Surely Live Scenes from New York, if you want to surprise him even more you can also buy the dvd version: Metropolis 2000: Scenes From New York
You have picked a pretty complex song to learn but I use a website called songsterr for learning Dream Theater tracks. It lets you isolate the different guitar parts and also lets you listen to the audio. Check it out.

I also found this link interesting on Amazon Canada.
I got this cd collection on Amazon and the cds have a paper like casing which can be stored in a box here is the link Dream Theatre The Studio Albums 1992-2011 cds If you need I can send you the link through message
I've downloaded mp3 from the DVDRip from a while ago, the quality is not top notch I think, but hopefully will do it for you https://onedrive.live.com/redir.aspx?cid=3d2e35ec277a08ff&resid=3D2E35EC277A08FF!7706&parId=3D2E35EC277A08FF!110&authkey=!AMQQty90UyQ0FaQ&ithint=file%2cmp3
I whipped this up real quick in Sibelius. Never written for guitar before, nor have I ever read tabs, so I don't have any clue if the tabs are right or not, or if I used the proper notation for the glissandi. But the notes are right. I think.
The Marquee one is definitely not Portnoy as this is his signature here.
http://i.imgur.com/IkFBQrd.jpg Couple more examples of it here: https://tinyurl.com/yam5f8x3
It's definitely not Rudess, Petrucci, LaBrie, Portnoy or even Kevin Moore so my money is on John Myung but it is hard to find a sample of his signature to compare.
The Scenes From New York is Jordan Rudess, 100%
EDIT Okay, I didn't realise Portnoy changes his signatures every time he changes his underwear.
That second one you posted looks close!
Seems like amazon.ca has the different sets for sale but for some reason its set for dec 3 release. I don't know if that's just a random placeholder or if Canadian outlets are getting drastically delayed shipments.

This one is a great entry turntable. Decent cartridge and had the built in pre-amp. $50 extra bucks won’t make you much of an upgrade so if this is your budget I say pull the trigger. As far as entry level stuff, my $300 U-Turn is considered entry lol. Use the extra cash to go toward a good set of powered speakers. I suggest the following which are a solid set up for getting into it without dumping tons of cash.

I found this torrent

No virus on my end, using Kapersky.
Petrucci published a book years ago that has all of these:

Randomly found it in a local music shop where I live. Got really lucky! I tried looking for you online, maybe this is a possibility if the item is still in stock?

Good news and bad news. I don't have tablature for it, and it's not the original, BUT I do have some pretty accurate sheet music for the entire song here. Focus on the acoustic guitar track and skip to measure 780, hope this helps! ^-^
Most are pretty straightforward: Petrucci’s came once he started working out in the mid-to-late aughts, LaBrie’s because he once was known for wearing terrible puffy shirts, Jordan has used Keyboard Wizardry for his educational material, Myung’s as he’s silent and Asian (this somewhat bothers me as unlike the others, “Asian” isn’t an aspect of one’s personality or likes/dislikes), and Mangini because his name rhymes with genie. ;-)
This tab is very good, save for the solo which is supposedly a little questionable. (but it's so fast that I doubt it'll be noticeable). The site has excellent tabs for most other DT songs too.

Also the CD booklets usually have the lyrics. In the case of SFAM the booklet is the best source as the lyrics are character and setting distinguished.
I don't know if Dave McKean was involved in the movie, but he had previously used a similar style on the cover of a Neil Gaiman comic and later - after SFaM - on the cover of Buffy the Vampire Slayer: The Monster Book
I am also 'waiting' on the 4 cd set that I pre-ordered from Amazon. Assuming the issue really is on the supply-side, someone at InsideOut/Sony needs to say something official.
BUT! There was an 'also available from here' on Friday from Amazon Services UK for the import version. It apparently shipped today via DHL, which woke me up via text this morning telling me its signature required. Its shipping from Poland, so I'm assuming directly from manufacturing. I did the fastest shipping, which wasn't bad at $13 considering I'm in the US.
Its another listing to keep your eye on in case more are made available.
I invested in some concert earplugs a few years ago and it has made a huge difference. I no longer leave shows with my ears ringing, and they barely even effect the enjoyment level or quality of the show.
If interested, These are pretty good and not too expensive: https://www.amazon.com/Eargasm-Musicians-Motorcycles-Sensitivity-Conditions/dp/B019M576XW/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?keywords=concert+earplugs&qid=1555447978&s=gateway&sr=8-2-spons&psc=1
Yeah, I looked earlier just to see what I would have been able to get if I had ordered it from Amazon. Well, I have bad news for anyone ordering right now:

This is as shipped and sold by Amazon.
Here is the link to Amazon Germany. It has the same Amazon number in the URL and is the box set.
And if you haven't pre ordered it yet (we know everyone is hounding at those leaks) consider this - http://www.amazon.com/Astonishing-2CD-Dream-Theater/dp/B018H6M7CW/
The physical edition is $15 on Amazon right now. That's a sick price imo and the band deserves sold copies.
