I know you said you have to force yourself to read books but if there is one self-help book that you should read it is Feeling good: new mood therapy or Feeling good handbook" written by a famous psychologist, filled with a lot of exercises, and the first few chapters are enough to rejuvenate your spirits. It deals with most of the things you've said from mood management to procrastination and also has a chapter dedicated to "do-nothingism". It is better than therapy and also Reddit's fav non-fiction book, backed by decades of research into human behaviors by so many scientists. At least read the reviews :) If you prefer short video format, check out LLTTF.com it is really good

alright, hear me out. i've found this Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 - it's a great laptop, it's only 67K and it has more than enough raw power to meet your needs and the best part is, it doesn't have that dumb and ugly gaming laptop look with all the stupid lights and flashy colors. it's just a simple and sleek machine. it does have a dedicated GPU which will come in handy someday, if you find yourself doing any kind of video editing stuff and all, so its there.
