If you're watching it on bbc america or amc's sites, you can use this chrome extension called fair adblock, which really isn't fair because it literally blocks pretty much everything. It works for a lot of on demand sites and youtube. Like, I actually don't know what Springsteen ad you are talking about because I've never seen it.

Netflix outside of the US, Hulu in the US or Amazon has them to buy for $3 each in HD, $2 in SD. I think Hulu has a free trial you can do.
