I live in an area where we get a lot of rain so not a lot of sun. I find I feel a lot better when there is sun around, but also read some studies that linked vitamin d deficiency and depression. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2908269/
I have a history of b12 deficiency in my family, specifically b12 is known to have issues with causing mental health issues and I find it helps with the whole low energy slump. I also don’t eat a ton of red meat and have issues with iron, associated with B12 so that’s something that I’m also trying to get under control.

I don't know if you know about 7 cups of tea.
It's a website where you can talk (for free!) to "professionally trained listeners" (basically cool people), anonymously if you want to.
It's based around the fact that therapy should be more accessible and a bunch of the listeners I talked to did at some point go through depression themselves, and do provide some insight.
Try meetup.com for events. Also, look for your local free paper. There's always one, and they list the upcoming events in the area.
For hobbies, it's just... whatever calls to you, really. Whatever feels like something you want to do when you watch other people do it, or see an ad for the materials, or so on.
As far as task management, the most helpful thing I learned in my Organization class was The Eisenhower Matrix method. https://clockify.me/blog/productivity/eisenhower-matrix/
When working towards a goal, try to figure what steps you need to take to complete the goal. Keep breaking those steps down until they are easy and clear. It's hard to get more specific without knowing your goal.
This doesn't work for everyone (it didn't for me, but it did for my sister), but you could try using something like Habitica to turn building healthy habits into a game.
Stars Diary – Journal, Mood, Note, Password
I would like to recommend Stars Diary. It is a new app and I have used for weeks. You can have most of functions you want, like mood tracking, photo album, statistics, pin lock, backup, reminders and more.
They provide lots of emoji for you customize your own moods, also mood scale from 1 to 10, with beautiful line chart, let you see how your emotions changing easily.
The most shining point is that they offer all functions in free. There is no limits, you can add/edit moods you like, add as many as photos you like. Hope you enjoy too.
Pixels is nice and simple. Uses emojis and you can add comments. Then displays an annual color map of your mood on a calendar.
