Listen guys, I don’t like the government mandating this either but for fucks sake you have 2 years to save up your plastic bags for dog shit and 2 years to cobble together $20 to buy some totes to keep in your car.
In fact, here’s a link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C76HTN6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_YahqDbDP0ZVX9
I can’t believe no one ever gives a shit(pun intended) about government overreach until it affects their fucking bathroom trash cans.
As the other respondent stated, the books you're looking for are the zoning code and building code, which are jurisdictionally dependent.
But now you've got me thinking... how would I go about accomplishing this? Hmmm. Regardless of jurisdiction, here's some food for thought:
If you plan on conditioning it (heating and / or air condition), energy code is going to be difficult to comply with, not impossible, but difficult. You'll loose some of your usable volume to insulation, and maintaining a breathable thermal envelope will be tricky.
With regard to building code, you'll need to take a close look at roof drainage (min 1/4 per foot) and egress (min two means, houses can use windows for the second means if it's big enough).
Flashing the base/sill attachment to avoid moisture infiltration problems will also be interesting.
Utilities could be rather unique, depending on your proposed structural foundation. Any water lines will need to be protected from freeze. Sanitary (septic, I'm presuming) will also be interesting. If you have a crawl space below the cube, access to your utilities will be easier, but if no crawl space, you may have to drop the cube on top of a slab with you rough-ins.
My recommendation would be to contact an architect who has an innovative design aesthetic.

P.S. You may want to check out some other shipping container houses first hand before you get too far into design, if you haven't done so already. Here's one of my favorites:
What is your gain? Are you looking conversational.....full blown immersion? I am pretty fluent with it but there are quite a large number of ways you can go with this. Also...for what it is worth...Duolingo is pretty badass and free. I've been using it for German and just keeping up to date with my spanglish

Survey for meet! click it
Edit: Cool survey is working :) Never made one before. Really simple. It doesn't show the write in answers so I will post them or send them to /u/scrovak after its done. Should we run the survey til the end of the weekend? Can we sticky this thread?
Edit: Here are the results so far if it doesn't show you
https://www.surveymonkey.com/results/SM-Q5ZPJVRS/
I find it odd im actually getting up and down votes for making a survey to see what people want...
Edit2: Write in event options are visible in the comments... for better...or uhh...for worse lol

Why are you interested in this place. #sidenote it is pouring rain here right now

There's an amazing documentary on pirate radio.
The major conflict that the FCC routinely loses is that when they try to shut your station down they are violating your right to freedom of speech. Requiring you to a license is also a violation. The argument you can use is "Why do I have to pay for freedom of speech?"
I do not want an FCC license. I have no use for it. I do not want to flash my FCC license every time I want to talk. Every one of my djing electronics passes FCC regulation, why does my voice?
The FCC also has nothing to do with the RIAA. Actually the RIAA wants more FM stations, they actually pushed congress to force all cellphones/pda makers to include an FM chip in all their devices. The RIAA will never go after an FM radio station (unless I provide an outlet for music piracy)
You ask for a local provider, but you also mentioned having looked on eBay.
Is there any reason this 2 gallon container from Amazon wouldn't work for you?
Yeah probably, and you're welcome! If you aren't familiar with it, the AllTrails hiking app (Google Play and iOS app store) is pretty great at pointing you to literally hundreds of trails in the region.
The folks at SparkFun wrote an app called "SkimmerScanner" for Android. Turns out that a lot of the skimmers use the same Bluetooth chip and scanning for that Bluetooth manufacturer ID goes a long way to finding them.

We play at the court that Google Maps decided to label Chick-fil-A.
We also provide a stick if you don't have one. We're kind of low on lefty ones currently so hopefully you're righty.
Ohama in Middletown is fantastic for Sushi. We eat there at least once a month.
That tutorial is exactly how I made this. here is a 3d image of the Rehoboth Bay area, so it's not too bad, but could be better.
I'll see what I can do for Newark
Edit: Dropbox link for Newark-Elkton area. This is also a Worldpainter file so you can play with it as you see fit.
If you keep having issues with bumpiness, lower the top minecraft height while you're importing the heightmap file into Worldpainter, that smooths things nicely.
This place in my neighborhood just sold for $106,000. The guy is converting it in to apartments, which I'm a little ugh about (Please no section 8)... But sizeable house, brick, and a quarter-acre of land (You can see on Google maps how far back the backyard goes.) Just a little outside of Elsmere. It's unfortunately directly on a four-lane highway, but with that much backyard space, it's not really that bad of a deal. You can find pretty nice homes in the area if you look.
Might require some work but if you're young you've got the energy to hang some drywall or put down a new floor in the bathroom? Good deal.
It's been there at least 15 years. It's really a storage shed, not a cabin. Those are docks behind it, so it's probably full of boating/fishing gear. Here is is on Google Maps, and a different photo with some of the other side of the shed visible. The illusion is made from different kinds of wood, or maybe the same wood with different finishes.

Good question! The March 31, 2014, deadline is to enroll for 2014 coverage. Enrollment for 2015 will begin on November 15. Here is some more info about the dates. Basically, every year there is an open enrollment period that is your window of time to enroll for that coming year. If you miss open enrollment, then you have to wait until the next open enrollment period to sign up.
Most people must have health coverage in 2014 or pay a penalty. Some people with limited incomes and other situations can get exemptions from the fee. This FAQ might be a good resource for you.
We're holding an Open Data Delaware Hack Night at 1313 Innovation this Wednesday from 6:00-8:00 pm. Hour 1 will concentrate on some basic mapping tools (specifically Mapbox). Hour 2 will be open hacking.
Edit: It's worth noting that you literally don't need any coding abilities for this at all. For example, I can't code to save my life. If you're interested in data, community, or government then this would be a great place to go.
Best Korean is tough.
For a while, Kalbi on Kirkwood was my favorite, and they still have the best Korean BBQ, however I find Suraghan has better entrees now. I prefer Suraghan's bi bim bap, for example.
What's up with Korean in Elsmere? It isn't like there's all that many Koreans living in the town (It's all Mexican anymore.)

Delmarva: Legends and Lore is a neat little book that you could check out.
From the Amazon blurb: >Between the waters of the Atlantic and the Chesapeake is Delmarva, a storied land that was once the hunting ground of Blackbeard, where ancient sea monsters lurk and wild ponies gallop along the beaches. Local author David Healey explores the lore of Delmarva, from the legends of St. Michaels--the town that escaped British cannons with a clever trick--to stories of Assateague's cannibalistic colonists and the all but forgotten history of Anna Carroll, President Lincoln's "Dear Lady," who is rumored to have brilliantly advised him on strategy during the Civil War. Join Healey as he reveals the secret history and remarkable legends of Delmarva
My parents and I are actually in the process of getting our house ready for market. We're in the suburbs of Wilmington, and we're actually using FIOs right now. If you like, I can give you the house phone if you'd like to call them and check it out at your leisure.
I highly recommend Paul Mitchell CFP of Swarthmore Financial Services. He specializes in assisting young families with financial planning, and he is a young family man himself and very personable and easy to work with.
Already public record. There was a 4 unit team stopping large vehicles that day. Part of that team was a K-9 unit. They pulled over numerous large vehicles that day including at least one other bus.
An external "open air sniff" has been determined by the US Supreme Court to be constitutional.
If you watch the body cam footage they bring the dog out...
And the bus driver says "do you want me to open these up?" (The under bus storage bays). The cop replies "If you want to". Bus driver then does so. And then the dog sniffs and towards the front of the bus, sits repeatedly indicating a "hit".
Cops never searched anyone or anything inside of the bus. Only under the bus which the bus driver volunteered to open.
This whole story is a nothing burger.
And I have just about as much anti-cop bias as you can have (I've had numerous negative interactions with shithead cops)
Pro-tip. NEVER TALK TO POLICE! Ask if you are free to go / are you being detained. That's it. Don't ever volunteer to do anything ever. Or offer any information or even engage in conversation.
One of the best videos on the Internet: https://youtu.be/d-7o9xYp7eE
Also a book that I recommend to everyone and give to every teenager, especially before they go off to college.
In college, we always had someone (reasonably sober) stationed by the front door. Keep the front door closed. Do not let cops in. Ask for a warrant. Answer no questions. State that this is private property and you do not consent to any search. BE CALM AND RESPECTFUL. Meet them at the front of property on a public sidewalk.
Know your rights. Knowledge is power.
If the ACLU was worth anything they'd give these talks to high school kids.
This is some general advice about police: Never trust anyone who has absolute power over you. If a person is empowered to shoot you or can present their verbal statement as hard proof in a court, you would be a complete fool to trust them.
Record and document everything. Use an app like the ACLU's Mobile Justice, which records your police interactions straight onto the internet. It's much harder for someone to destroy evidence when it's already on the ACLU's servers.
Loud valves make a ticking or tapping noise. They are nowhere near as loud as the loud exhaust noise from a modified motorcycle.
After doing some googling, I've discovered that the "loud valves save lives" slogan is a joke directed at owners of Royal Enfield motorcycles.
I wrote a book about this! https://www.amazon.com/Haunted-History-Delaware-America/dp/1467148822/
Top places worth checking out include Fort Delaware, the Rockwood Mansion, Woodburn aka Governor's Mansion, the Selbyville Swamp Monster, Maggie's Bridge, and the Cannonball House. There are so many great stories/places.
There's also a two-part YouTube series called "Haunted Places in Delaware" that gives a quick overview of dozens of sites.
Best of luck with your project!
We already made a decision, but if you want to stop by and fill out an application feel free. We keep applications for at least 6 months so if we need someone we go back to applications we already have.

Squirrel Stopper SQC05 (Amazon Link)
You do see Squirrels on our setup. However, to be fair to the company, we erected it under tree branches and their instructions explicitly said to keep at least 10 feet away, etc..
We aren't really bothered by the squirrels..
I ended up using a relatively cheapy cam from EXVIST off Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08LB4XPX4/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_asin\_title\_o00\_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I originally bought an Amcrest, but I wanted a camera that could stream directly to Youtube which required RTMP. Amcrest claims RTMP on their specs, but after talking with their product team they confirmed it isn't supported. It only supports RTSP.
In order to get a better camera (and with sound) I'm probably going to stand up a raspberry pi with OBS on it so it can pull from RTSP (which nearly all cameras seem to support).
The camera is a good 10-12 feet away, on the wall of my shed so they don't really seem bothered by it.
I am definitely getting jealous. We have about four options in for real sushi in Kent County, Chaiyo (the best), Hibatchi, Rice and Yukon. There is a spot in Milford, but I went there and was seated than ignored for 20 minutes. Chaiyo has opened a spot up north. Here is a groupon, I suggest you try it. https://www.groupon.com/biz/hockessin-de/chaiyo-wilmington
Try indeed. I found a lot of jobs there with a quick simple search.

Some of them do have minimum requirements for experience, but if he knows what he's doing I am sure he could get around that, especially since he has construction experience.
Wow, time to Audit the Fed and time for someone to consider Auditing DEDO too.
I went to Harmony Wellness Spa, there is a groupon for first time clients. I saw Rene and he made all my tension melt away. I felt so relaxed after. One thing you might not like is he talked more than some people would like. I didn't mind it though. He explained what he was doing and gave me a stretch to do since my Achilles' tendon was stiff.
I remember the triangle mall shortly before it was finally closed down. As a child my parents walking me around this mostly empty dark mall, telling me stories of how they worked there as teens.

They have been doing quite a bit of remodeling and updating. I just got a message on NextDoor about them reopening in April. They recently repaved and did some building updates. The contact is Crystal Dempsey. They will start using the space to rent for events. I’m not familiar with it since I didn’t grow up in the area but she mentioned not having bands.
Link to discussion for those with the NextDoor app. Not sure if you have to live in the boundary to see it though. https://nextdoor.com/post/137992942?init_source=copy_link_share
I always assumed the DE location was the only one, but it looks like there were at least four (including one in Vegas). What do you think of a white background with the volcano on it?
Yeah, I think I might go down that path, ping me or comment here if anyone else wants one, this is my favorite design so far:

Precious metal refiners have an app that tells both legitimate recyclers and thieves which cats are most the most valuable.
Not being snarky by linking a search result, just quicker
Sound of TriState has been around for a long time so I personally would probably call them but I remember hearing of Audio Jam. Really any of them can do it.
Personally I would prefer a place that is going to tap directly into the fuse box using an add-a-circuit rather than splicing into wiring. Less chance of issues and easily removed. For instance, when I wired in my moms satellite radio module I tapped into an unused slot in her fuse box for a sunroof she doesn't have using an add-a-circuit. No cutting wires, it's fused, and it's easily unplugged at any time.
Become an editor. I think you have to be at least rank 2, which is quite a bit of editing....

there are cute videos and practice mode here:
Baltimore.
And if you find yourself missing the feeling of immediate danger that comes with visiting Camden, you can always do a tour of all the shooting locations for The Wire.
I found the antenna reception to be quite awful. I ended up giving up on the antenna and stream local channels through Playstation Vue. You can try it free for 5 days to see if you like it: https://www.playstation.com/en-us/network/vue/?emcid=pa-vu-111688
If I had to guess it would be here at the DAP hall.
That really stinks. You would think they would take better care of their customers. Service after a sale should be important to anyone who sells any type of motorized vehicle (and probably bicycles as well).
This is when you need a "friend with a truck." Maybe you could post the job on Craigslist and see if you can find anyone interested. Or join NextDoor any see if there are any people in the communities near you.
There are also apps for iOS and Android.
Depending on how much finding you have, you might want to try using Amazon's Mechanical Turk to help collect data.
You'd be surprised (or maybe you wouldn't be) how many people are willing to complete surveys for a tiny monetary incentive (like a nickle or a dime).
There's also a number of subreddits related to turking that you could use to help spread the word.
It's complicated but "yes". This book was ahead of it's time and really helps explain a lot of our current moment

Are you looking for a contractor to fix your yard, or for a government office to help solve a dispute? Or you might need to get a lawyer involved.
A passive aggressive response could be to buy a long sandbag tube like this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CA7OXT0 and lay it along the fence to the water pools on their side of the fence. The standing water won't be good for the fence, but that thing looks pretty far gone.
Or maybe talk to your neighbor about installing a French drain.

Thanks for turning me on to this, I have never heard of Liquid Alchemy and I've never tried mead but I will check it out!
Allow me to give you a little feedback - you need to use a lavaliere mic, it will make your audio quality much, much better. Even a $40 lav is better than the on-camera mic. This is a no-name brand but they sound decent and would be a huge improvement over the on-board mic in your camera:
https://smile.amazon.com/Movo-LV4-C-Lavalier-Microphone-Windscreen/dp/B00X87FAOI/
You'd also want an XLR female to 3.5mm adapter (assuming that's what the mic jack on your camera uses.) those are only a couple dollars on Amazon. Also maybe a longer XLR cable for a bit more flexibility.
>Here is another book with several more obscure legends...
My main helmet was a full-face Torc. This one with blue tooth. Comfy as hell, vented well if you removed the cold weather chin pad, and it saved my damn life. I recommend it 11 times out of 10. Hell of a helmet.
Also, for gloves, don't get just anything, get some real cycling gloves. I luckily upgraded to these bad boys about 3 weeks before my accident. If I had been wearing my previous pair, I would have no more finger prints or knuckles.
Also in Bear.
I have a RCA indoor one setup next to my upstairs TV with a splitter linking it to the adjacent tv downstairs to the family room TV.
Upstairs TV gets 5 channels with CBS being the main one, the downstairs TV picks up about 15 channels with CBS and NBC being the main ones.
This is using the receivers built into the TV's so I'm thinking that might be the issue, could also be the ancient splitter, also the lack of line of site to anything.
The next task for me is to invest in a outdoor unit and then re-purpose the old Direct TV mounting gear to see what I get. Its on the wrong side of the house according to the antenna maps, but it should be better than nothing and might give me something I didnt get before.
Just to put my two cents in after doing a good bit a research on RO systems I decided on this six stage system https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005LJ8EXU/ because it re-introduces calcium and magnesium minerals which are stripped out in the RO process.
