I googled it and found this wikileaks post from the FBI. Apparently pedophiles use this symbol to identify themselves, sometimes stamping it into jewelry.

The election of Modi is a very interesting development in Indian democracy. There's an email about O'Malley complaining that he didn't get equal time in a debate. Luis Miranda (DNC Communication Director) responds with "Hilarious. What a joke that guy is." It's not clear if he's referring to O'Malley or the journalist but gross and clearly biased either way.
It is an interesting experience having a $60m attack on your reputation distributed by Disney. To those who are saying there is no foul here since there is no explicit promise of appointment for donations in the email. Just answer this question for me. I was heavily involved in the Houston and Austin raids in 08 / 09, and the Scilons at the Austin one did some really creepy shit - following people home, sending harassing letters to their neighbors, et cetera. Hell, I got shoved and suckerpunched outside the Austin org.
The Houston ones had their tires slashed, lug nuts loosened (one guy had a tire fall off while he was on a freeway doing 60+), and harassed.
EDIT: we got followed a few times in Houston, too. One guy said they followed him from the org to his car, thence to 59, then to 610, then up 45 to the freaking Woodlands. Scared the hell out of him... and the lug nuts falling off his car after the next protest didn't help either. If you're seeing this, Mavie, we haven't forgotten.

I've only just started browsing some of the emails, but a few things already stick out:
It looks like the 20k emails only go as far back as March of this year. This isn't good, as I suspect the most incriminating stuff would be from 2015 (before any votes were cast) given that we'd likely see that they heavily favoured Clinton
Still, there's clearly signs that they were in cahoots with Clinton. If you look at emails from April, they're clearly strategizing and not exacly fans of Sanders. Emails like this one for example.

All are a great read about the issues with migration, the fact that they will never integrate with western society (the "best" moderate ones demanded a treaty that essentially allowed sharia law in their areas), and islamic education centers were straight up build/funded by the UAE and took over the buildings from state control. You're going to see a lot of globalist appeal language in there, but look for the substance of what is actually happening.'

Well, technically there's no specific piece of evidence like an email or a voice tape proving that the position has been granted quid-pro-quo, in exchange for the donation.
But really, a Clinton Foundation donor with no pertinent qualifications have been forcefully appointed to a State Dept advisory board by Clinton's chief of staff, and you'd have to be a dumbass to not put 2 and 2 together.
Yet still, the Clintonites will continue to argue that there is no quid-pro-quo evidence.
Edit: I just found out that there's this email where Clinton advisor Heather Samuelson informs Clinton chief of staff Cheryl Mills that "ISAB Board (board Raj wanted) now has an opening" which definitively confirms that Raj Fernando specifically asked to be appointed to this particular board. And on top of that there's some emails between Clinton aides jokingly asking "couldn't he have landed a spot on the President's Physical Fitness Council?", indicating that the aides clearly were aware that the appointment had nothing to do with Fernando's qualifications. So really, I'm tempted to say that we actually have hard evidence of Clinton handing out a political favor to a Clinton Foundation donor here.
