We need a media drinking game for this.
Aquaman movie sinks
New wave of DC films disappoints.
Film smells fishy
Audience doesn't take the bait
Sharks circling DCEU
Tide turning against WB
Film doesn't have the depth.
Something something bottom feeders
Hmm, should have used some of that in my review generator
I usually like Rotten Tomatoes on a whole but I don't like how much of the attention is given to the overall percentage rating. Let's look at Man of Steel and Thor The Dark World.
So Man of Steel has 55% and a nice big rotten sign next to it. The Dark World has 66% with a nice big fresh sign next to it. Yet they both have the exact same movie rating, a 6.2/10. Yet Man of Steel is regarded as shit and The Dark World manages to get away with a pass because it got a fresh rating, despite having the exact same rating to it. For me the worst part about a comparison like this is that The Dark World is essentially getting that easy pass because "ah well, at least it was fun" when in my opinion it loses out to Man of Steel on just about every category.
Not that this is a MCU vs DCEU thing, but I just don't think if movies have the same rating they can be different. Maybe a critic thought an extra ha ha joke made it entertaining or whatever, like come on now. Just have it be equally weighted. Like would Man of Steel have gotten a fresh, would The Dark World have gotten a rotten? Who knows, but it's the same rating therefore it should be the same score. If we throw in top critics then MOS was more liked anyway.
>"Anthony Hopkins studied videotapes of serial killers as part of his research for the film. After noticing that Charles Manson hardly ever blinked when he spoke, he did the same for Hannibal Lecter. (He did, however, blink at least once during Lecter's conversation with Clarice in his "open-plan" cell.)" Source
Hopkins did it first. *EDIT - second?
If you look at the back cover they released and zoom in though it says 120 mins. I think their product info section is just outdated?
I loved the way Themiscyra was portrayed and also liked that they displayed "female athleticism" by casting women with strong bodies that didn't conform to the typical societal norms of what a woman should look like.
However, I would've been so happy if they hadn't used the "boob armour" that is so common in movies, games and comics.
I know it's a part of Wonder Woman's lore and the armour could be considered ceremonial. However, a chest plate shaped like that never made any sense and yet appears in every medium with a female knight/fighter.
A "boob plate" is essentially a chest plate that is shaped to look like a women's breast. It looks "cool" strictly from a design sense, but wearing it could kill you. The chest plate shaped like that gives no protection to the user.....it essentially guides swords and arrows straight to the heart.
This article discusses this a bit further
Essentially, female and male armour should be indistinguishable. Since the Amazons are a warrior race who have fought numerous times with dangerous entities....they should be smarter than to use such useless armour.
Obviously, you can say that Themysiciran armour is laced with magic and the Amazons are immortal and I would be unable to rebut since fictional stories are not based on reality anyway - but it's something I wanted to point out.
Apple held an event today and announced that some new apps are coming to the new "macOS Catalina" this fall. One of them is DC Universe: https://www.apple.com/macos/catalina-preview/
>It’s a whole new universe on Mac, where browsing DC’s incredible library of shows, movies, and comic books is now faster and easier. Watch movies in 4K, HDR, and full screen, then download your favorite comic books and original shows to enjoy offline.
They actually kind of are. The action sequences are one thing about the Dark Knight that could use some definite improvement.
Dear god, the action would be beyond majestic.
Imagine a hard r, gritty battle between Deathstroke & Batman done by the team that did The Raid.
The Superman figure wasn’t in a Black Panther box. Look closely. The top panel says “Justice League.” That shape that looks like Black Panther is a silhouette of a Batman figure, demonstrating all the points of articulation.
This Amazon listing is for the exact figure Cavill is holding in his video. All the member’s figures have that same silhouette. Wonder Woman, Batman, Cyborg, Aquaman, Flash, they all have it.
I think the song is being too far read into. I doubt Henry Cavill researched the history before putting it on. I think it’s just Blue Danube, “Blue” being for “Blue Boyscout” or “Big Blue Cheese,” or a lot of his other nicknames involving “blue” OR, even simpler, the huge amount of blue on his suit.
The dog barking I attributed to being a dog like his own dog... who is named Kal.
I know there's been a stream of picking every tiny thing Leto has done since post haircut, but here's another anyways haha. So it looks like the eyebrows are gone after all...or are my eyes deceiving me?
THIS would make a handsome gift for any MOS fan.
Don't buy it from Amazon proper. The sellers have new copies for around $14 USD, including shipping.
I did't want to make a new post for this so here it is. For people who don't know already, Jared Leto is playing the Joker joker.. (You'll get it when you watch it.)
Xavier Dolan would agree with you on the whole "Fuck critics!" thing
As someone who enjoys most of the Transformers movies, I've been used to this stuff for a while. It kinda sucks to see how much influence some of these blogger/critics have though. It almost becomes a "who can shit on the movie the hardest" game between them on social media. It doesn't seem like there's that many professional critics left.
Any and all things by Greg Rucka. It's Pre-52, but arguably the best there is.
There's also the digital first The Legend of Wonder Woman by Ranae de Liz that is absolutely phenomenal. The first print issue recently came out. It's a gorgeous, folktale-y retelling of Diana's classic origin and there's not really much I can say beyond "please read this book its beautifully drawn and written".
To be fair to Elfman here, he says that what Hans Zimmer wrote was more rhythm focussed and about drive and wasn't a complete theme, which is actually what Zimmer himself said about the theme.
He wrote the motif to be unresolved, because that's how he saw the character of Batman. It wasn't meant to have that full on feeling of a heroic theme (in the way Elfman's did) it was meant to be a motif that left the character unresolved. https://www.masterclass.com/articles/how-hans-zimmer-composed-the-batman-dark-knight-theme-song#hans-zimmers-tips-for-writing-theme-music
Like I don't like how Elfman phrased it, as the incomplete nature of the motif was part of the point of it, but I do get what he was saying.
Marvel did this white background uniformity last year for all of their movies for this purpose..... alllll of the covers are lamer andlack any intensity.
>Just look at the Customers who watched this item also watched: section and look at all of those boring boring covers.
"The effects from Botox will last three to six months. As muscle action gradually returns, the lines and wrinkles begin to reappear and need to be treated again. The lines and wrinklesoften appear less severe with time because the muscles are shrinking."
I did this myself using a photo editor. You just pop the image in and there's a variety of designs you can choose from. Since BvS has many moments and shots that look like paintings, I decided to run a few of them through the program.
You can have a good amount of fun here: https://www.befunky.com/create/
It's fairly common for the audience score to be much higher than the audience score. The audience score is basically an internet popularity poll, where fans can brigade the score up. The critic score is much more rigorously compiled.
For an example, see the latest Tarzan - 35% critic, 67% audience. Even Nine Lives has a 42% difference between audience and critics. The general audience tends to be much more forgiving.
It went up. Now it's at 35% lol It's something. https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/suicide_squad_2016
Actually wait. The Rotten have stopped. It was 33 1 hour ago. And it's still 33. But the Fresh went up by 3. Interesting. If it keeps getting more Fresh it'll keep going up. There might just be a small glimmer of hope after all.
Lmaooo wow wtf, you’re right.
“It appears the movie’s over before it even begins.” - Deathstroke from Arkham Origins.
I can recommend a book you may enjoy! The Wrong Earth, from Ahoy Comics! Its facsimile versions of Batman and Robin, one being the modern gritty version and the other being the classic silly version. It is very much if you crossed over Adam West and Ben Affleck! It's a really fun and neat newer series!
That music New Rules has the same sound the Comic Con trailer has!!Basically confirming that the Comic Con trailer EPIC music is in the movie right?
Great job! He's got talent for sure!
At some point consider getting him "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain" by Betty Edwards. Right now he should just have fun drawing, probably. But there are some amazing exercises in that book that take the artist to the next skill level.
Hello, I'm a bot! The movie you linked is called Kryptonita, here are some Trailers
is this the one u were referencing? If so il keep looking
And there is one on Amazon I googled batman v superman batlogo hooded sweater hope you find a sick one
Hello, friend. Comic books and their many characters can be a daunting thing to get into, eh?
I highly recommend you check out John Ostrander's run on the comic from the eighties. Although it's too early to be sure, it looks like the film is taking a lot of cues and influences from said run. The stories are fairly self-contained with three or so issues dedicated to a particular mission that the group must undertake. No heavy reading required.
If you're interested, then you can read them digitally here.
Hello, I'm a bot! The movie you linked is called Back to the Future Part II, here are some Trailers
Yeah, he was forced out by WB. He started getting smaller and smaller contract extension because WB was seeking out younger executives. So now he's at Disney. Disney (Buena Vista) holds 4 of 5 of the top grossing films of 2016 so far. WB holds 1 spot with BvS. Out of the 5 only 1 has a rotten score on RT. Can you guess which? It is no coincidence. Both Alan Horns departure and his replacement have a lot to do with this.
Apparently Bad Moms did it. It was at 19 and now it's at 70. Speak of the devil it went up. Now it's at 35% lol It's something. https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/suicide_squad_2016

Yep, I too did a kind of frame by frame analysis of the "falling" metaphor in the prologue. It's so well done cinematographically: https://disqus.com/home/discussion/channel-prodceudiscussion/bvs_analysis_storyboard_003_the_falling_metaphor_in_prologue/
Amazons is up, but its currently more expensive than buying from other retailers.
Here’s a link IGN posted today. I’m in the USA but Amazon UK is shipping internationally. Ordered a copy this morning and already got the shipping info. Heres the link
I liked the film overall, but I may have gone a bit overboard with my own solution for how to watch it.
Went to Amazon, bought this
Printed custom Blu-Ray slip on Elite Gloss Paper
Found best BvS fanedit, burned to Bluray disc
*Popped the Theatrical cut, Extended Cut, and Fan cut in the 3 disc case
Later on, when I can find a place to do custom Blu-ray print transfer, I'll have a custom BvS disc cover made, but for now I'm happy with my solution.
Most of my shirts I got from TREVCO on Amazon.
They usually sell certain ones less than 10$ a shirt. I've got a lot for 6$. Depends on their stock.
It's available now, but ... you have to buy Dr Pepper. : / Article says it's 'powered by the Blippar App.
All those cans in the pic posted in the last 48 hours had an individual symbol at the base. So I guess you buy a 20oz DP, scan it and presumably download it based on the can you bought.
I would guess that they intended the lines in his suit to create a bit of a Moiré pattern for the purposes of separating the hologram from the background to give it depth.
Exactly, man. Actually, it reminds me alot of this fanart but I feel like there another one has a closer similarity but damn it, I can't recall.
Edit:
Also, personally.. while I don't want DA to be completely fucked on the sliver screen. I really wouldn't mind Antje Traue as Cassandra. Course, Cass has more of a- well what I would call a spanish accent while Traue doesn't.. but ehhhh but appearance wise!
Basically hated the filter, said they should've remade the 2009 animated WW film, hates gal, says he doesn't like the 'first look' of WW, etc. https://www.twitch.tv/angryjoeshow/v/36516141 17min mark
It's MasterClass...you need to pay for it...but they also have a lot of other experts who teach MasterClasses on their subject and when you pay you get access to those as well: https://www.masterclass.com/classes/hans-zimmer-teaches-film-scoring
I didn't even watch them all yet I recall "ahhhummm...there might be something" when prodded. People obviously asked because of his vero comment of seeing a bit more.
Here are the links:

At that Disqus there are some haters of what the DCEU has done, but there are a lot of supporters as well. More or less like here, although perhaps more fans of the Snyder films proportionally I would guess.
At the proboards forum it is overwhelmingly supportive, everyone there is a fan of MoS and BvS. But that said, JL definitely left a bad taste and it really drained a lot of the enthusiasm that was there prior to JL's release. Activity dropped off substantially due to that, but plenty of folks still post. I'm sure it will pick up after Aquaman is released--provided the film is well made and well received.
> Major pro is that stories don't feel out of place and clunky. BvS skips between so many scenes that it feels incoherent (Luthor, Bruce, Clark, senate, media, parents, lois) . NJ is the best attempt of it being coherent and focused
BvS's entire narrative is perfectly coherent to me. It just uses show-don't-tell and intentionally demands that the viewer connect dots and cipher some things out, etc., to tell an allegory about what superheroes represent in our real world today. In terms of narrative structure, I think BvS features some elements of neo-noir (full argument). This "no justice" cut obliterates all of that. It doesn't even detect what the director is trying to do, much less respect it.
It looks to me as though NJ is for folks that want everything spelled out in a very linear and unambiguous way. But that's not what the film is at heart.
The TPB includes:
All-Star Western, Batgirl, Batman, Batman and Robin, Batwing, Birds of Prey, Catwoman, The Dark Knight, Detective Comics, Nightwing, Red Hood
The arc that takes place in the standalone Batman comic is good but I’d suggest reading the trade.
Yup, it was literally a goldmine of info. You can still buy it from Amazon as well, even though it's been over 3 years since BVS:
If your mad at Gunn for this...know their are other small creators who can always use your support.
Shameless plug: https://www.amazon.com/dp/1948842238/ref=tmm\_pap\_swatch\_0?\_encoding=UTF8&qid=&sr=
You're not wrong. May I present The Picture Bible which is literally a friggin graphic novel of the Bible. I actually had one of these as a kid, tho I actually had this version that looked like a regular Bible.
> Affleck's solo Batman film and then met in BvS
I'm totally 100% on board with Affleck himself, but his character as it's written should have never existed. Starting out a cinematic universe with an old, semi-retired, incredibly jaded Batman was a mistake from the very beginning.
If we're going to go back in time and play the hypothetical game, they should have had Affleck be a more 'normal' Batman whose been doing it for a few years & then after his solo movie either go straight into Justice League or a World's Finest. No Batman with guns. No Batman vs Superman. None of it. This also means no Superman death. No need for a resurrection. None of that too.
You just go into Justice league with an invasion happening & all the different heroes meet organically because they're individually fighting parademons & they realize it's better to work as a team than try and win individually.
It worked perfectly fine in the comics & in animation. Why make it more complicated than it has to be?
The second answer on this page seems to address this. I never figured this one out myself.
A similar answer was posted here:
The consensus appears to be only matter that has passed through the Phantom Zone (including Superman, whose pod traveled through the Phantom Zone to reach Earth) is drawn into the singularity, which can be safely assumed to lead to the Phantom Zone. As one of the posters writes, Dr. Hamilton and Colonel Hardy likely perished on impact in order to initiate this interaction.
Mate, do yourself a favour and hunt down "The Justice Riders" by Chuck Dixon, the adventures of Sheriff Diana Prince! There is other characters in it that I won't spoil but it's great.
https://www.amazon.com/Justice-Riders-Chuck-Dixon/dp/156389257X
you can own a physical copy for less (4k upgrade is only 1 dollar more):
Yeah. Good call.
I was thinking of new 52 and for some reason in my head it was red.
Regardless, has it ever been blue? Seems like an odd choice.
They recently reprinted John Byrne's Superman run in some affordable hardcover volumes, with digital purchase options as well. It was very Chris Reeve-inspired, and were certainly the best Superman comics up to that point in time.
People's beliefs being challenged don't justify death of people. Nowhere in the movie does it say so.
As far as backing up my claim is considered: WATCH. THE. DAMN. MOVIE. AND. COMPREHEND.

There's no free trials anymore, but I've been using HBO Max in the UK for a couple months and best of all you can pay using your normal card. This is instructions on how to do it since I had trouble with websites instructions:
I use NordVPN which is relevant because I also have an Android TV that has the VPN app.
Using VPN on phone create a US Google Play account. Download HBO Max app.
Via HBO Max phone app, choose to subscribe using Google Play. Enter your normal card details.
You now have HBO Max. It's easy enough to stream via website but if you have an Android TV then download the VPN app, change to US Play account, download HBO Max app and viola. HBO Max on your TV in all its 4K goodness.
It should be on there, but if you can't, just sideload it using apkmirror, I did that before they put it on the Amazon appstore:
Download this.
Go into settings and choose to set "install from unverified sources".
Run the file by clicking on it (you can pull down from the top if you can't actualy find the location, it's hard).
After it installs, turn the settings back to "off" for "install from unverified sources".
I'm glad you mentioned Fire tablet as I got one on Black Friday and DC Universe's comics work really good on it.
I see why you're confused now. Supergirl is Kara Zor-El of the main Earth. Power Girl is Kara Zor-L of Earth Two. Power Girl came to the main Earth. So both Karas are living on the same Earth right now.
Public Enemies and Apocalypse are in the same continuity. They were even dealing with the aftermath of the Kryptonite meteor from Public Enemies in the beginning of Apocalypse. Look it up on Wikipedia, watch the movies again or read the comic.
Have you ever seen the BvS: No Justice cut? It’s a version of the film that a fan edited. They trimmed out basically all of the unnecessary universe connecting stuff and cut out everything you just said.
I still personally prefer the Ultimate Edition but the No Justice cut focuses much more on the ‘Batman v Superman’ aspect and less so on the ‘Dawn of Justice.’
Actual news. Robert Greenblatt, current Chairman of WarnerMedia Entertainment, confirmed that Snyder Cut talks started last fall. Guess when the film trended on Twitter? "The 20 to 30 mil budget reported in the press announcement by THR is on the lower end according to him. It's a radical rethinking of that movie and it's complicated and wildly expensive. Which is, of course, a number I won't quote... I'll just say I wish it was $30 million and stop there." The full statement on why this wasn´t at the launch at HBO and other info begins at minute 31:40: https://podcasts.google.com/feed/aHR0cHM6Ly9mZWVkcy5tZWdhcGhvbmUuZm0vcmVjb2RlbWVkaWE/episode/NmM0ZGI4ZjItMTU0OS0xMWVhLWFiMDYtMDdmMDhiNTg1NTg5?hl=en&ved=2ahUKEwjZ38u68tHpAhWSVc0KHQkGAiUQieUEegQIChAE&ep=6
Greenblatt is and I quote, "excited" and views the new film as an "event". Us doing all this shit paid off. He confirmes that the plane stunt over WB´s offices worked!
It´s a travesty that fans had to come together to market this out of their pocket but the current WB heads aren´t the ones who sunk this film. We came from the brink of total defeat and half of it went to charity. I can live with that. I am factually advertising this thing right now so I guess that I´ll have to take to Twitter when the film comes out. That´s where we hit gold. The film or eps need views. They need to trend on social media. Etc.
You can buy the film on physical media and play it whenever.
I recommend the Snyderverse trilogy boxset: https://www.amazon.com/Zack-Snyders-Justice-League-Trilogy/dp/B097SRXVR9/

Well... I partially agree with you and hope we can have an interesting dialogue. Sure passion as an object relative so success means nothing causally, at least in a-b logic . It does however in b-a logic or -a= -b no passion no success or success meaning passion but passion directly causal to success, no. That logical equation is the evidence I’m going to rely on to amend your original statement of “ there is no real formula for success”. I hope to add to it by referencing other organizations that have models of success ( not marvel) .
While I agree that there is no perfect way to make a film , I would rebuttal that premise by stating that there are perfect ways to ruin a film. For instance having a weak 3 act formula is a surefire way to achieve a bad film, a confrontation or crisis that only die hard fans can realize is objectively a bad idea if your budget relies on wooing the rest of the world. For more on this I would suggest Kurt Vonnegut’s master thesis on story structure.
I am three paragraphs in and I have a migraine coming on so excuse me if I cut this short. I’d like to continue on in the future but let me wrap up.
Look at talents that work for HBO or Netflix. Listen to interviews they do about original content. When you hear the talents or writers or directors speak about the working relationship with the “studio” the sentiment is that it’s laughable how little involvement they have. Basically it’s a cut the check relationship and get back to us. Sure there’s exceptions like the second season of true detective but even with that the writers said it took us years to write the first one then there was a demand for one the next year and unsurprisingly it wasn’t good. To the last of my knowledge HBO told them ok get back to us when you can about the next season.
Since you have already made it, could you just make a Bengali version too? Here’s the text.

http://www.worldometers.info/world-population/world-population-gender-age.php
It actually took a bit of searching but it looks like 26% of the worlds population is 15 or younger. Which is highly skewed because third world countries have 50% or higher populations of children. But the majority of the world is of course adults.
And yeah I can completely understand your points, but we're not talking about Batman. We're talking about the Joker and if he's the most iconic and known villain. I'd say in the very least Vader, Dracula, Frankenstein, these characters are more well known. WwotW I'd argue is more well known with our age on up (same age good call haha). Either way, he's most certainly the most well known comic origin villain.
If you like that there is a comic that follows Bruce Wayne through a typical day and shows the people that he helps in and out of costume. It's one of my favourites.

Its actually not gibberish. Let me break it down for you. The phrase Let's use "manners out the Window" as a base for the sake of argument.
You agree that makes sense here right?
Now lets look for words that can replaced Manners in that sentence. Add a thesaurus http://www.thesaurus.com/browse/manners
"Civility"
"Civility out the Windows"
Civility as referring to propriety can be replaced with civilisation, http://www.thesaurus.com/browse/civilization
So we now have the phrase "Civilization out the Window".
From there, we can impute:
"Civilisation at the Wayne Manor's out the window", and it still means the exact same thing as "manner's out the window".
Still think its gibberish? Its clever word play, and the fact that we're arguing over it is a credit to the director, but the subtitled version makes sense

This would seem to be an inspiration (presumably one of many, not the only and not a 1:1 translation, etc.) for JL2 and 3 feature the “Knightmare” world that was teased in Bruce’s vision BvS and the end of ZSJL with Bruce’s dream and also Cyborg’s vision of the future when he enters the mother box.
I think that given what he went through already, completion of the five film arc is important enough to Snyder that he will figure out a way to juggle it along with his Netflix projects, and with the actors’s schedules, if JL 2 and 3 do get greenlit by David Zaslav when the Discovery acquisition (AT&T sold WB) finalizes this May. Zaslav recently stated he is moving to L.A. to oversee the film division in order to be “hands on.” But obviously time will tell.
Of course our biases will affect how optimistic or pessimistic we are about this. But I do think that for Zack to post this there is some “there” there. I don’t see him “toying with fans emotions” just for shits and giggles, to vex WB, etc. He does care about his fandom, and would not get us hyped up for no good reason. That’s my biased assessment anyway.
As I said, it was an overstatement on my part to say that he doesn't fully step into the role until MoS2. Probably in JL 1 he would have by the end. Certainly in JL 2. But the full arc would have continued to finish with MoS 2.
And he is not a "decent Superman" to many. But he is a great Superman to some.
Not really sure what the percentage of like versus dislike is since we lack any truly reliable empirical data. But as I consistently point out, on the websites where people can rate films such as Rotten Tomatoes, Fandango, IMBd, and Metacritic, isn't it interesting that all of them have (users, not critics) about two thirds favorably disposed towards MoS and BvS.
Hell, in polls on this very forum about month ago results on whether folks liked MoS and BvS overall, even if they might have some criticisms of the films the results:
And I ran those to try to put to the test just within our own community the assertion that those that like MoS and BvS are "just a small minority," as I often see attackers of the films say. According to those polls it is the other way around.
The 2nd week dropoff for BvS is explainable by pre-sales being huge, but much of the GA probably does not buy tickets in advance and once they saw the RT 27% score that ruled out going to see it. I would guess that most of the advanced ticket sales were probably superhero film genre fans.

Army of the Dead was really just him experimenting with shallow depth of field, because he liked how it looked.
If Dave says it's an important date, then he knows something.
Zack is also watching today.
They’re the six movies he included on the Snyder Cut poster.
However, he has since produced and promoted WW84 and Paddy has spoken about ignoring the theatrical cut of JL like James Wan did, so I think there’s a good chance he’d include it too, even though it’s a Hamada-era movie.
Even though its not confirmed yet that MANHUNTER would be in the final battle, i’m just glad that ZACK is at-least trying to setup and introduce the character (MM) for a couple of films now. Im not sure if you know but Zack teased multiple times and said on his Vero watch parties that General Swanson was more than just a regular army general.
I feel like you must have seen the recent Snyder’s VERO Posts at one point. One of them being an image of the original Steppenwolf when he was gathering questions for his “Breaking Down the Zack Snyder’s Justice League Trailer.” https://vero.co/zacksnyder/72-zmHWfGvKK3pSGBjTdKctZ
Back in February there was a poster designing contest for ZSJL. This guy Victor Ku was the winner. So Zack Snyder gave him this slate and now he's visiting the set of Justice League.

Weird that Snyder did this then. Eh Maybe has bad intel me thinks.

Ezra's hair is the same length as how they started.
According to someone who talks to Zack, he was low in spirits in 2017 and 2018, but with the fan support he's been doing better. He made a post on Vero with a caption "The long road back" this week so he's in good shape lately. At the SnyderCon event, he was pretty cheery and in good spirits.
He's cracking jokes in the comments about hosting a "test screening" or leaking it in the comment section. However, the image also shows reel transport cases, which could mean it's getting ready to be shown somewhere.

There’s a Vero account (https://vero.co/zackvcomics) that posts side by side comparisons of still from BvS and MoS and a panel from a DC comic. Pretty much every scene is a recreation of some comic book panels.
he was talk about this on his Directors cut Movie festival . he finished JL Movie before the BvS out. and he was gonna explain BvS unsolved events in the JL. unfortunately we miss all. annnd his original Script of JL never even Shoot. coz studio didn't like it.

I think some people have issue with the pacing, because BvS doesn't have the standard three act structure. It's more in line with a five act structure. Like a Shakespearean play, and not too many people are used to/familiar with that.
It was literally based off the Superman/Batman comic series.
In the comic Darkseid appears to kill Supergirl when she throws herself in front of his Omega beams to save Superman. Superman then proceeds to whip the fuck out of Darkseid.
It was surprisingly easy. No wiring required. I actually cut out these bubble shapes from a couple of these baby toys. Then I put one of these mini LED balloon lights inside each one with a teensy bit of cotton to diffuse the light and absorb the inevitable sweat accumulating inside them. Then just adhered them to my skin with spirit gum.
The batteries are inside the lights when you buy them. Just yank out the little plastic tabs and they turn on and you’re good to go. They also last super long. I found some scattered at the bottom of my suitcase when I finally unpacked like a week later and they were still glowing.
