It's from China, so it will take a while to receive, if you are able to get in touch with the seller. The site alibaba typically sells in bulk, but I'm sure the seller would make a deal. The sister site (which typically sells items individually rather than bulk) is aliexpress which I have used in the past, and can confirm it is all legit.

I literally want a carbon copy of the stronglifts app, but where I can create my own 'workouts' by typing in my exercises of choice + number sets and reps. Unfortunately the Stronglifts app app has pre-configured workouts, weightlifting movements and sets/reps.

What I like about the stronglifts app is the layout, user interface, and the way I can tap the circles to 'complete' the set, as seen here.

I essentially want to be able to create a workout (i.e 'Chest Day') and input something like this:

It's kind of hard to tell without being able to see the lower part of the desk, but it seems like that asymmetrical corner design is often used by Bush Furniture. Many of their desks are listed on the Walmart website, so maybe that is the original manufacturer, but I'm having a hard time finding any with that monitor shelf. Ok, so I've had a quick flick through the javascript. A few pointers...

1. jQuery callbacks with logic in them, are in my opinion, are a bit of an anti-pattern - it produces code that's hard to maintain because you have to infer what the meaning is by naming the code. Prefer writing good named methods like doesASpecificThing() and use your jQuery callbacks to invoke the named methods. This'll split the "what you're doing" from the "how you're invoking it" making the code easier to maintain in the future.

2. Use closures as namespaces to organise your code. http://addyosmani.com/blog/essential-js-namespacing/ Namespacing in javascript helps scope down global variables and organise and structure your code - again, this'll help you when you want to modify the code later - it'll make your code more readable - and it'll stop you accidentally having conflicting global variables.

3. Use Lo-Dash to make some of the element selection neater and more readable, exposing intent. http://lodash.com/ - Lo-Dash will help tidy up many of the loops and searching for objects in your code - again, all about intent.

Performance tuning this kind of stuff is pretty difficult, and I'd probably have to have a good long look to work out where bottlenecks are there but I'd recommend "make it work, make it readable, make it fast" - you can make readable code fast, but fast illegible code is ruined forever.

With that said though, I have a few suggestions.

Imo, the price of about $3 is quite low, and absolutly worth it if you have any means to pay it.

It's also available on both Android and iOS, and for free! So whip out your phone and start defending you yard from the undead on there.

If for some reason you absolutly must use your pc and are unable to pay, the only solution I find is to use an Android emulator. I have zero experience with this, but some quicky googling lead me to this article talking about the subject. The first suggestion there is BlueStacks which is also especially made for playing Android games on PC so this should be perfect. It comes with Google Play, so you can easly find and download Plants VS Zombies from there, for free.

In that case, start a prank war. Get $20+ in ones (or coins) and put them in a duct tape warped envelope. Wrap it in strips, (harder to undo). Hide it under his mattress/ other location, and give him clues to find it. You can do 20 envelopes or just one, but that would be a lot of duck tape.

Make sure you have a good seal to pressurize the water and force it though the trombone. Balance a floating ball with auto changing led lights like this inside on the resulting water “fountain” coming out of the bell of the vertically placed trombone-in-toilet. A cricut or silhouette machine, they’re often on sale and if you’re making a board game you could probably get a lot of use out of it. Depending on what materials you want to use I’d suggest different machines.

An exactly swivel like this one . You could follow this up with a very fine grain glass file to sand the edges and make them smooth. A glass nail file has worked in the last for me.

For cost, ease of use, and time. I’d probably go for the hole punch and just try to make it work with one of the sizes (you could also probably get a custom sized hole punch on Etsy if you know your dimensions).

If this was thin wood I’d say your best bet is either the cricut or a hole saw attached to a drill.

I just review that it’s chipboard, it’ll really depend on the thickness and strength of the punch you get but I’m gonna say my best choice is to get a hole saw drill attachment the exact size you need, place the chip board on a piece of wood and secure it to your board (so you don’t go through your table or something) line it up and pull the trigger. I’d do a few test cuts to feel how it might pull on the edges. But it should be okay. You can clean it up with a rounded file if you need to.

I think it's totally fine to care about what others think about you as long as it doesn't consume your life. Humans are social creatures so we naturally try to appease those around us. Understanding that but not letting it consume you will help.

Also, you have to realize that people don't care about you as much as you think they do. Yes, ik this sounds harsh but it's kinda the truth. Everyone's too busy worrying about themselves and how others perceive them to take the time to judge you.

I've gotten so good at skribbl.io that I basically win every game I join provided it's not too late in the round. Man, I've been playing games on both my phone, iPad, Xbox forever. Hitting up subs like /r/IosGaming, /r/AppHookup etc. trying all sorts of things out. But out of all of those the best game for the phone for me that I played the most and enjoyed the most is Alto's Adventure.

That game is just so well made and clean that it's actually relaxing despite what seems like a lot of action. In it's essence it's a snowboarding/runner game but that doesn't do it justice nor does any description I could give. There's 1-2 minute trailer right on the link that I posted above that pretty much shows you all you need to see. I think the big thing that makes it so great are that you could pick it up and play for 2 minutes or 2 hours,, there are a seemingly endless number of achievements that you actually feel like you've accomplished something when you make progress on them, and the mechanics of the game are so tight that, when you lose you know it's because *you* were too fast or too slow, not because the game glitched or some unexplainable thing happened. Truly one of my favorites.

A cool website I use is called Geoguessr . Basically, it’s a game where you are put in a random location and you have to find out where you are basses on your surroundings. You are able to choose, what country, city etc. you want. It’s based on google earth street view.
