Seems like Ubaidulloev is just a weird guy given to saying strange things. I love the comment at the bottom:
>The Mayor has for long been a difficult, unpredictable, and sometimes hostile interlocutor. In deference to the Ambassador's language preference, Ubaidulloev spoke for the most part in Tajik, though he readily admitted that he would make many mistakes. His monologues confirmed this, and understanding him in Tajik was made doubly difficult by some of his nonsensical statements... A right painful 90 minutes.
I found this at a local farming store...but if anyone is interested in one themselves, I found them on Amazon! https://www.amazon.com/Design-Toscano-this-World-Terrestrial-Statue/dp/B07FTM8MVC/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=garden%2Bufo&qid=1590444859&sr=8-3&th=1
If you dug "Alien Planet" I'd whole heartily recommend checking out Expedition by Wayne Barlowe. Barlowe is an amazing concept artist whose work is featured in a ton of movies. Also Alien Planet happens to be a direct adaptation of Expedition so with the latter, you'll see really neat portraits of all the aliens you saw in the former plus a whole lot more. [/raving fan]
This guy agrees with you Numerical simulations show that an electric solar wind sail with performance consistent with the currently available technological level is able to reach a solar distance of 100 au in about 23 years. The flight time can be further substantially reduced using an advanced electric solar wind sail with near or mid-term technology. https://www.researchgate.net/#

interesting fact about Jacob Salatun (deceased) that he was an air marshall, military science adviser, and aviation industry / civil aviation minister.
Hola's security threats and general asshole-ish practices are widely known. Major tech news websites reported it a while ago. In general you shouldn't trust free VPNs.
Some of them have not been reported as having shady practices, so it might be safe to use them; I use ZenMate, but I'm not 100% sure if my bandwidth is still being stolen, thought I haven't detected anything wrong. However, if you really want to feel safe, you have to put money on it. Paid VPNs are generally the safest, some of them are made by well-know companies. If you're willing to pay for their services, I would recommend SurfEasy, which is made by Opera Software.
Just ordered the book..after listening to the interview on coast https://www.amazon.co.uk/Sekret-Machines-Tom-DeLonge/dp/1943272158/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1463012723&sr=1-1&keywords=secret+machines
I think Linda Moulton Howe goes into in-depth discussion about them in one of her books. It was either this one or this one. I have both of them, but I don't remember what the results were. I remember there were photos of the pieces and graphs showing the data.
Edit: I'll try to remember to look when I get home from work today.
