I haven't played the game in a while so I won't be the most help but this link seems to have all weapons including all vehicles for air raider just scroll down a bit.
Borderless Gaming + Windowed Mode solved that for me. EDF 4.1 has the same problem. I'm running a G-Sync Monitor. Haven't tried to disable vsync yet because that also disables the G-Sync functionality but could maybe also help in fullscreen.
Are you sure we're talking about the same game? This one: https://store.steampowered.com/app/574200/EARTH_DEFENSE_FORCE_41_WINGDIVER_THE_SHOOTER/ doesn't have any multiplayer to it.

There is a section about disabling the mouse acceleration/smoothing here that works wonders. Give it a shot.
Note that you should ideally adjust sensitivity in the ini file rather than ingame, as adjusting ingame may override the ini settings.
I vaguely remember having similar problems. On Windows 10? From PC Gaming wiki: https://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Earth_Defense_Force_4.1:_The_Shadow_of_New_Despair#Windows_10_mouse_issues
Yeah its been on steam for a couple years now.
Something nice about the PC version is that there's [This Fix] it unlock the game and allow it to run at 60fps.
also an FOV changer in the description of [This Video]
The graphics are basically the same and I had no trouble with it on a similar machine. You'll have to make sure to a) set your NVIDIA settings to use the dedicated graphics card instead of the Intel chipset; and b) if you have significant stutter, then you'll have to run it in borderless fullscreen, which isn't natively supported by EDF5.
I've had success with Borderless Gaming, just install and set up so that it automatically runs on startup: https://github.com/Codeusa/Borderless-Gaming/releases
There was an Action-RPG for the PSP that looked super interesting. But of course, it's stuck in Japan. All the seemingly good Evangelion games are. And this one was way too complex to play in Japanese. There's almost no information to be found, so if you're interested, your best bet is to check gameplay videos. Here's the game on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Evangelion-Jo-Japan-Sony-PSP/dp/B00243HJTQ
There was also another one, for PS2, called Neon Genesis Evangelion 2. Again, best check some gameplay cause information is again slightly scarce and it's in Japanese. This one is an RPG-Life Sim cross and spans the entire show. It actually might be even more complex than Evangelion Jo. https://wiki.evageeks.org/Neon_Genesis_Evangelion_2
There was one more, called Secret of Evangelion, but it only covers the end of the show and doesn't have you play as any of the main characters like Shinji or Asuka. Anyway, these games are not fresh, but they seem cool and it's the best we've got. It's just a shame they were never localized, but I guess NGE is just not as popular as Dragon Ball and Naruto are.
