over time by being comfortable with it yourself.
I had no idea what Scribbl.io was but I get a warning when I go to that website so I googled it and came across a site called Skribbl.io and I just spent half an hour doodling with random strangers thanks XD
juegos online de tipo .io o al menos que sean gratis para jugar con amigos que recomienden? ya conozco el el skribbl y el Coronabingo (que nombre)

my partner and i are long distance too, one of my favorite Little™ things we do is watch my cartoons together! also online games like scribbl.io have been lots of fun for us
rules and punishments are way more subjective, but maybe think about the kinds of things you want more structure with and build off of that? i dont do very well with thinking of things as strict rules and i definitely cant take punishment, so we use an app called Our Home to set up daily tasks for me to do (like drinking lots of water, taking my meds at the right time, stretching, exercise, etc) , and i can earn points and then spend them on rewards (like voice memos, drawings, etc) its been really helpful :o)
23 people in 1 team? That seems like a lot.
With my team I have 3 weekly optional coffee mornings.
Thursdays are GSD (get shit done) no meeting days.
Occasionally we'll bunk off retro and just chat.
Every second Friday we hang together, play a game, if people are caught up, they finish up early.
https://skribbl.io/ is a team favourite.
I was on skribbl.io when a mysterious person drew a swastika and this link and instantly left. curiously I checked the link and found an image of a man pointing to light.. maybe its some sort of prank but seems weird.. if you cant read the link its mygot.win
skribblio - like Pictionary
These were our go-tos for many a meeting. Fun times.
I thought this was an interesting question so I looked it up. Most of the Board AF streams have had at least one segment cut up for a YouTube version. There have been 3 streams that remain exclusive to Twitch.
December 7 - Damien, Shayne, Courtney, and Ian played Catan and Skribbl.io. This was filmed remotely with everyone at their own home.
January 19 - Ian, Damien, Spencer, Courtney, and Ify played Saboteur and then did a puzzle together. The last hour was Kimmy and Ian playing Chess with Ify and Damien commentating. This was filmed remotely with everyone at their own home.
February 22 - Spencer, Courtney, Damien, Ify, and Ian played Scoody Doo in Betrayal at Mystery Mansion and Blockbuster Party Game.
They are currently a little behind. They haven't put out a Youtube video for the August 2nd and August 9th streams. This past Sunday they doubled up on the July 19th stream by cutting up Herd Mentality. They had already used footage of them playing Snakesss from that same stream.
Skribbl.io, a free game where you have to guess what someone is drawing.
There's also a free online version of One Night Ultimate Werewolf that all you need is your phone to play. It's a great social deduction game to try to find the werewolf by parsing though truth and lies.
I play these games with my friends all the time over discord
I mean I feel do what you want, but you could definitely do something more worth-while, as can I. I've been on Reddit and Skribbl.io all day......I laugh my ass off on Skribbl........I could much better be working on my YouTube channel or something like that, rather than really wasting the time.

I want to share a "GREAT" writing tool I've just found out about.I don't know if you guys are familiar with skribbl.io. (It's a drawing game, where one of the players draws something, and the others try to guess what it is.)
Anyway, I wanted to look for this game's website again, but I accidentally misspelled it, and typed scribbble.io instead, and guess what! It turned out to be a great writing website! I've just started using it, and I really love it. It's a text editor, there is nothing special about it, it's just distractions free and makes me really focus on my writing.

At the company I recently started working for, we had a lunch where we played skribbl.io and Codenames. I suggest organizing a lunch with your coworkers where you have dedicated time to play fun games like this.
you can play skribbl.io, uno, you could turn uno into strip uno if you have webcams lol....
idk what games you are into but my guy and I play a ton of call of duty, and watch netflix on the party app, we switch from kdramas to what he chooses lol and we have played Raft together.
Check whats in your steam libraries, I guess?
Maybe not the most seddit of advice, as far as bedpost notches are concerned, but if you're not comfortable with in person dates and are looking for something longer term, playing games together is probably not a bad idea. You can chat/video chat, and since you have an objective you already have something to talk about. Anything from a low pressure game of minecraft to a destiny raid or whatever, depending on interests.
Personally, I hate coffee dates for the same reason. I always preferred walks, disc golf, something mildly active where there's a goal other than just talking even pre-covid. It's a lot easier to have a conversation when you have something to react to all the time. At least for me. Might be different for extroverted people.
As far as getting to that point, You'll probably want to start with something smaller, like what I assume skribbl.io is. Probably don't wanna bust out the big guns when it comes to gaming up front, because there is still a stigma against gamers. Which is kinda dumb because I'm pretty sure everyone under the age of 50 plays video games now, but social trends die hard and things like gamergate don't do gamers any favors. I definitely don't start talking about the 9,000+ hours I've put into Factorio until like the 5th date.
This is a Skribbl.io game me and MR friends from the Discord played together; a custom game was made with MR-related terms. If you haven't already join the discord! Otherwise, Enjoy

There was an older version of this I used to play on Miniclip that used to be called Graffiti - I loved playing it! It was a flash game - skribbl.io is pretty much identical to it, however more modernised. :) That could be an older version you were thinking of.
Spyfall is pretty fun to play with 4+ people
Skribbl.io has a better version called Sketchful.io
There's also codenames on a site called Horsepaste.com
u/Dustin_Cool*,*
I took my guess (Belly button) I thought it was your drawing at first because of the title that you have chosen, but the image of <em>skribbl.io</em> shows it's not you drawing.
your <em>Ayush (you)</em> but the person that is drawing is <em>Lorde</em>, and with that image you wouldn't fool us into thinking it's your drawing, but if you cut out the characters on the side we would not know if it would be you drawing or another person but if you confirmed that you did draw that we would all think it's you drawing.
>!we can't be fooled you know that!<
>!next time cut out the characters!<
>!then if you confirmed you drawed !<
>!it we would believe you did!!<
this would be KING. this goes for even playing https://skribbl.io with friends over Zoom. I want to be able to do anything in Safari and have my video shared (as you mentioned) and have an optional, resizable, relocatable PiP video in the corner for whoever is speaking, spotlighted (or presenting)
I've been involved in many projects where many people needed to coordinate a complicated effort that involved several specialized experts on different teams, each understanding a different part of the system and contributing knowledge to the plan, organizing work efforts and making sure everyone's on the same page. Regular contact is absolutely vital in making sure things get done without getting blocked or having confused engineers. That said, in a meeting with 8 people, six of them will be on laptops working on code and otherwise having their time wasted, at least two of them will have no clue what's going on, nor do they need to.
Where I work, we encourage a smaller number of more effective meetings. Even on highly coordinated projects, people might only meet at most twice a week. We also encourage a lot of collaboration outside of meetings, email threads, and documents explaining issue, solutions, or organizing work efforts. Meetings should have a minimal guest list, but be transparent and visible to all with well-organized and detailed meeting notes. That way even people who don't attend can have the benefit of knowing what was discussed and what decisions were made.
The only meeting my team has daily is a tea/coffee video conference where we socialize and play https://skribbl.io/ and it's optional.
It's a meme in the community I just recently learned about. Apparently, someone was given Mechanica as a drawing prompt in skribbl.io and the result was... this,
Yesterday I was playing a game of skribbl.io with my friends and I was trying to make a new window since the window I was using already had like 10 tabs for other stuff and my computer stopped responding once I did make a new one so I went from first to last place :(( I also have at least 23 windows up right now and there's 2-10 tabs in each window send help please
That sounds fun. I'll check it out, maybe I'll download it this summer. I'll keep you in mind, I'll PM you when I get it.
Till then, feel free to PM me for some surviv.io and skribbl.io or whatnot.
If you get the C:S Multiplayer mod we could figure something out there.

Requirements:
-Low spec
- preferably webpage (she has a mac T.T)
- simple concept to grasp (she isn't a gamer)
example: we really enjoy skribbl.io (drawing and guessing game) because its simple, easy, interactive. Tried a few other io games, havent found one that we liked yet. One was an FPS so that was automatically no. One was zombie survival with more than one layer of mechanics so thats another no go.

Haha just the regular - CS GO is the only steam game that I play. Quit everything else as my interests evolved. Other games on discord that my friends pick randomly. One of them is https://skribbl.io - my favourite. Another is https://codenames.game/ I love both of them.
I'd recommend skribbl.io, xyzzy or gartic phone.
Anything real-time wouldn't be possible because of latency issues.
Even Minecraft could be a problem because either the server is near your friends or near you where the lag would be major.

I played a lot of online games with my board game group while corona lockdown. These are our favorites:
https://scattergoriesonline.net
All are completely browser based and should run without any problems on any major browser.
I highly recommend to have some sort of group call going on while playing, especially for Codenames. But all will work without any additional tools.
>What’s a scribble?
It's pictionary - https://skribbl.io/
>Also I’m thinking of designing an online scavenger hunt. What do you say?
Depends on the time you have to conduct this and the dynamic of team
Even I had thought of a treasure hunt kind of thing ehen I had to conduct a event for my team ,but most of my team members are 30+ aunties so dropped the idea
I've had the exact same thing. Every skribbl.io game he joins and spams a link and then leaves. it all happens so fast that its most likely a bot. But what i don't understand is why all the video links are blocked for me. The only place i can safely know what the link leads to is if i send it on discord which is what i did. The link changes every couple days or so. The videos can be so random. Some look creepy and i don't even understand what they are while some are just minecraft videos.
"Shellshock Live" is a really fun one that should be able to run on a weak laptop. It's a tank strategy game and you have to destroy other peoples tanks. There's some really fun game modes to play. It's $7, so it's not free, but I would definitely think it's worth every penny.
Another recommendation is "Golf With Your Friends". It's $15, so it's a little bit more expensive, but like the previous game, I think it is well worth the money. So long as you have the settings on low, or normal, it should be able to run decently.
Stardew Valley is also another option. It's a farming game that costs $15 and if any of you like to design or plan things out, I 100% recommend it. Also has a ton of mods to install if you want to try different things.
If you guys are into Pictionary, [Skribblio](https://skribbl.io/), is free online and it's loads of fun to play.
Skribbl.io is a game that you can play with your friends where one draws an image and the others guess what it is. You can create your own custom lobby and enter your own words to guess, instead of the default which has names of animals, trees, birds, furniture etc.
If you want to play the game with Dota 2 related terms, create a private room, copy and paste the words in the post into the custom words box and invite your friends with the link. Remember to tick the option 'Use custom words exclusively'.
Hello!
I'd suggest, you all can play games like Skribbl.io or Spyfall both of them are very fun and short games, you can play This or That/ would you rather, you can also play never have I ever and Soulmate, you can do Anonymous chits, in that, basically you make a google form which should be anonymous, the delegates can write whatever they want in it, and then you'll can screen share and show all the responses in the meeting,
you can play guess the song by the tune, you can all come to House Party, you can play Charades and many awesome games
Hello, I would like the MCC please, never played Halo for my entire life
Me and my friends likes to talk about a lot of stuff, brainstorming, and sometimes do stupid stuff like drawing together in skribbl.io or drawing on online virtual canvas together, we even look up about films/games that would be good to be watched/played together.
haven't seen them listed here so i'm gonna mention all the party-online-games like gartic phone, skribbl.io or codenames. not to mention tabletop simulator on steam.
i used to organize board game evenings with friends but since covid, these alternatives helped us keeping up the tradition.
mhh, thats a fact tho, but if we'd just sent a message to support, I don't think they'd have found our request.
The backstory is kinda funnier, we draw it in skribbl.io yesterday night, and the name came from a miss wrote:D
https://skribbl.io/ Nice little thingy for everyone. Draw and guess. Simple and fun. Up to 12 players mp. Requires only internet connection. You can create thematic games thrue words input. Played it with my friends from time to time. Truly all genious is simple.
Is it always 5? My groups have a few depending on # of players:
League of Legends (sometimes just against each other if you get a 6th)
Overwatch ~ meh cuz you prob won't have a 6th, and not all roles are equal fun
Valheim (relax)
9 Parchments - can play as 4 and wait for your fifth, very easy to drop out of
Star Wars Battlefront 2 newer version (relax)
Apex if 3
Civilization 5 / 6 - if you're into that
Rocket League - 3v3 if you get one more, 2v3 if you notice a slight skill diff

Well, by calculating all of the total points possible (475x8x3+500x3) I was able to get the outcome of 12900 points gainable during this entire round. Since I am a normal human being I wasn't able to guess every word from the unkickable player, I managed to guess their word 2/3 rounds with a total of 435 points gained (300 for the word tiger and 135 additional points for another word lol). By that, we know that I only got ~30% of the possible points during lost's rounds and ~4% of my total points from that player. By substracting the 435 points from my score, we are also able to get access to the amount of points I gained in total to the score that would have been possible without this player so we have 10800 points out of 11475 which in my opinion is an excellent achievement with considerable ~94% of the highest score (a normal 10k win requires ~91% in total). Considering the players in my lobby, which in fact are all relatively or even vastly good at this game, I am very happy with the score I managed to get. Would have gotten almost 11.5k if I wouldn't have written "Stacheldraht" with that random "r" at the end. If you don't understand anything related with my calculations or have any other questions, feel free to reply, I am really passionate about skribbl.io and highest scores and wish to once have a perfect game (never gonna happen [literally impossible]) and therefore I care a lot about it and get a little to enthusiastic while chatting about it, I'm sorry :P

You will find the image tools right where they are in my screenshot :) Typo Gallery Cloud was a Beta-feature, which is and will not be released any soon, it's pretty much an abandoned project of Tobeh (creator of Typo). All it does is saving all the drawings you happened to get along during your rounds in the Typo cloud, which is a server on the creators PC. Typo also got verified by the owner and creator of skribbl.io himself, "Mel", also known as ticedev on twitter or randomdev on reddit. If you have any other concerns feel free to reply once again :)
Talk. Please, for the love of God, talk, even if you have 0 viewers. The page takes forever to update, and you never know how many people are actually watching. I try to raid at the end of every stream, and I know a lot of other streamers do too. I won't raid someone: if their title just says "chilling" or "playing with friends", and if I click your stream and listen for 30-50 seconds and you don't say anything.
The other tips I picked up are:
Game choice matters: If your growth strategy is to attempt to go viral on another platform, play what people are watching (Minecraft, Apex, Valorant). If your strategy is to grow on Twitch, you need to play games where you will be discoverable. I get 4-5x the unique views playing Raft or Skribbl.io than I get playing Minecraft.
Make creative titles! You are already asking a lot just for someone to scroll down to you if you are a small streamer. If you give yourself a creative title, you will stand out in the sea of "playing with friends", and increase the chances of someone clicking your stream. I like to either use clickbait (That I can live up to), or a pun. Recent stream titles for me have been: "Having a Minecraft PRO Teach me how to PvP", "One Laugh = One Slap", and "Ranking YOUR Favorite Memes".
I actually hosted a game of pictionary at my current work place to encourage team building not too long ago. We used https://skribbl.io/ as our platform.
You can even input your own custom list of words. Highly recommended!
My place did a team game of Skribbl after work on a Friday a couple of months ago and a few people (maybe 8 of the 50 strong team) played and it was quite fun.
Last week they did it again but had management permission to do it on Monday mid-morning for an hour. 35 people took part!
They have promised to do it again too. They generally have a pretty positive attitude to mental health, though cynically I think it's probably being pushed after someone killed themselves last year.

I'm a Leader for Portuguese scouts. We had some challenges for them like: build something out of chopsticks, prepare a song, create a little pig bank with wishes for the post-covid era, and so on.
Last week we decided to play Among us, GarticPhone and Skribbl.io through our own Discord server. It is something for them to relax and connect with us
The game show was the most recent one, other than that it was a handful of skribbl.io videos and a handful of jackbox videos. To be honest I expected it to be a lot more, but I'm still questioning his statement on "cutting ties" with Carson.
For free there’s a game called skribbl which is like Pictionary.
Players pick from a group of 3 works hand have to draw out the word. The other players have to type in the word the guess it.
Another would be Among Us (need to buy and download) where you play as a crew trying to do tasks while an alien hunts you down and you all have to figure out who is the alien
I’ve played with team https://skribbl.io/ at the end of virtual TB for fun and relax. Need to admit it works not for all teams, so just like an option. Keep talking and nobody explodes - try to research - this game really shows level of cooperation and ability to work in stressed situations. Again - works not for all teams. Good luck!

Spieler-anzahl.
Great video! You guys have great chemistry and I love it lol. Keep up the good work!
I actually made a skribbl.io video too, it's a little bit offensive but it would mean a lot if you checked it out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JOzd8aku3HQ
ikr, so fun! skribbl.io is another fun way we've connected during this shitshow (though, warning, there's been some mild rage over misspelled guesses lol). Low bar for entry on these two too, so older fam can hopefully figure them out no prob.
